Great property-loved location, view and cleanliness!

Very inviting property and worked wonderfully as we had family members stay in next building over we could talk from our decks! No issues with parking and owners very receptive when we arrived and had questions. Highly recommend this property!

Quiet Offseason Stay at SML

We enjoyed a long weekend at SML from the condo. Very easy in and out of the condo. Location and amenities were great. We enjoyed walking to dinner at Napoli's on the Lake and utilized the hot tub and fitness center.

fall getaway

My husband and I stayed almost a week here as an inbetween stop from the Carolinas on our way home. The views were fantastic and look just like the pictures. The lake was very peaceful and we walked the complex every morning and afternoon despite the crummy weather. Everyone who lived there was friendly and we enjoyed the restaurant/bar a few times. My only disappointment was we were unable to rent kayaks/ boat because they close down after labor day.

Rest and Relaxation

With the stay at home slightly lifted... this was a great stay with immediate family. Able to take walks along the water and in community. Social distancing in place was able to enjoy time on the water. Beautiful area to look at the mountains at sunrise with a cup of coffee and at sunset with a glass of wine.

Lovely area

The area itself was beautiful. It was a bit off the beaten path, but that's ok. The unit itself needed some maintenance work, but we were told that it would get done after we reported it. Also, clearer directions for entering and locking would have been helpful.

Everything was wonderful and beautiful. The only concern I had is that the towels provided all smelled like they came from someone’s house who smoked inside the home. I had to wash them. I would still stay here again however.

Clear instructions/directions. The TV was a bit difficult to operate but other than that everything was clean and easy to navigate. We forgot to dress the bed before leaving but other than that we followed all instructions provided. Parking was easy. It was frustrating how many restaurants were either fully closed or closed super early during our stay including the restaurant on site but it is what it is. Overall it’s a nice area, not too far of a walk to the lake itself which had a nice beach access. There weren’t many people staying there during our time so it was quiet which was enjoyable and we couldn’t hear the neighbors staying around us. The property itself has a bit of a wasp problem so we didn’t sit outside on the balcony much but if you’re not afraid of them it’s a good view. Overall it was a pleasant visit and I hope we were alright guests.

Great location and beautiful views!

The stay was nice for a weekend get away! We did have a few concerns, but we chose not to deal with them considering we were only there for 2 nights. My first concern that I feel should be addressed is having someone fully inspect the unit between stays! It was really frustrating to see a dishwasher that was improperly loaded with food smeared all over the dishes. It was irritating not being able to use the dishwasher; we just hand washed everything we used. Other than that there were just little things. The outlet did not work in the bathroom, and I am sure the thermostat was locked away in the closet in the bedroom, but it was super cold at night for my girlfriend! We did have a good time, but I promise you that making sure everything is in tip top shape will always ensure return stays!

Sorry our cleaning lady had a death in her family that morning and missed the dishwasher. The thermostat is behind the bedroom door, not locked and our guests can put it to whatever temp they like at all our condos. Just call/text us to resolve any issue in minutes including the breaker for bathroom outlet.

Weekend retreat

It was beautiful. We loved it. I would have been nice to have an extra roll of tp and it looks like it could use minor maitenance on the outlets and hardware in the bathroom. Otherwise perfect. Definitely a winner.
