A solo unos pasos del océano en un increíble complejo frente al mar en la costa oeste de Maui. Este estudio hace unas vacaciones relajantes para una pareja o familia de tres. Con una cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo (sin bañera) y lavadora / secadora, disfrutará de todas las comodidades del hogar durante sus vacaciones en Maui.

This is a great place for 1 or2 people. It's a studio so no family unless you have 1 small child.

I would like to stay here again. We saw a lot of whales right from the lanai.

Good value and an enjoyable stay.

The condo had been updated recently and looked very nice. It was stocked with lots of beach equipment (saving us the trouble of renting it). We had a great time there.

Support the Island

This was my second time in three years to stay at the Royal Kahana. The location is terrific for staying on the west side. The view from the property is spectacular and its on the water. I look forward to staying there on my next visit to the island. Mahalo Maui

Great place to stay

Great ground-floor apartment. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the complimentary beach chairs, towels, and cooler. The location was good, even though the beach wasn't accessible this time of year there was one within walking distance and within a 5-10 min drive in either direction there are a lot of other amazing beaches. Communication with the company was prompt and reliable! Would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was a perfect home away from home.

The room had everything we needed to set up base camp. Even came with everything you needed for the beach including snorkel gear. Would definitely come back.

Floors were filthy, black. Need professional insect sprayer for there was a lot of bugs. Fan did not work. Burners on stove do not fit properly. Lastly, need new mattress. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay, first floor location made everything easy, from bringing in groceries to heading to the beach/pool/bbq. The only thing that the suite could use is a couple of hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels and bathing suits as there is only one small towel bar (other than hand towels by the sink)

Great stay

It was just as advertised. The stove top is a little crooked if you are planning on doing some gourmet cooking it would be annoying but for simple things it’s fine. Everything else was excellent.

Quick Maui Trip

This place would have been perfect for 2 people it was cute and spacious, easy check in and lots of parking. Its located by the beach&. i would have rate it alot higher if it was cleaned better. We found things in the refrigerator, clothes in the drawer and also our beddings had stains on it which looked like the bedding was not washed. I would not stay here again because of this.

Great location.

The washer did not work. I had noticed a couple previous reviews mentioning the washer was broken and was told it had been repaired. It had the same issues as the previous guests had noted. That was disappointing. Overall the condo and property were nice.

Place is convenient to most hotels and restaurants. TV is impossible to operate. Can't get the networks. Ask for instructions. Wonderful staff. No check in. Lots of luggage trolleys. Very few disabled spots. Four for 200 plus rooms. Great travel planners in the lobby. Be careful with Outrigger Hotels. Quality varies from resort to dog kennel. Ours was in between

Good stay

The property is ok. A bit dated. There was construction going on at the hotel during the day and it was loud. It was nice to have the kitchenette. My recommendations are to provide cleaning cloths and tea towels. I did contact the property manager and they were very helpful and brought some the next day. It would be nice to have paper towel and toilet paper enough for my stay. However I did notice in the write up that these items are provided only to get people started. It was beachfront… and a sandy beach close by. We saw off the beach and saw lots of fish and sea turtles. The highlight. The place was a bit dirty as an example the washing machine … between washer and wall there was lots of thick dust. Also the dishes I washed before I used and I cleaned out the cabinets as there were crumbs in them.

Perfect for a Quick Solo Getaway!

The condo was adorable! Perfect for a solo traveler. The Royal Kahana pool (very small, no view of ocean, lots of noisy kids!) and beach (under restoration) aren't the best, but I preferred to head over to Napili or Kapalua beaches anyway and be where I could snorkel. This was a great location about 1/2 way between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Walking distance to a few restaurants and easy driving distance to many more. The condo had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay... the kitchen was stocked just right (including a blender!) and they had some beach amenities (chairs, umbrella, small ice chest) to use. Also, great to have a washer and dryer to do my laundry mid-trip. I had a SMALL issue getting into my room with the key pad code, but the property manager was very helpful and even drove over to help in person. I had almost no contact with the Royal Kahana staff except the lady at the front desk at my arrival who was super unhelpful when I had issues with the keypad. She was not welcoming at all since I was renting through the property manager and not through them. That was a bit strange but I just ignored that and enjoyed #104!!

Kahana Getaway

My only reason for giving a 4 star vs. a 5 is that some items either need replacing or repair. The washer needs repair or replacement. The spin cycle works poorly or if you have more than 3 towels in it, not at all. It's so noisy our neighbors came over to ask what the noise was. I did inform Maui Properties so hopefully it will be corrected. We had a dirty baking sheet in the oven on arrival and were missing a few items and had a broken beach chair, but Maui Properties were very good at addressing our needs. Also reported a broken bed table lamp. Only way to turn it off and on is to crawl under a table and plug and unplug, so very annoying. For a 10 day stay would have been nice to have more than 1 kitchen towel and 1 hot mitt as we ate in most nights. The burners on the stove top don't fit quite right so your pan will not sit lop sided. The location of the property and everything else was fabulous.
