Impresionante condominio frente al mar en comunidad cerrada

Este condominio está ubicado en el 7 ° piso y ha sido completamente remodelado profesionalmente y decorado con nuevos muebles, electrodomésticos, ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina, vajilla e incluso accesorios de playa. Le hemos facilitado el disfrute de sus vacaciones. Por la mañana, disfrute de la vista del Golfo mientras lee su periódico o libro favorito con una gran taza de café en la terraza al aire libre. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y acceso a la terraza y una vista fabulosa del golfo. Los baños principales y de invitados han sido completamente remodelados con ducha y accesorios nuevos. La sala de estar / comedor está completamente abierta con acceso a la terraza donde puede disfrutar de su cena y una hermosa puesta de sol sin salir de su hogar. El salón tiene un sofá cama y un televisor de pantalla plana de 46 ". Hay televisores de pantalla plana en las dos habitaciones. Hay un pequeño espacio de oficina con escritorio y acceso Wifi. Camina directamente hacia la playa desde el área de la piscina. Disfruta del gimnasio totalmente equipado o las canchas de tenis.

We had a great time here. Ulrike was great. Getting the keys and getting into the Condo was easy. The onsite personnel were friendly. The condo was nice and clean with most everything we needed. Ulrike stocked some base necessities so we didn’t need to go to the store immediately after check-in. The condo was nicely updated. The balcony was our favorite part and I think we only missed one or two sunsets! The kids loved the pool and it was nicely heated so it was great. The walk to the beach was a bit much with a bum ankle but Ulrike had a wagon and chairs etc ready to go. The land bridge in the lagoon was cool too. All 4 of us would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host has thought of everything you might need away from home. There were pool toys, beach toys, towels and even sunscreen. The beds were comfortable and the lounge seating was perfect. The check in process is quite lengthy. First, you pick up the condo key at the host's residence, then you wait for the parking attendant to approve your admission to the grounds, then you go to the condo office and pay for parking, then you park and take the elevator to the condo floor. There's a book to read in the condo about the rules and hints about the local area. We missed the part about accessing the beach equipment. The walk to the beach/sea is long and quite difficult if you're not used to walking in sand. The first few days were hard work for us retiree's but we eventually got our sand legs. We met numerous people who felt the same way about the long walk. We didn't dare try to pull the wagon down to the seafront because there were numerous people struggling to pull their wagons through the sand. So we just carried one chair and the umbrella which worked well for us. We did notice that the price of food and produce was about a third more expensive than what we were used to paying at home. This surprised us because we thought Florida grew produce locally. Obviously, not the case. We can't thank our host enough for sharing their spotless home with us.

Wonderful Location

We just love this location overlooking Tiger tail beach. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. Ulrike is a wonderful host and very attentive. We look forward to returning next year.

Great Location, Lovely Condo

This condo is perfectly located for beach and pool access, close to good shelling on Tigertail beach and not far from the "action" further south. The condo space was perfect for me and my two teenage sons. The condo hosts are wonderful, attentive and there to help with anything.

Amazing time- highly recommend

Stayed for a week with my husband, sister and our 4 year old. Had a wonderful time- easy walk to the beach. Facility and unit was exceptionally clean. We had everything we could need for a fun week at the beach! Hosts were easy to work with!

Family vacation

Incredible stay, beautiful condo and property!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as for the beach. The location and access to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. Ocean views and the SUNSETS from the balcony are phenomenal! We will definitely be back.

First Trip to Marco Island

Excellent in Every Way!

The property was modern, clean, in a great location with a nice beach view, and in a gated community. The unit had all the things a person would need if they were home. The best experience I’ve had with an owner since I started using condos. Easy check in and out process. They were responsive and communicated a few times during my stay. Spring break getaway

Beautiful, very clean unit! So thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella & wagon… the wagon was a life saver given the long distance to the beach. Some of the most amazing sunsets are visible right from the living room!

Beautiful property, great location

We had a wonderful trip. The property is clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed for our stay. The beach equipment and toys were great for our little family. The location is good for a quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Marco Island - South Seas

We had a wonderful time and this property served our needs well. The location was perfect and the unit was well-suited for us and had a great view of the Gulf. It was well-equipped with both household furnishings and beach accessories. The owners were wonderful to work with and couldn't have been more receptive to our needs and questions. We will definitely try to come back.

Property was beautifully designed, spotless, and had incredible views from the balcony. Property had everything necessary to cook and to go to the beach, including a beach wagon. Host was amazing - quickly responding to any questions we had and even bringing over a replacement beach umbrella. Highly recommend this property!

South Seas condominiums are on the gorgeous beach, offer Tennis, Pickle ball, a Gym, and is located in a gated community. The easy access to restaurants and shopping in walking distance makes this property desirable.

Our condominium is located on the 7th floor and has been completely professionally remodeled and Designer decorated with new furnishings, appliances, linens, cookware, dinnerware and even beach accessories. We have made it easy for you to enjoy your vacation. In the morning, enjoy the view of the Gulf while reading your paper or favorite book with a great cup of coffee on the open air lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the lanai and a fabulous view of the gulf. The master and guest bathrooms have been completely remodeled with walk in shower and new fixtures. The living room/dining room area is completely open with access to the lanai where you can enjoy your dinner and a beautiful sunset without leaving your home. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 60" flat screen TV. There are flat screen televisions in both bedrooms. There is a small office space with a desk and Wifi access. Walk directly onto the beach from the pool area. Enjoy the fully equipped fitness center or tennis courts.
