Nuestro condominio ubicado directamente en el Golfo de México. ¡Puedes ver delfines jugando por la mañana y disfrutar de la impresionante puesta de sol por la noche desde nuestro amplio balcón privado!

Este condominio ha sido decorado profesionalmente con obras de arte originales y muebles de diseño para que se sienta como en casa con magníficas vistas al océano.
La sala de estar cuenta con puertas corredizas de vidrio de piso a techo que invitan a la brisa del mar a entrar en la habitación. Relájese en el sofá convertible tamaño queen mientras mira la televisión de alta definición de 65 pulgadas o juega a las cartas y juegos de mesa disponibles.

La cocina de tamaño completo está equipada con todo lo que necesita: microondas empotrado, licuadora, tostadora, cafetera, ollas y sartenes ... También ofrecemos cubiertos para niños. La hermosa barra de desayuno de granito es lo suficientemente grande para cuatro personas. También hay un comedor separado para cenas formales.

Awesome centrally located condo

We had a great time at Tidewater. We would definitely stay here again! Great location, very clean, friendly staff and Anna was great with communication. Hoping to come back later this summer!

My summer vacation !

Condo was amazing. Very clean with everything we needed. It was in a great location especially since it is so close to Pier Park. My children and I loved it and will definitely want to stay there again next year!

Great place to stay!

The Tidewater was a great place to stay! We booked a last minute vacay and Anna was very responsive and helpful!! Place was clean and smelled great! The views were absolutely amazing and we were so close to everything we needed. Lots to do just at the condo itself with pools, arcade, theater, restaurant and more. Also, showers had GREAT water pressure! Definitely recommend!

Amazing View!

This condo was perfect. Breathtaking views from the 20th floor and beautiful, vibrant rooms. Condo had everything we needed, including washer and dryer. Highly recommended. Family oriented resort close to Pier at the Park!

Great for a small family

Nice condo with ample towels, toiletries, kitchen wares, etc. good sized balcony overlooking the beach. Right by an elevator or take the stairs since it’s only 3 flights up from the parking garage walk over. Nice resort with friendly staff, auto opening doors, small restaurant, bar, and much more. Lots of road construction in the area which is annoying but not awful.

I was VERY happy with the overall! Pre registration for check in was amazing. The condo was beautiful and clean! Contact was easy via email and response was very prompt. We would and plan to stat again! Would very much share with others to try! 5 Stars for sure! Thank ya'll so much!

Had a great time!

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at the Tidewater but it’s our first by ourselves as a couple. The Tidewater has all the amenities you could ever need. The condo was great and had everything it said it would along with a great view. The condo was clean with plenty of dishes and cookware along with towels and wash cloths. I would recommend a chain or deadbolt for the door not that we had any problems just a personal preference to make it feel safer. I have a safety lock that is made for hotels so it wasn’t an issue just a suggestion. Thank you for a great stay and an excellent condo.

1st trip to Panama City Beach

My family of 5 visited PCB for the first time. This condo had plenty of room for us and we all slept comfortably. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is close to Pier Park but would be a long walk. I would recommend eating at Hook'd and Flamingo Joes and playing putt putt at Goofy Golf. Anna was great to work with. She provided all the information we needed and provided tips on check-in and check-out, which are very chaotic. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

Great view, difficult owner

Overall, we had a good experience in the unit. It wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. We had no remote for the 65 inch Roku TV in the main room either. We had difficulty communicating this problem to the owner who wanted us to keep looking for the remote which wasn’t in the unit. I asked for a reasonable refund and was offered half that amount. The elevators were a problem most of the time due to 30 floors of guests, but this unit is on the 5th floor, so the stairs are manageable - unless you’re loading in or out. Great view and nice kitchen/living area

Perfect for Us

Tidewater Beach Resort is very nice. It is very crowded around prime check in time (4:00 pm) so my advise would be go have dinner or go on to the condo and stop to get your packet later!! It is close to Pier Park which ended up being great for watching the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony!! The unit was very clean & smelled good. There was plenty of pots/pans & other utensils for cooking. The King size bed was much cozier than our bed at home! My children had no complaint with the bunks or sleeper sofa, ages 23 & 15. This unit does not have beach service or any beach chairs/towels/toys but was not a big deal for us. We usually bring our own anyway. The only negative thing I could say about this place is having to wait for the elevators, but that happens at other resorts as well so no surprise for us. I would definitely stay in this unit again. We all had a great week

Be aware

First and for most make sure you have every single code needed before you arrive because if you can’t get a hold of the owner, vrbo will not help you at all and the resort don’t know anything. Me and my family sit in the lobby for over 3 hours after driving 6 hours to get there at 1am and vrbo gave me the run around, for over an hour they was telling me they had me another room to stay in till the owner could call me in the am but kept changing me over to different people and hung up on me twice. I thought I had everything I needed on my email but that one “unit code” stopped me from getting in my room and nobody there will help. I ended up finding a local hotel to stay in for the night with my family and was about to leave when a very nice security guard found out what was going on and finally decided to helped me in the room I had done paid for. The owner didn’t seem to care the next morning, she pretty much blamed it all on me. The room was great for the most part. A little dirty and then missing some cleaning stuff so I that I could just clean it myself. Don’t even call housekeeping from the list that they give you to because they will not return phone calls or come do anything for you. This is a very large resort with like 570 units and they only have like 8 elevators in the whole place, getting any where is horrible. It takes 30 minutes just to get an available one unless it late nights. As I said the room was overall great and had an amazing ocean view but the communication and the help was terrible. It’s a scary experience to drive 6 hours with kids at 1am and then realize you didn’t have all the coded needed “which I get is my fault” but no one and I mean absolutely no one was available to help me.. I love PCB me and my family come every year but not sure sure we will stay in this location again. Trying out a new place was probably not the best decision I made on this trip.

Not a good property

The property Room 506 at Tidewater Resort. The property looked nice in pictures. The floors were dirty. The floors need a deep cleaning and all the floors around the baseboards need cleaned. Lots of dust and dead flies. The thermostat was locked out. The room was right off the elevator, quit noisy. Also the elevators were so slow it took about 5-10 minutes to get on. They have 7 elevators, all the same. We waited 30 minutes to get on one when checking in because everyone else was checking in too. Just not a good experience.

This was a very nice condo. The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the condo was nice. This is a great place to stay you are close to everything.

Condo was exactly as described, no surprises. Location was great, walking distance to Pier Park. The view was absolutely amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Great communication with owner/Condo as advertised

AC broke down 1st night there. Made for an uncomfortable couple days. 1st we thought maybe the thermostat was locked. Let Anna know immediately. I believe it was on the 3rd day of our stay, after emails with Anna & explained to how to work a thermostat lol, concluding it was actually broken, she sent a repair person immediately & it was fixed. I get it, wanted to be sure it was broke :) She continued to check in on it & made sure it was all good from there & during the process of deciding it was out. A bad start to a vacation tho & no form of accommodation was offered for the inconvenience bt I didn’t ask either. It wasn’t her fault. Anna was easy to communicate with, replied immediately to emails! I’ve never before had to reach out to an owner but appreciated I could when needed, just hated that I had to. Condo is nice & exactly as advertised. Anna’s paintings on wall were cool & a nice touch. Its all tile with 0 rugs. We used an extra beach towel for entryway. Could use some in bathrooms especially.We needed a broom & Anna ordered 1 asap & we had it that evening. A few cleaning supplies around would be nice for a weeks stay. We just bought a cheap bottle of bleach spray cleaner & left it for future use. You’re welcome next guests;) There’s a couple of small chairs & an umbrella in the closet for beach use. We added our boogie boards & castle toys. Hopefully someone’s kids enjoy them! Resort WiFi sucks but an upgrade is in progress. We brought our roku for the bedroom but could barely use it. The living rm tv is set up for streaming though. No extra linens provided so if you’re gonna use the sofa bed bring sheets/blanket. There are a couple pillows in closet. The only dressers & closet are in the master rm. All guests have to share the dresser in there. Very open flow jst needs more “home” furnishings to be comfortable. Just a mile walk to pier & pier park. Beach chair rental, owned by Tidewater from what I can tell, automatically sets up 3 rows of chairs/umbrellas daily as wide as the condo building making it impossible to get a good spot if not paying for beach service. This is the ONLY resort around I seen that does this! They should set up as needed rather than taking up the whole beach! Elevators are a nightmare. Expect this! Stairs are manageable to the 5th floor. Would not stay above that simply bc of elevator wait. Condo staff were nice & friendly & were around but not hovering. Again Anna was great w everything she could control!

A wonderful vacation in paradise.

I had a wonderful stay at this well appointed Condo and Anna was an absolute pleasure to communicate with along the way. The amenities were just like described and the views or even better in person. The condo space was perfect for me and very comfortable to the point that I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The balcony view was beautiful and I spent a lot of time watching the waves and listening to the calming sounds of the waves crashing right in front of me. I hope to visit again soon and this is exactly where I will go when making Panama City Beach a destination. Thanks again Anna for your great hospitality! Sincerely, Kevin
