Family Holiday

Beautiful homely villa with excellent outdoor cooking facilities and space. Very private pool area with stunning views of Montgo. Superb communication with hosts. Will definitely be heading back.

Super Villa

One of the best villas we have stayed in. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely pool area with beautiful views and very helpful owners who responded to my queries re the area almost instantly. We felt very at home and enjoyed many stunning sunsets.

Peaceful, amazing views and sunsets

Beautiful villa in an amazing setting. Watching the sun set behind the mountain each night was breath taking.Great size pool for swimming and splashing and lovely outside area for relaxing in the evenings.We found everything we needed, plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery amd glasses.Couldnt fault anything and would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing week at Casa Japara

Just home from an amazing week staying at Rolf and Cynthia’s awesome house. The photos really can’t do the house and views justice! The house has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. Comfy beds, really well equipped kitchen, amazing pool and outside cooking/dining areas and the communication with Rolf and Cynthia was great. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

From the moment we booked this beautiful villa, the communication from the owners was exceptional. Any questions we had were answered quickly, making the whole booking process effortless.My husband and I stayed here with our three adult children, and it was the perfect place for all of us. The villa is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location with stunning views, and it isn't overlooked at all, giving you complete privacy. There are so many lovely places to sit, relax, and enjoy the surroundings.We stayed during the heatwave, so the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. It's installed in every bedroom and worked brilliantly, ensuring everyone slept comfortably.The living room is spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, which was perfect for cooking in the evenings while enjoying the warm weather.The pool was a huge hit with our children, and it was a lovely touch that there were plenty of inflatables available for guests to use. We absolutely loved the layout and atmosphere of the villa—it felt like a real home from home.The nearby town was charming, and there's so much to see and do in the surrounding area. We had a fantastic holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. A huge thank you to the wonderful owners for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful and well-equipped villa tucked at at the end of some narrow lanes.

Beautiful gated single-storey property at the end of some narrow winding lanes. Very well equipped. Hosts were very responsive to any requests. The excellent pool area was both secluded and yet commanding a great view of the surrounding countryside. The outdoor grill and covered dining area were great. The indoor area was spacious and comfortable, with aircon units in bedrooms and living room. Nothing really to criticise.

Montgo vill

Prettige vakantiewoning met alle faciliteiten zoals mooi zwembad, diverse badkamers en snel internet. Mooi uitzicht over de vallei en de Montgo. Aanrijroute is wat ingewikkeld maar eenmaal op locatie kun je in alle rust genieten.

Wonderful holiday!

Our family had the most amazing two week holiday at Casa Japara. It was in the most beautiful location, and wonderfully peaceful. The villa was a home from home, sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our family and cleaned on a regular basis. Both the owners and manager were wonderful and communicated well. Best villa we have been in and we will be back! Thank you so much.

Beautiful views, wonderful hosts

We were a family of 4 - (kids 5 and 7) and had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. Cynthia and Rolf were so helpful, the communication was excellent and we felt very well informed at all times. The villa was so well equipped and felt like a cherished home rather than just a holiday house. It was in a safe, quiet area that was so peaceful with amazing views of the Montgo - this is the first view we’ve seen that made us realise why it is called elephant mountain - you can see the elephant eyes, face and trunk from the garden! We visited Arenal, Calpe and Granadella beaches and the fun markets at Jesús Pobre and Javea but mostly we liked to stay in the beautiful villa. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby in Javea (Volta I Volta, Tasca rebotica) and surrounding areas (can sueno - 50 mins drive in to the mountains - a bucket list event!) - we made memories for a lifetime here and hope to return again one day! Thank you!
