¡Ubicación perfecta y recién renovada! A poca distancia de muchas tiendas, restaurantes, lugares de entretenimiento y la playa. Este espacioso condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en una sola planta, en la planta baja. Cuenta con una decoración informal de la isla. El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king y televisión por cable. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen, con televisión con reproductor de DVD y ROKU. El siguiente dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y cuenta con TV por cable y baño privado. El salón está equipado con muebles nuevos, TV de pantalla plana con cable y acceso al patio exterior. Hay una cocina bien equipada, completamente remodelada que se abre al comedor. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y hay 2 asientos adicionales en el bar de la cocina. La vista desde el patio es un amplio patio, una laguna con fuente y un puente hacia una gran piscina con terraza para tomar el sol. Con su alquiler se incluye el acceso completo al gimnasio y la piscina cubierta del Player's Club. ¡También tiene acceso al Centro de tenis Van Der Meer, donde hay una hora de tenis gratis cada día! Estas instalaciones están ubicadas al otro lado de la calle. Esta villa es perfecta para familias y parejas. Wi-Fi gratuito también se proporciona con este alquiler.

Perfect Location!

We went back and forth on several properties but settled on this one. We are so glad we did because it was perfect! 3 good sized bedrooms, a great private pool, and very close to the beach and restaurants.

Great Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was great, the place was well stocked and just as advertised. It was a great location-close to beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Loved the three bedrooms each with its own bath. We will definitely try to rent this property on our next trip to Hilton Head!

Family trip

The condo was as described. Lots of room for 5 adults and 1 child. It was a bit hard to access being that it was all the way in the back of the complex and you had to drive around the whole place to get in and out. Plus it had a lot of speed bumps. It was very close to Coligney and shopping. It’s a very busy place in June. We had a good time and the pool was great. Beds were very comfortable and lots of kitchen equipment!

Great Family Getaway

We are a family of 6 and the condo gave us plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and the kids enjoyed having a tv in their room. The condo is close to the pool which we greatly appreciated. We learned to use the gate as a shortcut to the park and we were able to easily walk to Caligny Plaza and beach. A few things we didn’t know and had to learn on our own: the pool requires a keycard as does the gated shortcut. The coffee maker needs cone shaped filters. Publix is nearby, and we took advantage of having a full kitchen. We had beach chairs and umbrellas delivered to the condo. The umbrellas were not user friendly (much too long to put in the car and cumbersome to carry) but the chairs were perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head.

Great spot

Great property- was very comfortable, 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and we loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. Two gate keys were given, could have used one more. It was nice of the property company to check in with us (by calling to ask if all was okay) during our stay. To our surprise there were two bikes and beach chairs available- that would have been helpful to know before. We did rent chairs from VanK beach gear, the free delivery and pickup is great and the chairs were like new. Utilized the tennis courts across the street (hour of free play/day included w reservation). Wish hand soap was provided in kitchen/bathrooms. Would stay here again!

Unit 22 exceeded expectations.

Very clean and rooms were nicely sized for three adults and three children. Pool was great fun for the children. The beach towels were a very nice touch.

The property was very neat and clean. There was an abundance of amenities for our family to use. The property looked just like the pictures we viewed online. The location was excellent and within walking distance or a really quick drive to the beach. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the appearance of the beach towels and a couple of stains that were seen on the blanket and mattress protector of one of the bedrooms. We washed the beach towels and sheets with bleach but it did not remove the stains. We ultimately had to buy beach towels. Besides this, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would book this property again.

Above and beyond

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. The place was updated, filled with anything you could possible need in the kitchen, comfortable beds and more than enough towels for everyone in your group. We really enjoyed our stay at 22 Springwood Villas.

Wonderful weekend!

We loved our stay! The property was lovely - even better in person than in the pictures. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker, hot water heater, and more. Everything was very clean and organized. Great location for the beach and Coligny Plaza. Check-in was very easy as was check-out.

Great vacation rental

My husband, six boys, and I really enjoyed our stay last week. The unit was clean and large, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. The management company was great. Check-in was easy, and they stayed in touch but were not intrusive. The view of the pond and pool was lovely. The pictures do not do the unit justice. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend.

The Perfect Spot

Our family loved this vacation villa. It was very clean, spacious, and every morning we sat on the porch and had coffee. In my opinion, the location was perfect, the best in the villas. We rode our bikes to the beach, and to the shopping center. It's less than a mile each way, but a very short bike ride. It was also a favorite activity with the kids. My 14 year old daughter rated this vacation a 10 so that's saying something. (Teenagers you know lol). I highly recommend this spacious villa!

Wood Family Hilton Head Trip 2019

We have vacationed in Hilton Head 6 times now and absolutely love it! We have stayed previous times in a smaller condo in the same complex but decided it was time to upgrade and we are so glad we chose 22 Springwood Villas! It was very clean and updated and having the 3 full baths was fantastic. We will hopefully be staying in this same unit next year:) Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

We were here to get married, and needed a larger place to accommodate our family. The weather was perfect!! The place itself was very nice. However, my chief complaint would be the beach access. We had no instructions telling us how to get there. Especially with the road closure, it would have been nice to get some help. It is NOT A SHORT WALK!!!!! as we were led to believe. We had to load up our truck and drive and try to find parking in that crazy puplic lot!! It was very stressful!! Our wedding was on the beach at Coligny and we could not find parking. Because we were in our wedding attire, some kind people took pity on us and let us have their spot. We thought we were across the street!! Or a short path. Most people chose their location based on beach access, and we were extremely disappointed with the description provided on-line. The other problem was that some of our guests were unhappy with the OUTSIDE no smoking policy. We are not smokers ourselves, but some of our kids are. If this info was in the small print, we missed it. However, if it is not, I highly recommend informing people before hand. They had to smoke in their cars!! I was very happy with the service from Beachside Getaways and would rent from you again, provided we have more detailed information on the distance to the beach.
