We really enjoyed our stay at this bayside condo! The condo is located in the peaceful resort of Little Harbor with plenty of things to do on the property. We enjoyed playing shuffle board, corn hole, and pickle ball while on the property. The pool was nice to hang out by, very clean, although closed at dusk. Also wish the hot tub could have been hotter and the jets were stronger, however this is no fault of the owner. We loved watching the dolphins and had many close up encounters! Additionally, my husband enjoyed fishing and one of the local bait shops hooked him up with supplies. As for the inside of the condo it was very clean and as described. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easier to get some good nights of rest while there. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies to use if staying in, including a hot top to cook with, and supplies to wash your dishes. There’s 2 restaurants located on the premises if you don’t want to go far, and many nearby stores as well. We had a great experience and would love to return in the future!

Celebrated my bday here!

It was the perfect place to get away and have some time near the water. Beach is on the grounds as well as two restaurants that had awesome customer service and great food! The condo was in immaculate conditions and communication with the Host was very good.

Relax in sunshine

Mother's Day Retreat

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and tidy. I made good use of the outdoor pools and enjoyed the two restaurants only a few steps away from the room. The sunsets where stunning as were the sunrises from the balcony of the rental unit. I would definitely book again.

Perfect stay

We came down to see our son who lives nearby. This was the perfect location for us. Beautiful views, very clean, and probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home. The owner touched base with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Mid winter getaway

Once we figured out how to find our rental things were much easier. The view was great! We had our basic needs met. We were also within driving distance from so many things. There was a restaurant on location with views of the ocean!

Sweet Little Condo

This little condo is exactly as it is advertised! Very clean and modern. Very close to the pool and good eats! Sherron was very easy to communicate with when I had questions! Check this little gem out when you’re in the area!

Great hidden resort

We stayed here while in town for a memorial service. Our studio suite had everything we needed...updated decor, and was extremely clean. The description on the website was precise. We saw dolphins while drinking coffee on the deck. Listened to live reggae music Sunday, while having a drink at the bar on the beach. This resort is definitely a hidden treasure in this town.

Quick Getaway

The property was very clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the sunrises from our deck each morning even seeing dolphins. The parking was convenient and walking to the Sunset Grille was easy. The stairwell and hallways could be cleaner but the unit is very nice. We would stay here again. The host was also very prompt at answering our questions.

Very clean and comfortable.

The unit is the size of a hotel room. The kitchen is small but functional. Keurig coffee maker, etc there is a cooktop inside a drawer. But no oven. The bed is exceptionally comfortable king size memory foam. Beautiful view from the second floor balcony. We even saw a rocket launch from Cape canaveral. The couch is also comfortable good size television. Overall for the price point a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay

We stayed at this property and we were extremely satisfied with the condition. It was very clean and nicely setup. Although one main room it had a sofa and sitting area for TV, table and chairs, and an extremely comfortable bed. It had a seperate area for the kitchen and bathroom and a large closet for storage. The view from the second floor was great with plenty of wildlife and nature. It was also close to the pool. I would return to the this property and recommend it for others.

Great place to relax and unwind

Just as described you really will get to see Dolphins, Pelicans and other wildlife right from your balcony . The apartment was perfect for two, simply but tastefully decorated and a great place to relax. We enjoyed sunrises from the balcony in the morning and sunsets from the beach in the evening. A great place to relax and unwind if you are looking for something quiet and low key. Plenty of things to do locally and only a 1 hour drive to Anna Maria Island or the Circle B Bar Reserve (highly recommended). Great host, clear communication and clearly cares about her guests. We will be back.

Hidden Gem

This resort is a sweet spot in this area. We were in the area to celebrate a 90th birthday; we stayed at Little Harbor Resort. We were very happy with the unit; it was clean, roomy enough for 2 & the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony which had a view of the water. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to enjoy the property as much as we would have liked-3 days of family events. Though we did have a nice dinner together at Sunset Grill. Sheron, the host, communicated with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable or had any questions. We would definitely stay here again so we could enjoy the property, especially the beach, & just spend time relaxing.

Basecamp and a Little Slice of Relaxation

I was in Ruskin to attend my granddaughter's graduation. I wanted an off-site place to stay as other family members were staying at my daughters house. Spending evenings walking the premises, or relaxing on the deck and listening to the water provided a luxurious end of what were busy days for me. The condo was perfect in every way and the owner checked in regularly by phone to make sure all was well. I will stay here again on future visits. Finding the entryway for the condo was the only challenge I had and even that went pretty smoothly. I did my research before I booked and now after staying there, I can say that you will not find a nicer stay at this great price anywhere. You will not regret selecting this condo, it, and the owner, have earned my repeat business.
