Nuestra casa tiene impresionantes vistas al mar desde la sala de estar y el área de la cocina y está ubicada directamente en la playa de Capitola Village en los famosos apartamentos venecianos.

En esta pintoresca casa de estilo mediterráneo frente al mar, cada habitación ha sido recientemente remodelada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y encimeras de granito en la cocina. Alojamiento duerme cómodamente cinco con un baño completo. También se ofrece un monitor de pantalla plana de 37 '' para entretenimiento nocturno.

Despierte por la mañana y mire el amanecer mientras disfruta de su café o té. Salga por la puerta de la arena y salga a trotar o simplemente camine por la playa mientras observa la mundialmente conocida Bahía de Monterey.


También puede dar un paseo por el muelle Capitola y comer algo en el restaurante Wharf House. Si te apetece, puedes alquilar un bote o kayak y disfrutar de las aguas de la Bahía o probar el surf. Paradise

We stayed at this property for a week during 4th of July, and we had an amazing time. You cannot beat the location, and having your own private spot on the beach each day is priceless (especially on crowded days such as holidays/weekends). We didn't even use our car the entire trip because everything was within walking distance....shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The best part of our trip was meeting the neighbors/locals who live nearby and came down to the beach each day to BBQ. they were so nice and generous and made us feel like family. We will be coming back to stay here ASAP!

Cute place. Cute decor… but could really use some comfortable living room furniture and better beds. The beds were a queen size bed frame with a double mattress. Resulted in frame sticking out much further than the mattress; just an accident waiting to happen. Second bed is a day bed, twin size. Fouton in the living room is full size, but no sheets or bedding provided. There is no way this place could sleep 5 average sized adults!! Sink and bathtub in bathroom need replacing. Extremely stained. But… love the location. Could see the beach and hear the ocean up close and personal. For the price, the place should have been top notch, but it just isn’t! Will not be staying here again.

Beautiful beach suite Capitola

I would just like to say the upstairs suite my girlfriend n I stayed in was way more then I expected!! It was absolutely beautiful, fantastic view of the beach, very nicely decorated, very comfortable, had everything you need for a beautiful stay at the beach. Also having a parking pass was a nice bonus for feee parking for our stay. Thank you so much for making my 60th Birthday absolutely amazing n special!! Highly recommend!! Thanks again!!

Storm of the century

We were very thankful that Robert was able to put us in a different condo after the storm hit the reserved place and flooded it. We had a wonderful weekend and the view was amazing! Capitola is rebuilding and every business we went into was very appreciated. I can not wait to go back!

Not up to par

The main bedroom was very small with a double bed & twin bed. We as adults didn’t think it would be comfortable to sleep on the double bed so we chose the pullout couch. We had our 9 year old granddaughter and her friend with us. It was horrible. I was on the phone with the owner’s son for 2 hours trying to get the TV (cable box) to work, even went upstairs to his parents unit and got their cable box. I finally said I couldn’t do anymore. The place needs a definite update with furniture. Kitchen was fine. Toilet paper was so thin you had to use 1/4 of a roll. The next morning called to say we were leaving. Didn’t want to spend more time on the TV or have a horrible night trying to sleep.

Great location

Was disappointed the light in the kitchen is full of bugs. No coffee. That’s always included even in cheap hotels. Most coffee pots have pods nowadays so buying coffee for a few days would be a waste of money. No parking. No screens on the windows to open them for fresh air. Location was the best part. Location, location, location.

1st Time in Capitola

This place is all about the location! We rented this place for my parents who are elderly and my mom is disabled and would not be able to walk thru the sand. With this place your front porch is the beach!. My parents spent the whole time sitting in front of the wall and were able to have the ocean experience, and that was what we wanted. The inside of the house is a little outdated and was not stocked very well but you can't beat the location. We will be back!!

Nice location

Great location. The one bedroom has one full size bed and one twin bed. Both are old and not comfortable at all. Also not ideal for a couples get away. We had to sleep in different beds. If the owners would put two Queen quality beds in this unit it would be amazing. The place smells bad of mildew and isn’t very clean. We enjoyed the location. There are 6 plastic chairs that we could use for the beach. That was a huge plus. Overall the location is what we paid for. The location outweighed the lack of comfort.

Cute place and great view

Apartment was clean and cute. You can’t beat the location and view. We enjoyed walking the beach and playing dice out front. The locals were very friendly and people watching was amusing. We would definitely rent this apartment again. With the exception of the bedroom, the apartment is updated and nice. My only suggestions would be, new bedding, pillows and even a mattress for the bedroom. The comforter, sheets, and pillows are old, worn, scratchy and musty smelling. There’s also a smell of cigarette smoke in this room. I’m wondering if it’s coming from a neighbor as I only smelled it off and on. The couch pillows also need to be replaced or deep cleaned. Also, I could only find one pan and the only spatulas are for outdoor bbqing. With that being said the place is good but could be great with just a few little details being addressed.

Great Capitola Beach front

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. You can see the ocean and beach from the kitchen table. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the beach and ocean. The host was great at communicating with us and answering questions. We had 5 adults and with the sofa bed all able to have a place to sleep.

Best birthday ever

We decided to stay here for our daughters 15th birthday. Was hoping her and friends would enjoy hanging out and shopping alone. So they could feel a little more independent. It worked they shopped . They play on the beach. Fell asleep to the ocean and woke to the ocean sounds. What a GREAT experience. Thank you for allowing people to create life long memories.

Lovely location but tired

Good location, lots of people loitering, and inside was tired and a bit dank smelling, especially for the very high rate. We could have been just as well with an off beach location for the price. There are two beds in one small room and expected a bit of a different set up per “sleeps 5 description”. I suppose it is accurate but misleading as I have been to Capitola before and thought we would get access to the upstairs as well as pictured. I put up my husband’s friends visiting for the weekend from the UK and honestly, I was a bit embarrassed—thought it would be more quaint and nicer.

Amazing location

It was one of our best vacations! The location to the beach made it easy for the adults to sit outside and relax while the kids played in the sand. It really was the best and the owner was extremely nice and accommodating. The house has beach chairs and outdoor table and chairs.

Right on the beach

The unit was as described - beautiful view and steps to the sand. We were provided a parking pass to park anywhere in metered spots which is great...finding those spots Saturday - Tuesday was quite the time consuming challenge, not entirely unexpected. Would have been lovely if the windows opened, but we understood why they did not. Overall a lovely stay in a nice and roomy unit. Host was friendly and responsive to our questions.

Another wonderful Capitola adventure

We had an excellent experience from pre-arrival greetings from Robert through our departure on 5/24/21. The apartment was perfect with the most amazing views of the bay and wharf, the sound of crashing waves all night and location on the beach and in the middle of so much to do. The full kitchen was clean, had new appliances and kitchen well stocked with supplies to support a long or short stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room in the large living room. Perfect room in the perfect location!
