Welcome to Union Meadows - This home has incredible flexibility for any group accommodation for family reunions, convention groups, travel groups, ski groups, large families, Young Living and doTERRA groups, corporate housing, temporary relocation housing, traveling executives, displaced families, and people in-between homes. You'll love this private park-side location walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake. Available year round.



This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect place for a girls trip with lots of beds to sleep in, tables to gather round and comfortable gathering areas. I recommend.

We had a nice stay overall and appreciated the space, but there are a few things that could use some attention. The dishwasher doesn’t seem to be cleaning properly, even after running it a few times, dishes were still dirty, so we ended up handwashing what we used. We also noticed a cockroach in the downstairs bathroom and a few areas (like walls and windows) that could use a deeper clean. Some minor maintenance and cosmetic touch-ups would really help the place feel fresher and more comfortable.

Great communication from Utah's Best Vacation rentals. Space was big enough with more than enough toiletries for the 8 of us for our 3 night stay. There a was some damage to the property that can be maintained better. The backyard is unappealing and the hot tub deck seems unsafe.

Had some issues

Overall the property fit our needs except ..... 1. no sheets available for the pull out couches, one of the roll aways was broken and garage door did not operate properly. We were in contact with property manager concerning these items and the sheet situation was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The other issues were not. We made due but not happy that we spent money for a certain amount of beds and one of the kids ended up sleeping on the floor.

Good for Ski Lodging

Place was fine for what we needed. It served its purpose. Pros:Close to skiingHot tub was clean (jets on one side worked)Nice having a garageCons:Master bed was too soft for meMaster shower had strong sulfur odorOther shower backed upPool table and ping pong table were damaged and not very usable Grill grates were rusty so we didn’t useYard was just mud Property manager is aware of shower issues and said they will get fixed.

Decent property, bureaucratic property manager

Pros - - Quiet cul-de-sac - Nice beds - Comfy hottub - Good showers, plenty of hot water - Two nice gathering areas, one up and another down - Large two car garage, nice for bad weather Cons - Dated property in need of a facelift. Lots of little maintenence items - missing lightbulbs, water-damaged baseboards, crudely repaired holes in the walls, etc. Will try to include photos. - All bedrooms are up 14 steep and narrow stairs. - Large and impersonal property manager. You will face a lot of bureaucracy AFTER you book with VRBO, where you will sign additional docs and have to provide photo ID, etc. No dealing with an attentive and personable owner at this property. - Parking is strictly limited to four cars, and alternative parking is not close by nor easy to find. If you are creating a centralized gathering spot for more than four vehicles, this is not the place. Nearby parking lots are posted for no overnight parking and are monitored by the booter patrol. If you need a large place to meet up with a small group and crash out while you attend a conference in the area, this place works. If you want a cozy place to spend a few days inside with your favorite peeps and enjoy the ambiance, this place is kind of rundown and very impersonal. This is a straight-up rental property that feels like they are wringing every cent out of it while doing the bare minimum upkeep..

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the house. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for our family. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, hot tub and the many tvs. There were a few items that need to be repaired like the master faucet and a few door handles that are a bit loose.

Beautiful home

It was a gorgeous house. I would definitely stay here if I came back to the area. The only problem was the air conditioner frills over so the unit wasn’t working so well.

Dangerous & Gross

We found the property to be dangerous and unprofessional. Multiple safety issues and prior to check in, I had to sign multiple documents and send a picture of my drivers license. 1. The backyard is not private. There is a 10 foot gap in the fence and opens up directly where the hot tub is. The hot tub and whoever is in it can be seen from the street making it uncomfortable. 2. The decking the hot tub is on is beyond disrepair. We ultimately decided against using the hot tub because of how unstable the deck was. We specifically chose this property because of the hot tub and didn't feel safe using it. I have a video of myself walking across the decking that demonstrates how unstable the decking is. 3. The backyard "landscaping" was gross and dirty. 4. The upstairs railing had a very DIY "fix" and was absolutely not safe. There were small boards drilled into the wall to keep the railing from wiggling but it was still quite loose. 5. The basement was intended as a fun hang out...? The unfinished walls with wires hanging everywhere and fiberglass insulation popping out was terrible. I'm beyond grateful this trip was not with my children. There was insulation laying on the ground and poking out of the framing. I would never allow my children to go to the basement. We didn't spend anytime down there because of those issues. 6. There was not a broom provided. Not a deal breaker but very annoying. I tried reaching out to the property managers but never heard back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was so close to food, fun and mountains. I was not impressed with the backyard at all, we wanted to enjoy our mornings in the cool mountain air and the patio and chairs were filthy and around the hot tub was a big mess. We didn't even get to enjoy the hot tub.

Great place - very clean and lots of room!

Nice large home for 2 families with kids. Approx 30 min drive to any of the ski resorts. Nice hot tub and added bonus of the basement with pool table, ping pong, and Xbox. We stay again for a place on this area.
