Siesta Key girls weekend

My friend and I stayed at this property for a girls weekend. We had a great time, all beach needs were met (towels, chairs, umbrella, cart). The island is so easy to get around especially with the Frog Hop and different golf carts to pick you up!

Beautiful property

The place was beautiful, clean, comfortable and wonderful. The welcome care package was so sweet. The facilities were great and the employees super nice! I would come back for sure! Highly recommend. The beach was breathtaking!

Quiet and relaxing

The property was well cared for, the grounds crew were pleasant and professional, the walk to the beach was short and private, and of course the beach was gorgeous. My fiancé and I highly recommend this location! It was conveniently located for shops, food, gas... you name it! We had a great experience and would go back again!

Great location!

Condo was very clean(and felt much larger than we were anticipating). We arrived late on a Sunday and the young lady at the front was very helpful with providing us with the necessary information. There was a scheduled maintenance appointment during our stay but communication with Cathi was GREAT and it did not cause an issue for us. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Jamaica Royale.

Been there many times and we loved it again. Only bad is our favorite pool by the ocean was closed 10 out of the 11 days we were there. This made the other pools over crowded. Just would have liked a heads up that the pool was going to be closed so I could have used that information when I chose a place to stay.

Review

Overall good unit, kitchen was small but well supplied. My only criticism was the mold in the bathtub and bathroom curtains. The unit appeared freshly painted, had many amenities. Would stay there again.

Great Location/Great Value!

Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. My Daughter and her Husband stayed with my Wife and I for the first couple of days of our vacation. It was adequate for the 4 of us but perfect the 2 of us. Kitchen is small but accommodating. A slight maintenance issue was handled promptly and did not impact the quality of our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Pleasant and mostly quiet. Living room furniture is worn, and the bathroom is too small. The shower was difficult to use due to its size.

Friend visit

Update the photos because the bedroom especially was more updated than photos showed. Keep some kitchen basics on hand such as oil salt and pepper etc.

What a beach!

Had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach - there was a beach cart to haul our chairs, towels, cooler etc back and forth each day. The beach is amazing! The pools were all heated to a very comfortable temperature. The kitchen worked for our purposes - fridge kept up with ice for the two of us, and we ran the small dishwasher each day to clean up. There is a coffee maker by the pot, and a microwave for quick reheats. The bed was comfortable - and there were plenty of towels for showering and the beach. We would definitely come again! Parking right outside our door was very handy as well.

Perfect little place for a couples vacay

We’ve come to Siesta Key several times in the last 10 years. Each time staying at a different spot along the beach. This one was a tie for my favorite. It was perfectly sized for the two of us. The bed was comfy and no issues with plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen and bathroom were small but had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and watching the wildlife outside (bunnies, lizards and an impressive snake - he moved on quickly). The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to spend all our time on the beach (which is roughly .25 of a mile from the patio to the water). The property is beautifully landscaped and there was one pool really close to our building. Unfortunately as soon as we headed to the beach the first time we were greeted by the red tide so we really couldn’t spend much time there due to the smell and didn’t dare venture more than knee deep in the water the couple of times we did stay out a little while. Hopefully it’s about gone by now but it was a big damper on our vacation. At least it wasn’t a hurricane!

You get what you pay for! Perfect for a couple!

Overall it was great week in siesta key and we had so much fun! The beach was amazing! We especially enjoyed the free beach chairs the resort provides! We also rented beach chairs with an umbrella that was nice as well. The place was clean which I was very happy about. However, it was extremely outdated. The bed was caving in from front to back and side to side. I think recently someone had a little too much fun in the bedroom. The bathroom was small which is fine but it was very outdated along with the kitchen. All fine because the price was good but just letting everyone know! The beach towels and bath towels were very very old and they were cringy to use. Overall, everything was great and the price matched what you got! There is no view of the beach or ocean but there is a short walk to the beach that is very easy! Would I stay here again? Possibly, but might try something else that is more up to date.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We’ve used VRBO before they were called VRBO. This particular stay, very clean, huge bed, every amenity you would have in your home. Very nice area, short walk to your private beach. We were there on Labor Day and probably had 50 people on our beach, a public beach probably 1000 yards North looked like anywhere from 500 to 700 people. would recommend this place to anyone.

#23 sandpiper unit

We were very happy with the #23 unit, Very clean, comfortable furniture, bed was wonderful, well stocked from towels to toys. Swimming pools were excellent. They were doing repairs to the property but you would never know they were so quite...this unit is next to maintenance & laundry. You never hear the guys that work for maintenance...they were very friendly & respectful...I would rent again

Loved our stay!

The villa was perfect. We enjoyed everything about it. There was everything we needed, and it was beautifully taken care of. The property was great as well. We loved walking out to the beach and pool each day. We will most definitely be back!
