Summary:
Iconic oceanfront Venetian Court, located in the heart of Capitola Village!

The Space:
The Pink Venetian (lower unit) is on the sand of Capitola Beach - the perfect place for the ultimate beach vacation!

This clean and comfortable studio features one queen bed and a pull-out couch which allow 4 guests to sleep comfortably in the studio.  There is NO full kitchen in this unit.  There is a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishes and cutlery; a dining area, one full bathroom; and a washer and dryer.   This is the downstairs unit of a duplex, the front door of this unit is directly in front of the sand of Capitola Beach.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of fun beach games are provided for your entertainment. Please note: this home is located beachfront- literally steps from the sand. There will most likely be people close to the entryway , and you will probably hear and see them. Please be aware of that before booking.

A parking pass for free street parking around Capitola Village is also provided during your stay.

There is an exterior security camera for your added safety.

We loved just parking our car and walking everywhere in Capitola Village! The beach was just out side our door, awesome! We also got to view a fireworks show that was set up right in-front at the wharf!! This is the way you do the beach!! I am also an artist and was able to get up at AM nautical twilight and take an Art deco inspired image, right in front of the units. I called the piece Signora Venetian! the Venetian’s are also a part of Cali beach history one of the oldest beach condos built in 1925, celebrating 100 years!

Perfect home base for a weekend in Capitola Village, right on the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. The rooms were clean and we had good communication with the host.

Location great, lots of beach toys and umbrellas was really nice, maybe best for only 3 people as pull out wouldn’t be comfy for two. No stove was not great but we knew that going in.

Great location

Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there.

Quintessential paradise !

Highly recommend this place to everyone! The location of this cute cozy beach house was perfect , we walked everywhere, to the best restaurants and shops..The high level of responsiveness of the management was so impressive, getting back to us within minutes of our questions. The place itself was a beautiful beach house , very well decorated, clean and updated.

Lovely stay in Capitola

We’ve passed these houses but never stayed. Lovely little 1 bedroom (lower level) of the pink and blue Venetian. Beach outside your door looking at the ocean with the quaint downtown and pier to your sides. Lovely decorated. People enjoying the beach all around. 2 min walk to downtown. Beachy coastal vibe. We’d love to come visit again. Learned: Entry is to the left of the pier (walkway down to the beach). -Plan to eat out or BBQ since it’s a mini kitchen and downtown restaurants are a block away. -Unload but need to park in the surrounding neighborhood with the house parking pass. A block or two outside of downtown has longer parking.

Our stay

First night was great. And someone checked in upstairs with two children. They were noisy every night after that until 130 or so in the morning even though we talk to them and ask them to stop. We left a day early because we couldn’t get any sleep at night Other than that the place was great.

Absolutely awesome!

The Pink Venetian was absolutely awesome. We actually rented both the upper and lower unit which made for a delightful experience for my family. We spent a very relaxed week at the oceans front door. We had everything we could need in the lower unit (and upper lol). My two teens took over the lower unit and enjoyed the big tv in the evenings. Sand toys and chairs and towels were all provided along with the washer and dryer! We cant wait to stay again! Thank u for a trmendous memorable week!

I didn't this already, but we loved staying in the property. My family had stayed there next door and it was wonderful to have the single bedroom. The small kitchenette was adequate except we needed a knife. The beach was wonderful.

It was great staying in Capitola right on the beach. The rental agents (Surf City) did not return my call when I had called a few days before our trip, when we arrived I tried calling again, it went to voice mail and the mail box was full. Poor customer service.

11Year Anniversary

We enjoyed our stay at the venetian 22.5 The views the room were wonderful it was to celebrate our 11 year anniversary. At Night we could hear the ocean waves. in the morning we had coffee and for dinner we went to a restaurant in town all a short walk. we will stay here again and will be highly recommended.

Cute place, but didn’t love location

Cute place. Very clean. Bed was not comfortable, pull out bed/couch was super uncomfortable. Lots of random people from the public hang out and walk by. Not a location I would want to stay at again.
