Summary:
Iconic oceanfront Venetian Court, located in the heart of Capitola Village!

The Space:
The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation!

This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio. There is NO full kitchen in this unit. There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking.

A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay.

There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.

Perfect home base for a weekend in Capitola Village, right on the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. The rooms were clean and we had good communication with the host.

We loved just parking our car and walking everywhere in Capitola Village! The beach was just out side our door, awesome! We also got to view a fireworks show that was set up right in-front at the wharf!! This is the way you do the beach!! I am also an artist and was able to get up at AM nautical twilight and take an Art deco inspired image, right in front of the units. I called the piece Signora Venetian! the Venetian’s are also a part of Cali beach history one of the oldest beach condos built in 1925, celebrating 100 years!

Great location

Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there.

Quintessential paradise !

Highly recommend this place to everyone! The location of this cute cozy beach house was perfect , we walked everywhere, to the best restaurants and shops..The high level of responsiveness of the management was so impressive, getting back to us within minutes of our questions. The place itself was a beautiful beach house , very well decorated, clean and updated.

Location great, lots of beach toys and umbrellas was really nice, maybe best for only 3 people as pull out wouldn’t be comfy for two. No stove was not great but we knew that going in.
