The location of the unit is great, lots to do. The unit is a good size however is dirty and could use a good clean..walls, baseboards, vents. Could use Kleenex and I thought the kitchen could be better equipped.

Great Stay

Very convenient location, I was literally less than 10 miles from everything I needed. We came up for a football camp and the home accomadated all 10 of us.

Great location & stay with friends

Overall great time staying here with friends. Location was close to everything we needed, especially with Harmon’s right around the corner. Check-in wasn’t as seamless as other experiences due to the confusion in the property unit #, but communication was quick and we were checked in. Would stay here again!

Really Enjoyed It

This was a great property for our recent family trip to Salt Lake City. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and local restaurants. Its central location made it easy to explore the area including downtown, Snowbird, and Park City. The management company was very responsive when we let them know the TV in the primary bedroom wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new one within a few hours.

Challenges with communication

Property was good, neighborhood was great and very quiet. Communicating with management company was a bit challenging and confusing and they were slow to respond.

UTAH SNOWBOARD TRIP

Check-In was questionable. Never did use the front door because we couldn’t figure out the lock and code number? We just went through garage everyday. The place itself was very nice with the exception that the TV didn’t work in the master bedroom which was disappointing. Hot tub was very nice! Great location to the slopes each day.

Good location but Hot Tub was not available for the first 2 days of our stay

The property was generally as advertised. We discovered that the hot tub was in the 70’s when we went to use it after skiing. I reported the problem to the number provided. We checked in on Saturday and at 6 pm on Monday night the tub was still not usable. By the final night of our 4 night stay the hot tub was finally usable. I complained to the management company and when they finally got back to me they agreed that we had been inconvenienced by the hot tub not being usable for three of the four days of our stay. They offered us a 10% discount off of 1 night of our stay ( a refund of between $19.00 and change.). I think as kind of insulted by this offer. If you’re going to prominently advertise that you have a hot tub in can effort to attract skiers at your property you should make sure it’s functioning properly before it’s occupied and if it turns out that it’s not you should have it repaired the same day. I’ve rented through VRBO. all over the USA and this was the most disappointing rental I’ve encountered- other renters either took care of issue’s immediately or else provided an acceptable resolution to the problem - utahs vest did not.

Beautiful decor, it made me feel welcomed and when it was time to relax it felt like a comfortable hotel stay. All necessities were available from extra towels to cooking accessories. We loved the jacuzzi tub, and outdoor hangout, very private. That week was super hot in Utah and we truly enjoyed coming to a cool house. So satisfied, we would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like a lot of things about these condos, but there were times when we were frustrated. We had a group of 10 people staying in 4 different condos during April and May. When we called to report things that needed to be addressed (e.g., clogged sink, inoperable WiFi and garage door openers, and iron), usually the person on the phone said they would send someone right away to make the repairs. But several times, nobody came that day or even the next day or two, and we had to call again to report it as a second time. That was really frustrating, because we were very inconvenienced by not having those amenities working properly. One other issue... one Saturday night we came back from the airport after visiting family in Japan. It had been a very long day of travel, with a canceled flight and many hours of sitting in the airport. We were so glad to finally be back to the condos, but alas, the front door wouldn't open; the battery had died. We called you and left messages. When we finally heard back from Kobe, he said he would come replace battery in an hour, because he was coming from Provo. An hour while it's late at night? Isn't there another employee closer to the Midvale area. On top of that, no apologies were given for this big inconvenience. I just thought you should know that a sincere apology would have gone a long way. :-(

It is in a good central location for access to airport, downtown, and the canyons. 3BR/2 full baths upstairs so everyone was comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out in the family room and the hot tub after a ski day. The only thing I didn't care for, is that the management company wouldn't allow us to check in two hours early, even though the place was empty, unless we paid a fee. I had never had an AIRBNB charge me for an early check in before this and I did not care for this. Other than that situation, our experience here was great.
