Family memories

A perfect location for our family late summer vacation. With a small private lake beach, it was ideal for 5 children under 5 to explore. We also took advantage of the Lake Naomi amenities - as it was later in the summer, several were starting to close. Kayaks and bikes provided plenty of entertainment and the fire pits and grill were fantastic.

We have stayed at this house three years now. It will not disappoint you. The house is welcoming and relaxing . It is very quiet and secluded. The lake is quiet and perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen will be the nicest and most well appointed you will ever see! Any and all needs will be met by the host who is very responsive and a pleasure to speak with. The community is very quiet so morning runs or bike rides are a pleasure. Enjoy!

LaMont/Timber Trails Vacation Rental

My family and I stayed at the LaMont house in Timber Trails for 3 weeks, July 2025. Our experience was truly spectacular! The house was beautiful, well-maintained, every amenity we could have asked for. Impressive in every way, everything worked, but comfortable and homey. It sits on Tall Timber Lake, a bountiful site, gorgeous, rain or shine. We were very familiar with the area, having been coming to Timber Trails for 15 years, so the LaMont house felt like we were "home". Sally was a joy to coordinate with and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her family home. We have already asked Sally to reserve 2 weeks for our family in July 2026, a true indication of our satisfaction with the LaMont house and the LaMont owners. FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Family getaway

We had such a great couple days and couldn’t be happier with the house and host. Such big inviting rooms, so much character and charm to the home, and amazing location. The host was also so easy to communicate with incredibly accommodating. I hope to stay here again for years to come.

Gorgeous lake house with everything you'd ever need or want.

We had a phenomenal time renting the lake house with our family of 10 (adults & kids), and absolutely cant wait to come back. Sally was in contact with us every step of the way and took care of any issues, questions, and concerns we had very quickly. The location is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and lovely, the lake is super clean, the private beach is fantastic, the bird feeders are super entertaining, the outdoor space is perfect, and the house is gorgeous. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances large and small that you'd need to create a gourmet dining experience... which we did! It was completely fine for our kids, but if you have kids on the more active side, who will chase each other all day and night at full speed, there are a few edges of tables, kitchen island, low artwork, and lips on stairs that might make you want you to bring a few extra band-aids with you. Overall, I cant say enough great things about the house. - We loved it.

Lovely place with amazing furniture and fully equipped

The interior design is amazing and modern. There are a lot of outdoor seating options and very nice fire pits to gather around just by thr lake. The kayaks are also a nice addition. The kitchen is fully equipped with whatever you need with amazing Miele appliances and all kitchenware you can think of. There is a nice fusbal table, shuffle board and chess set as well as other games.

Beautiful Home

We have a huge family and finding a rental home for everyone can be quite the challenge. We felt at home here and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The only issue was the lake was frozen so I guess we will have to book a week in the summer. You will not be disappointed as this place is fantastic and has all of the comforts of home and we even woke up to some fresh snow. It was also located conveniently to all of the attractions we went to.

It’s alll in the details

Vacation begins as soon as you walk in the door! Super spacious and cozy at the same time, the house and property were everything one could want in a get away. It truly is exactly as presented with extra charm and warmth. Delightful wildlife, lakeside beach and hopping into the kayak for a quick jaunt around the lake, super fun activity through out the day. Complete kitchen and expansive outdoors for ease of cooking, sharing great meals and relaxing together.. Early mornings in the sunroom overlooking the lake turns everyone into a bird watcher. This host has provided a very thoughtful retreat for its guests.

Fantastic Stay - Will Book Again!

Our family had a great experience at the home! We stayed eight nights and enjoyed every day! The home was already stocked with many kitchen items. Our 5-year-old twins loved the beach in the backyard, as well as the larger beach in the development (located just down the road). We communicated with the owner if we had any questions. She was always very nice and prompt to respond! Highly recommend!

Our Stay in the Poconos

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The property was gorgeous, right on the lake with a private beach. The water was perfect for swimming and fishing. It also was well supplied with Kayaks, canoe and bicycles for outdoor activities The house was everything we needed and more. It was very well maintained and equipped with top of the line appliances. The owners were very easy to work with and readily available to accommodate additional requests and questions. We will definitely come back. It was hard to leave this place of peaceful relaxation. Beautiful space very well stocked but false advertising. We were looking for a place specifically with a hot tub and it was broken and they didn’t let us know. The garbage disposal was also broken, the TV didn’t work and the house was not super clean. For the price, we had hoped for a better experience and not have so many things we’d need to do and clean ourselves.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house is big and in great condition. There is plenty of space and plenty of entertainment inside and outside of the house without leaving the property. The house looks exactly how it is in the pictures. You will enjoy all the unique wood work through out the house. Quite amazing. The porch is just beautiful and the private beach was the best part. We loved the fact that you don’t need bring your own linens and towels. They were laid out in all rooms they were clean and fresh. We definitely plan to come back.

You can't ask for more

This place was... incredible. Could be a small hotel! 8 full beds, beautiful deck, multiple fireplaces, enough boats/canoes for a small armada... a wet bar! The lake is basically a huge pond which is amazing. You can basically wade out in the middle of it, no problem. Somethings that were not in the listing: Huuuuuge cabinet full of games! The hot tub wasn't working while we were there :/ should be back up later I will be back.
