Great stay in Scottsdale

The condo and the location are superb! This the perfect location in Scottsdale. We were close to everything, plus the pool and all the amenities were amazing. Best of all the people were wonderful. We will be back.

Comfortable stay away from home.

This 2 bedroom condo had plenty of room to relax after sightseeing in the area. King size bed in the master suit was very comfortable. Short stroll to the pool, hot tub and gym. Great location for shopping with lots of good restaurants near by. Would stay again!

Great Scottsdale Condo!

This is a great place to stay in Scottsdale being very close to the 101, shops and restaurants. The unit is very clean and has new furniture. The complex is quiet, attractive with greenery and has a great pool area and club house. We enjoyed being able to play tennis which is rare to find in condo properties. Randy was great to deal with. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Scottsdale!

The property has a great layout and fulfilled our needs. The only negative was the lack of sunlight on the patio area. The exposure provides daylight, but no sunlight and this is something that we should have asked about prior to booking.

Fabulous stay in Scottsdale

We stayed at the condo from October 23-31. There were 6 of us staying in this two bedroom condo. Upon arrival we were so pleased with the high standard of cleanliness and the beautiful new furniture. We brought a playpen for our two year old to sleep in, and the rest of us enjoyed a very good nights sleep on the comfortable mattresses. The pool is only steps away and enjoyed swimming and the hottub everyday. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained. We loved Ling & Louies, Butterfields Pancake House, and Portillo's Hotdogs, and the many excellent Mexican restaurants. I would stay here again and would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Winter Away

We enjoyed the location of this unit. Even though we were close to Shea Blvd we did not hear any traffic noise. The grounds were well kept and the people in the area were friendly. There were a few negatives however: The towels, wash clothes, sheets and rugs were very worn. The closet in the second bedroom was filled with the owner's things and some of the drawers also had personal items in them. The room was crowed with a fan in the corner and a stroller in the closet plus lots of bedding. The shower rod in the second bathroom needs replacing as it is rusty. The closet to the laundry area kept coming off the track. The fireplace, which was in the pictures was not usable as far as we could tell. There is a need for a broom and dust pan, plus a mop and bucket or Swiffer. Knives in the kitchen were dull. There was little room for grocery items as there were so many dishes in the cupboards. This unit did not get much daylight/ sunlight even with the blinds raised. Had I known this I would have looked for something different.

Great apartment near shops and restaurants

We stayed in the Scottsdale apartment for two weeks in September. It was a clean and wel equipped apartment. We didn't miss anything from home. There were three swimming pools near the apartment, which were very quiet areas which we could appreciate very much. We had a very good stay here and would come back again if we were to go to Scottsdale again.

Fantastic!

Nice location, beautiful condo with everything you'd need (kitchen was well stocked with all sorts of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc.). Pool and hot tub were perfect and so close to our unit. Owners were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again!

Great condo!

We stayed here for 2 weeks, while our home was being worked on nearby. It was so quiet and close to everything. The beds are super comfy and we woke up to the birds every morning. Rabbits and birds are all over the grounds. It was peaceful and just what we needed moving from Los Angeles! We went to the pool almost every night and it is a beautiful pool and hot tub area. Everyone who lives here, or is staying in this area, was super nice. The condo had all of the amenities we needed and we felt safe and right at home from Day one. The owners are super nice and communicative. We even stayed an extra night. The condo is in great condition and has a home-like feel to it.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable condo

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. In a quiet complex with good facilities. Location ideal for getting around the Scottsdale/Phoenix area by car. Plenty of golf courses, restaurants, shopping nearby. I especially liked the fact that there were ample supplies (dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels etc.). Would definitely recommend. Only negative was a damaged loveseat (torn fabric by a previous renter). An issue of esthetics not function. Hope this renter did not get their damage deposit back.

Lovely apartment in a lovely complex.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All cooking equipment, pool towels, even some washing powder and fabric conditioner in the laundry cupboard. The pools on the complex are spotlessly clean, with comfortable loungers. Gas barbecues are conveniently located near the apartment and were also always clean and ready to use. Great communication with the owners made booking, paying and gaining access to the apartment exceptionally easy. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

Clean and simple with a great pool

My family and I were visiting the Mayo Clinic when we found out that we needed to stay in Scottsdale for another week. The property owners were very quick in answering my request even when I made it for the following day. The unit was clean and fit 3 people comfortably. The unit became our sanctuary between clinic visits and we fell in love with the small pool. So quiet and very peaceful. Close to the clinic and Sprout's.

Scottsdale Condo

We stayed in this condo the last half of January through the end of February of 2016. Scottsdale has wonderful trails for walking and hiking and this was just the best location for us to be - close to the interstate and with easy access to golf, trails, shopping and eating. The beds are comfortable, the unit is clean and the parking is close-by. And it's quiet, which is something we appreciate. The owners were great to work with and were very prompt in answering our questions. We would stay here again and really recommend it.

Scottsdale condo

We stayed in this condo in March of 2015 and March of 2016. It is very clean and very comfortable with excellent beds and furnishings throughout the condo. The location is ideal for shopping, eating out, and walking/biking on the Scottsdale trail system. We felt very secure and enjoyed our time there. The owners are very nice to deal with and take pride in maintaining and updating the condo. We recommend it highly.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo in November 2015. It was very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The pool, hot tub and BBQ are very close to the condo. My wife and I stayed for the month of Feb 2015. The condo was very nice and comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool which was very warm and the hot tub every day. The weather was fantastic with barley a cloud in the sky the entire month. I would stay at this property in the future.

Wonderful!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!! All amenities a person could wish for. Large, comfy beds in big bedrooms. Lots of room for all your suitcases, etc. Huge living room with beautiful leather chesterfields and plenty of extra bedding for the sofa bed and lots of beach towels. Kitchen is totally equipped for all your needs. Beautiful pool and close to church and Sprouts grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. Friendly neighbors. Free wifi and free phone calls to Canada!!! Thanks for the great vacation and we'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect

What a fantastic place to stay for Thanksgiving with my daughter who attends college in town! The condo had everything needed; including kitchen ready for Thanksgiving dinner prep! AMAZING!!!!!!!!

We stayed 7 night, the condo was great, plenty of info on Scottsdale in the condo, kitchen well stocked, pool was good but closes at 11pm which was a little disappointing. I love a comfy bed which it had but could have been a better quality of sheets but we made do. Thanks again and we plan to stay again next October.

This condo was incredible. Totally turn key with fabulous amenities. Very Comfortable beds, couches , etc. even towels for the pool. We stayed for 2 months and can't wait to come back. Location is great as it is close to the pool and clubhouse . Laine and Randy were great to work with and very responsive. And the location is wonderful for any place you want to go. Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool was less than a minute away and the club house was great. It's close to a bike and walking path, too. The location was minutes from Salt River Fields. Conveniently located off the 101, we had no trouble getting where we needed to go in Scottsdale and Phoenix.

Great Condo getaway

Great 2br condo with all new furnishings. Everything included you need for your stay. Located in very quite complex on a second floor. Very nice ammentities provided at the complex, covered parking, clubhouse, pools, tennis courts. Walking distance to some nice rstaurants. Great location for all activities in Scottsdale, golf, spring training, shopping, dining, sight seeing.
