Wonderful beach vacation with beautiful sunsets

Our management company contacted me when they found out renovation was happening and immediately switched me to a comparable property. I like Indian Rocks - a good range of restaurants with lots of stores across the bridge if I need them. This was a beautiful stretch of beach with wonderful sunsets, great pool and hot tub. The kitchen was really well furnished for cooks.

Really nice comfortable 3 bed, two bath condo in the beach at Indian Shores. Excellent location, good vibes, easy access and short drives to either Clearwater or St Pete. Good place to stay. Go to Guppy’s for an excellent dinner. You’ll be surprised. Outside of one cockroach and a bunch of black gnats upon arrival, it was a clean and pleasant stay. Thank you.

It provides a wonderful home for our family to gather together, with three bedrooms, two washrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Gulf to admire incredible sunsets every night. Such lovely memories have been gathered here over the years, so much so, that our 7-year old granddaughter says, "See you next year!" to the condo as she leaves. And yes, we have rebooked for next year....our little bit of paradise!

Super condo

Condo was great, clean and plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you could imagine for a wonderful stay. The location is walking distance to restaurants and beach access is easy. The only complaint was no communication from the property manager about check in- no email or directions on how to access the condo. Had to dig up my VRBO confirmation, google the property management name and figure it out. Would be more convenient to send a door code and all info via email.

We had the pleasure of returning here for the fifth time this year and it did not disappoint. The condo itself is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has all the essentials that one would need for preparing any meals. The linens and bedding are all excellent!Viewing incredible sunsets from the balcony every evening is the icing on the cake! All in all, we have grown to love this unit, so much so, that we have booked for another 4 weeks next year.

Great location not clean

Every thing went smoothly till we arrived at the condo. There was old food in the fridge, floors were dirty, we had to sweep the dirt and dust off them and they still weren’t clean. Dust all over everything. We were not pleased! We chose this condo because it was rated on the extremely clean scale and I have severe asthma. The whole trip I had a horrible time breathing and I had several bad asthma attacks. If you advertise an extremely clean place than it should be clean.

Very family friendly,nice pool, directly on the beach (rental beach chairs were a lifesaver for my fair Irish family). Convenience store, surf shop, coffee and such are all within walking distance. Some restaurants are within walking distance but we drove to most of the places we enjoy.My only complaint, and it wasn't a huge issue, was the cleanliness of the condo. No offense but it just felt sticky. I realize this is Florida and the humidity level is high but the condo could use a good deep clean. The floors felt like they hadn't been swept when we arrived and please invest in some nice trash bags. We finally broke down and bought our own and hopefully the next guest will enjoy them instead of the paper thin clear bags that just didn't work. Indian Shores is very quiet compared to St. Petes and Treasure Island so if you're looking to visit and stay away from the busy area, then this is the place for you. Hope you enjoy your stay because we certainly did!

Nice condo

The unit needs some updating including the lock. We hate using the key. The lock is hard to unlock and keys are a pain to keep up with. Since it has a key pad, use it.

Beautiful, low key vibe on a gorgeous beach

This property is very well kept, the room had some tiny repairs that could be worked on . The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. I would stay here again. It was furnished nicely, kitchen was well equipped with quality -everything. Nice, pool, jacuzzi, loungers and umbrella available to rent for the week, great restaurants nearby.

The only negative is the sofa and loveseat are very dirty. Beautiful and comfortable but being white it shows how dirty fabric gets with heavy use. The master bedroom comforter did not look like it had been washed. But all the positives out weigh the negatives and I would stay again.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, we had a few problems the heat would not work when we got there but was fixed the next day, the ceiling fans in both guest bedrooms did not work, had a small leak under the master bathrooms sink we put a towel under it to keep it from getting the cabinet wet. Overall we like the condo, but just a few issues other, we would be willing to rent again in the future.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

We stayed for a week and had a restful and relaxing time. The condo is light and airy and has beautiful beachfront views. There’s nothing like waking up and opening the door and listening to the ocean. Pots and pans need some updating as we burned almost everything we cooked even though it had Teflon coating. But over all, I would highly recommend. We are hoping to return again soon.

The location is wonderful- a nice blend of restaurants, activities ,incredible beach and stunning sunsets to be viewed from the balcony each evening. The unit itself is in pristine condition- so invitingly decorated! The bedding and towels are of the highest quality.The kitchen is equipped better than my home kitchen-anything that you might need, you will find here already! Having the in- unit washer and dryer is very handy for a longer stay. It is a perfect set up for a multi-generation family vacation. I highly recommend this outstanding property and have, in fact, rebooked for next year! That's how much we love it!

PARADISE

We had the privilege of staying at this outstanding condo for the third time recently and it did not disappoint!The location is amazing- incredible sunsets every night, the sun glistening on the waves as you sit on the balcony hearing the crashing of the waves. The interior of the condo is decorated to the nines- so inviting and immaculate. The three bedrooms and two washrooms make this an ideal location for a three generation vacation- we loved ours!!!The kitchen is very well equipped- dishes, cookware, everything you might need to do your own cooking. And if you choose not to, the location is surrounded by many delectable restaurants! I would highly recommend this unit, and in fact, am already rebooked for a return visit next year!

Indian Beach Condo

We rented the condo during Christmas, we loved the whole condo from the moment we got in there. Everything was as shown & described on the website. As a family of 6 it was comfortable for everyone. Each bedroom had a tv which was a nice thing & loved the kitchen. The whole condo was beach theme & very pretty. We enjoyed the beachfront views everyday. The restaurant across the street was convenient & tasty. The only thing I would say is add a couple towel hooks to the Master bathroom shower on the wall near the shower door. Otherwise the place was perfect ! I would recommend this place to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

We loved the oceanfront condo!The pictures are exactly what we got.From the moment we step in the door ,we were very impressed on how clean it was!We loved the whole condo. It had nice big washer & dryer for the unit. Every bedroom was perfect, my only suggestion would be add 2 hooks near the shower door in the master bathroom ,otherwise everything was perfect.We loved being out on the porch & seeing the ocean. I would recommend this unit to everyone! A++++ rating
