Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños cuenta con 2 pisos y 3 terrazas sobre un garaje cerrado de gran tamaño y ubicado en la ensenada de Sandy Pointe en la hermosa isla Anna Maria.
En el primer piso hay una gran sala de estar / comedor con terraza al aire libre para cenar y cenar con maravillosas vistas de la reserva natural. Muchas ventanas con mucha luz y muchas vistas. Rodeado de naturaleza, experimentará la serenidad, la belleza y la vida de las aves de la reserva natural Grassy Point. ¡No olvides tus binoculares! El salón tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas con DVD integral. Sofá y sillones.

Conectada a la sala de estar se encuentra la cocina con refrigerador, microondas y lavaplatos, y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar para su auto servicio.

En la misma planta hay una habitación doble con 2 camas individuales. Ropa de cama brillante, almohadas y cubrecamas. Esta habitación tiene su propia terraza con vistas a la reserva natural y la piscina.

Arriba está la hermosa suite principal. ¡Es una habitación grande con una puerta con mosquitero que puedes abrir para disfrutar de la brisa costera y las aves! Baño en la habitación y amplio armario con vestidor. Televisor de pantalla plana de 40 ". Ropa de cama brillante, almohadas y colchas en la cama. A lo largo del rellano se encuentra la lavadora y la secadora. Finalmente se llega a la habitación doble también con una terraza con vistas a la reserva natural y la piscina. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "en esta habitación.

La piscina climatizada es una piscina segura (con contraseña bloqueada) solo para residentes e invitados. Hay mesas y sillas y un vestuario junto a la piscina. En el amplio garaje seguro hay juguetes de playa y equipos útiles para sus días en la playa, incluido un carrito de playa y un refrigerador con ruedas, para esos días divertidos en la playa. Esto significa que es muy fácil transportar todas sus cosas de playa a la playa. Very Peaceful

The overall feeling of this beach home is Peace. They take great care to have it meticulously clean and the wide stairways and high ceilings add another level of openness. I am a person who never likes to stay anywhere with any carpeting. However, due to how clean this place was, it was comforting to have carpeting on the steps and in the bedrooms. It amazes me that they can keep off-white carpeting clean when it's at the entranceway! The garage is great to store things and the large amount of beach supplies (coolers, chairs, rafts, wagon...) was amazing! My son enjoyed the ping pong table too. The salt water swimming pool was great and very close and convenient and we even saw a new kind of bird we've never seen in the 7 years we've been visiting Anna Maria Island. Definitely recommend!

Tolles Haus in guter ruhiger Lage

Ein schönes Haus in walking distance zum Strand, Dunkin Donuts und zum Publix. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, sogar eine Tischtennisplatte in der Garage. Ebenso sind viele Strandutensilien vorhanden.Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Susan, die ausgesprochen hilfsbereit ist. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect location on AMI

Overall, we were pleased, especially with the location and the size of the space. The condo was clean but extremely outdated. The carpets upstairs, bathrooms and kitchen probably haven't been replaced in 20+ years and it shows. If they updated the place, we would definitely stay again.

Quiet and convenient

Nice and quiet. We had 5 adults, the amount of space was perfect for us. Pretty easy walk to the beach and great convenience of stores being close by.

Perfect 4th of July week

We loved this little townhouse for our 2 family vacation. There is tons of room for everyone. There was a crockpot. Normally when we drive we bring this to cook all day. This year we flew and no other family drove so we were super excited to see a crockpot we could use. Our kids loved meeting people at the pool. The beach is not a long walk at all but when you have to pack the whole house it was easier to just rent bikes for the week. We also enjoyed the parade on the 4th. There was so many fireworks as well but of course our kids were in the pool so we missed most of them. Thank you much for making our holiday special for us and letting us use this property. It was perfect.

Nice time with family

This was a great place to stay with kids who wanted to swim in the pool since it was close. A nice quiet neighborhood also. The negative was that there were only 5 forks

Beach Holiday

The property was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable accommodations for all of us. We walked to the beach every day. Grocery store within walking distance as well. Overall fantastic!!

Review

The property was nice but not as clean as it could have been. We found an old band aid in the bedroom and there were no extra paper towels or toilet paper at the location. Also, we didn't have extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can.

Enjoyable week

The townhouse was spacious and clean. Nice decor. The 3 bathrooms were nice. No one had to wait to use bathroom. About 12 mins from the beach. It was across the Publix supermarket and CVS which was a huge bonus! Btw CVS has nice affordable souvenirs. The beach had powdery white sand and green blue water; very warm. Some days, waves were calm, other days had some waves for boogie boarding. Definitely check out the sunsets-very lovely. Would come again.

Holmes beach holiday

The property and location were really nice. The rental itself was not as clean as I would have expected when there is a property manager on site. I would have hoped that the dead bugs would have been removed and the carpets vacuumed bi had to take the bed linens to be washed as the sheets were musty and smelled of old sweat. There were no trash bags in hand, so had to buy trash bags and no trash receptacle on-site, so had to load in my vehicle to transport to the nearest dumpster. The host was very nice and receptive, but the property manager was a bit slower to respond. Overall a nice location and with some cleaning, a great rental.

Enjoyed Our Stay at Sandy Cove 114

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Sandy Cove. This unit was exactly as described in a very quiet off the beaten trail location among the mangroves. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for a week of sightseeing and beach going. A longer walk to the beach but parking there is free if you drive or take the free trolley from the stop at the entrance to the complex for one short hop to the beach. Everything in the unit was in good working order but I would recommend some serious updating to keep things fresh and attractive for future guests. If you like peace and quiet surrounded by respectful neighbors and don't mind a short drive to the beach then this is your place. Plenty of everything nearby but no so close as to impose on the peace and tranquility of your stay in this enjoyable unit.

Family Vacation but not clean

The condo had everything we needed. The wagon and chairs were great to have. Everyone had space. But the place was not cleaned well. The vacuum was left in the living room and the clear container was full of all the dirt from previous uses. The kitchen counter had crumbs, the amount of dirt on the baseboards were gross. Crumbling wood on the master bath counter coming from behind the wall. The outdoor table has covered in sand. The sheets smelled musky. The stain on the couch was gross. This is all livable but goes to show the cleaning was minimal and leaves me questioning how clean or disinfected was the unit. The close proximity to the store was convenient. The beach was 7 min walk.

Too many steep steps

The location was really good. The linens were limited. A few towels, and no washcloths. We used very thin beach towels for our showers. There was less than 10 forks. We purchased plastic forks. Wasn't very clean. There was empty water bottles beside bed in bedroom upstairs. We did not call and complain because we just made the best of it. Someone in charge should definitely check up on the status of property they are managing. I guarantee you are not getting the money's worth for the cleaning service. The steps after coming in the front door was not shown in the pictures. I guess we should have assumed we had to get to the 2nd level somehow.

Great place for a reasonable price

Great size for our family of 5 (kids are teens and above) and nice location on Anna Maria Island. Poolus convenient and Publics is across the street. Master bedroom is nice with good views of sunset. Only downside is the beach is not really walking distance, but easy to get there and lots of options anyway.

12 days at Holmes Beach

The apartment was spotless when we arrived, well equipped and very comfortable. Having a code rather than a key was really convenient. The location is ideal, with the beach, bus stop and supermarket all on the doorstep. Incredibly comfy beds and lovely balconies to have breakfast or dinner on. The pool is really well kept and we loved seeing the local wildlife in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend and return, thanks for a relaxing, peaceful stay!

Total relaxation...

Hard to put in to words how much we love this place! A beautiful apartment nestled in the mangroves and surrounded by everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Anna Maria Island is much less developed than the neighbouring keys and offers something for everyone - fishing with a beer on Rod and Reel Pier, barbecuing on the beach as the sun goes down, grabbing a burger at Skinny’s or enjoying a Sunday jazz brunch down at the Sandbar. If all that is too much then the amazingly white sandy beach is just across the road. Thanks to Susie everything that we could think of was provided so all we had to concentrate on was our tans.

'a little piece of paradise'

We recently enjoyed a holiday at Susie and Gary' lovely house at Sandy Pointe. The house itself is bright and spacious and well equipped with everything you possibly need for a relaxing stay. There is also a communal pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. The balconies provide a perfect vantage point to watch the sun rise across the tops of the mangroves. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the house - and are a good range of shops , including a supermarket. The beach bars and cafes have a great choice of cocktails and food - very often accompanied by live musicians. The free trolley service is a fantastic way of getting round the island. We used it to get it to various beaches and restaurants and to spend an evening at the theatre - well worth a visit. Check out the Waterfront restaurant which serves amazing seafood and weapons-grade gin and tonics - Definitely not for the faint-hearted! Travelling a little bit further afield, the Amish village restaurant and deli was a joy. The nature reserves in this area are spectacular and not too far away. All in all, a holiday here has something for everyone; beaches, restaurants, nature reserves and historical sites all easily accessible from the house. We would certainly recommend this lovely house for a perfect holiday.

Fabulous property located in an idylic setting

this is our 2nd stay at the property which we thoroughly enjoyed. the property is beautifully presented with every amenity available. we loved the addition of the table tennis since our last visit. Everything is within walking distance, beautiful beaches, bars and a great choice of restaurants. Looking forward to 2019 visit, we cannot get back soon enough!
