¡Bienvenido a Courtside 42! Esta es una casa de dos pisos, un vuelo por encima del nivel de la calle que ha sido completamente renovada y tiene todas las comodidades del hogar.

Encontrarás que el nivel principal es bastante espacioso con todos los muebles nuevos y cómodos. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, gabinetes y mostradores nuevos y está completamente equipada para preparar cualquier comida. El salón se abre a una terraza con vistas a las canchas de tenis de Van der Meer. Ubicado fuera del comedor, hay un medio baño para su comodidad. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas con asientos adicionales para dos personas en la barra de desayuno.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, el dormitorio de invitados también tiene una cama King. Ambas habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana.

Courtside es un complejo orientado al océano con hermosos paisajes cuidados y está a 1. 5 cuadras de la playa y al lado del Centro de Tenis Van Der Meer. Una membresía especial con Van der Meer brinda a los huéspedes de Courtside privilegios de tenis de hasta una hora por día por condominio.

Wonderful Week!

The Perfect Vacation Rental

We absolutely loved our stay at 42 Courtside! The location was perfect. It was an easy bike ride/walk to the beach and the community pool was close by. Coligny plaza is also an easy bike ride which offers lots of shopping and restaurant options. The condo is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Great location, less than 10 minute walk to beach. Access to tennis courts right outside back door. Entire unit updated, very comfortable. Excellent stay for our family of four (with two littles).

Annual Family Vacation

Lovely, updated condo right in the heart of Hilton Head. Close to Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants with easy access to beach. Condo was very equipped with all the essentials. Check-in process and communication was easy.

Amazing property

This apartment was perfect. Very close to the beach, bars and restaurants right in the heart of Hilton Head. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need; cleanliness was top notch, and every single piece of furniture was very comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Amazing Stay

We have never been to Hilton Head. It was by far one of the best vacations and what made it beyond perfect was where we stayed. The condo met beyond expectations. It was furnished beautifully. Not only the decor but all the amenities. We will definitely return to Hilton Head and hopeful to stay here again. Thank you!

Fabulous — Second stay in this Condo

We love staying in the Bentley’s condo. This condo is exactly as it is presented in the pictures. We have stayed in this condo twice now. It’s like home away from home. Very, very clean and updated. Absolutely perfect!

I usually never write reviews about places I stay, but after staying here, I just had to share my experience. Every detail about this condo is magnificent. The well thought out details of design and comfort do not go unnoticed. We couldn’t have possibly envisioned a better place to stay in Hilton Head.

Amazing unit! Super clean!

My family and I had the best stay! The unit was very clean (which I rarely find is the case with rentals) and had everything we needed. Like others say - this place looks just the pictures and is well maintained. Our kids loved having a tv with lots of options in their room. Tennis access was a huge plus - we used the van der meet courts that you can see from the backside everyday. Beach access is close as well as the new(ish) adventure playground and park area.

The kitchen had anything you could need - including a great pantry for storage. The beds were comfortable. The decor was super cute. We enjoyed the inside of the condo a ton. We had a bit of an issue with internet however the rental company and owner worked hard to get this resolved as quick as possible m. We would absolutely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly equipped. The king beds are super comfortable, the AC, heat and fans worked well, the washer/dryer is newer, and the kitchen was great. One point to mention which is beyond the owner's control is that the complex itself has older windows/doors and thinner walls so there was occasionally noise and odors (faint cigarette smoke) from the neighboring condo or the tennis lessons outside. This was primarily on the main floor and we had no noise issues that disturbed our sleep upstairs -- and we were there for a month. Just a beautiful condo and the softest carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. The beach and Coligny Plaza are short walks away. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Comfortable, clean and relaxing

What a great property! It’s a short walk to the beach- about 1/4 mile. Not bad at all. The condo itself was amazing! I had read it had been renovated- not a single detail wA left undone. All the soft colors and deco created such a comfortable space. This unit is so well-stocked with any cookware you need. And very nice cookware, utensils, etc. the kitchen appliances are state of the art KitchenAid and we’re doing nice to use. The TVs in each bedroom were a nice bonus, too. All are equipped with lots of viewing choices as well. The only thing I would add would be an outdoor grill. We had water to grill steaks for Memorial Day but ended up having to do them inside. Washer and dryer are a must for us on rentals and this unit was also equipped there, too. You don’t go wrong with this rental. It exceeded our expectations. By the way- we loved “Poseidon” in HH. Our favorite dining experience.

Quick fall beach trip

My mother and I enjoyed this property. The decor and furnishings are calm-inducing and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Showers were great. As previous reviewers have stated, the carpet upstairs is lush, comfy and thick- not shag. The beach took us about 8 minutes from door to sand, without any equipment or kids in tow. The a/c worked great but was a little loud in the living room (where the unit is.) We liked that there was regular cable in the living room, couldn't figure it out in the upstairs bedrooms, could only figure out the Samsung Smart tv which still had a lot of channels, not a deal breaker. So maybe instructions could be helpful. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. It would have been nice to not have to get physical keys from a check in office. And there was a disconnect with communication- I had messaged over VRBO, the Mgmt Company replied via VRBO, but that info was not passed along on their side. It was nothing serious but a little inconvenient to receive a phone call nonetheless. Overall, we would book this place again!

This property is a great find!

Truly a gem in the Courtside complex. We’ve stayed in the same complex (in different condos) for many years, as have extended family, and this condo is by far the nicest one we’ve found. The updates are beautiful and make the condo so comfortable. We hope to stay here over and over again. We had a small snag with the air conditioner during our stay, but the rental company had someone out to fix it within 2 hours of my phone call, which was amazing. Two (very minor) complaints. First - and this seems silly, but worth a mention - the kitchen trash can is an upscale model and requires a special sized trash bag, not a common one you can find at the grocery store. It was kind of a pain to deal with. If you’re going to have a specialty trash can, maybe provide the specialty bags with it. Also, most of the condos we’ve stayed in recently have moved away from having a physical key to open the front door, and instead have a keypad with a code that can be changed with each new renter. This would be so much more convenient for families - our kids sometimes come and go, and figuring out who had the key is such a hassle. But beyond those very small complaints, we are so happy with the condo!
