Este apartamento está situado en el corazón de Saint Germain des Prés, rue Saint André des Arts, entre la Sorbona y el río Sena. Se encuentra en el 1er piso, sus ventanas tienen doble acristalamiento y está totalmente equipado con parquet de chevron.

Compuesto por: una entrada, una sala de estar (con 2 ventanas de doble acristalamiento), una cocina equipada con una mesa de comedor para seis personas, dos dormitorios con almacenamiento y dos baños (incluidos 2 baños).

La sala de estar tiene un gran sofá, dos sillones, una mesa, un televisor (incluidos canales internacionales) y un teléfono (llamadas gratuitas en fijos y portátiles, especialmente en los EE. UU., Canadá, China y más de 100 países en líneas fijas).

La cocina, abierta al salón, está totalmente equipada: microondas, cafetera (Nespresso), hervidor de agua, lavavajillas ...

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble, dos lámparas y mesitas de noche, una ventana que da al patio interior y grandes armarios de almacenamiento.
En continuidad, se encuentra el primer baño con bañera, doble lavabo e inodoro.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales (reposicionable como una cama doble), lámparas y mesita de noche y ventana.
El segundo baño consta de una gran ducha de estilo italiano, un lavabo, un radiador toallero y un inodoro.

Paris comfortable apartment

Perfect location near everything. Clear instructions for in and out and using appliances in the apartment. Only complaint was beeping water softener which did not get solved while we were there. Would definitely stay againHF

Paris apartment

Great location can walk to most attractions and through the 6th and le marais. Clean and well appointed. Very quiet with the windows closed. Check in was very smooth. Our host was very helpful.

Left Bank Apartment

We had a good stay, and the apartment was fine. However, for the first three days of our two-week stay, construction took place in the building’s courtyard right outside our windows and we had not been told about that beforehand. To leave the building, we had to cross the construction zone, which could have led to accidents but luckily, did not. Also, outside the apartment’s living room windows lay a building rooftop that contained debris. On the positive side, the rental agent, Adrian, was great. the problem.

Perfection plus

We were met by Alejandro who was friendly in spite of the fact that our plane was late, i called him late and it was raining! He showed us around the apartment and was very helpful explaining how everything worked etc. The apartment is exactly as the photos in the advertising. Modern, clean with great appliances, beds were very comfortable. The location is fabulous! Plenty of restaurants, bars and creperies nearby. Only a short walk to the Metro and taxis are frequent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment, Glamaparis and Stayz to anyone coming to stay in Paris. We loved it!!

Perfect Location

Stayed for Olympics and had easy access to all Metro lines, RER, cafes, groceries, and quick walk to the Seine. We were met out front for check in and given a thorough tour. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

Loved the neighborhood. Plenty of places to drink, dine, and shop. Large and modern bathrooms. Nice to have washer/dryer to save on packing. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Fabulous apartment near Blvd Saint-Germain

I only have great things to say about this fabulous apartment within walking distance to all the attractions of Boulevard Saint-Germain. My wife and I had a great week stay here. The apartment was clean and in person looked just like it did in the photographs. The building is easy to access and it’s very close to many excellent restaurants and shopping. Also, walking distance to other great attractions, such as the Louvre and Eiffel tower. The management team is very professional. I would highly recommend this apartment. Hope to be back again.

Perfect Location

This apartment is in the middle of the action in Saint-Germain-des-Pres yet it was so quiet once we closed the windows. We appreciated having a small kitchen for breakfast and coffee and comfortable bedrooms when we came back each night.

Perfection All Around

This property was a great fit for our family of 4 (mom, dad, and 2 teenagers). The location was ideal; close to everything you could want or need and a rental bike kiosk right out the front door. The listing was spot on in its description of the property and it was just as clean as it looks in the pictures. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus and greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone we know who is looking to stay in Paris.

A great apartment close to everything!

My family of 3 stayed in this apartment for a week while vacationing in Paris in July and I would highly recommend it. The 2 bedrooms were very good sizes and the bathrooms were well kept and modern. The bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom is smaller than the bathroom by the 2nd bedroom but was not an issue for us. The listing stated that the apartment was very central to many things and this was very true! The Louvre was a 10 minute walk, as was Notre Dame and many other great sites. We like to walk so only bought a 10-trip Navigo metro card for each of us for our whole week. It is also very close to multiple metro lines. many restaurants, and shops of all kind! One amenity in the apartment that was particularly great were the hand and bath towels - they were thick and plush like you would find in a higher end hotel! Being close to everything includes wonderful places to get fresh baked croissant or pain au chocolat. I recommend Liberte which is a 3 minute walk on the same street as the apartment. But go early:) Finally, the whole team from Glama Paris were fabulous to deal with - Laure Anne and Cyreille who checked us in, and Karim, the driver we hired through Glama Paris who picked us up from CDG. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment and their team for your visit to Paris!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the check-in/check-out process was very easy. The location was excellent, although it is a little noisy in the evenings with the many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. It was very hot in Paris during our stay. The fans kept the apartment cool enough for us to relax and sleep. I would recommend this apartment to freinds and family.

This apartment was super clean, everything worked great, checking in and out was simple and we had a great time. Location is amazing, just a 1 minute walk to tons of restaurants and a two minute walk to the metro. Amazing place.

Great location, lovely apartment

This property was perfect for relaxing and exploring Paris. It was small, but it didn’t need to be bigger. The two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, were entered at opposite ends of the main living/dining/kitchen space. This was a perfect arrangement for 2 adult couples. We had enough separation for each couple to have privacy and comfort. The location is perfect, Odeon, a block away, has the 4 metro line which goes to Gare d’Est and Gare du Nord for trips to the champagne country, Strasborg or north to Brussels and the Eurostar to London. Odeon is also a stop for the 96 bus to Place Des Vosges, and buses stop at St Andre to go across to the right bank near the Louvre and Palais Royale. Of course, the neighborhood has so many good places to eat and shop you don’t really have to go any further…..this is a super spot and we had a lovely time. Thanks!

Excellent apartment in best location

We always love staying in this neighborhood. Very close to everything you need to explore all the sights, restaurants, and shopping while visiting Paris. It’s convenient to the market for all your supplies. Pharmacy around the corner does Covid testing for travel (there are testing sites all over the area). The apartment is very comfortable and our daughters had there own beds and bathroom. The management company is extremely responsive and helpful to whatever you need during your stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect Paris Stay!

The apartment is just as described & better! The location couldn’t be beat- in the heart of Saint Germaine - full of amazing restaurants, shops & bars! Check in was easy & communication fast. The best part of the apartment are the bathrooms - big & updated with plenty of towels. The beds were super comfortable too. There is a small market directly across the street for food, wine & extra paper goods. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone wanting to stay in lively & fun neighborhood!

Great place to stay

This property is comfortable, well appointed and convenient to so many Museums, shopping. The only drawback was street noise from the bar across the street. It was not every night thankfully. We would gladly stay there again.

Great location, great apartment

Two couples stayed here August 11 to 15, 2019. Apartment was exactly as pictured and we were quite comfortable...only one flight of stairs made us happy! The apartment was well-furnished . We actually enjoyed the jazz music played outside every night; did not affect sleep. Opened windows at night made for pleasant sleep without air-conditioning . Eating places everywhere. Definitely recommend!!

Apartment was perfect. Very comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Had everything we needed. Location is great - neighborhood is fun and central. Highly recommend as base for exploring Paris and enjoying city living.

The apartment is in such a lively "quartier", right between the Place Saint Michel and St Germain des Près ! Rue St André des Arts becomes rue de Buci after a very short walk, which is full of cafés and markets. The apartment was just the right size for 4 adults and has been updated with new furnishings which made it very comfortable. The beds are more comfortable than those that we have at home and we slept extremely well, which was our highest priority in finding a flat. We were glad, however, that the windows are well insulated, as the bar patrons who spill out into the street can be noisy. With the windows closed, we didn't hear them at all. We would book this apartment again! L'appartement est très bien situé entre Place St Michel et St Germain des Près et la rue St André des Arts devient la rue marchande rue de Buci à quelques pas de l'appartement. À quatre adultes, nous étions très confortables avec tous les aménagements dans l'appartement. Les lits sont plus confortables que ceux que nous avons chez nous et nos y avons super bien dormis, ce qui est nôtre priorité en cherchant un endroit pour passer nos vacances. Les clients des bars qui sont situés en bas de l'immeuble peuvent être un peu bruyants, mais les fenêtres sont neuves et bien isolantes, donc on les entendaient pas dans l'appartement. On y retournerait !

Perfect spot to enjoy Paris!

We loved the apartment! It was in a perfect location for us with restaurants close by and short walking distance to Notre Dame and many other places. The beds were comfortable and it was neat and clean. The rental company was easy to work with, very professional and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. The only possible negative is the lack of A/C but it was not an issue for us because the weather was mild...they do have fans and you can open the windows for airflow.
