Overall property was good, views were amazing and I would stay there again. Proximity to the beach is fantastic. However you are up on a hill so we decided to drive down and park in the beach lot, which is 10. Pros: overall nice and clean. Kitchen well stocked which was perfect for us who like to cook. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Deck has an amazing view, chairs to sit out and relax, and watch the waves and wildlife. Cons: Communication with the property agent could be better. Called a few times, no answer, no call back. Would respond shortly on the app but the responses seemed automated. Needs a better water heater. The beautiful soaking tub only filled to 1/3 of the way before the water turned cold. Overall property needs some minor repairs: painting over scuffed chair line at the bar, covering small holes in walls where things used to hang, hole behind bedroom door where the doorknob hit. Obviously these are just aesthetics, but something that prevents this from being an exceptional property in my opinion. There was also another small detached room in the front enclosed patio that was not in any of the pictures or description. The room was empty with a single chair. Kinda gave us the creeps.

We checked our records for the dates of your stay and were unable to find any emails or messages from you. We are very sorry if we somehow missed your calls. We do not use automated responses—every guest communication is handled personally by a member of our team. The small room on the deck with the single chair is now shown on our website. It is a sunroom with a sofa bed where guests can relax, read, or take a nap. We also plan to add a small desk to make the space even more functional. Once our busy season has ended, we will be repainting the interior of the home. We recently completed painting the exterior, and the interior is next on our list of improvements. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Superb views, nice bedrooms and living spaces. Worked perfectly for my family and there are lots of restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute drive (nothing really close by). In a small beach community. We stocked up with groceries in Petaluma. The outside needs some sprucing up, there are no grab bars in the showers, and the outside security lights didn't work.

My daughter and I stayed as we wanted a quiet place to just zone out. The house is very comfortable has a great view. Make sure you take all your food with you as you are not close to any grocery stores or restaurants.

The place was great. Amazing views. We had everything we needed. They were re-paving the streets while we were there but Linda was so helpful and she kept us updated and communicated really well and told us where we could park and it all worked out perfectly.
