Nice location and beautiful view

Although the ocean is shallow as stated in the description and not the best for wave action, It's still fun to see the wildlife when the tide was out. The condo was perfect for my size family and the view was beautiful. It was also nice to have the pool located so close.

Small bathrooms upstairs but it's a very nice place so it did not really matter. It would be difficult if you had a disability.

Thank you so much for your feedback. However, when these properties were constructed it was prior to ADA requirements. We are so happy that the size of the bathrooms didn't really matter to you and you enjoyed your stay.

Relaxing Break from Covid-19

We had a really nice, quiet time at the Condo. Because of the virus, we brought all our food, and only got takeout once. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our early morning and late afternoon walks on the beach. Just a wonderful get away from all the stresses of the pandemic.

Family condo

Great location to beach and pool. Didn’t realize unit was on second floor and no elevator. Little tough with 2 year old and grandparents hauling everything daily. Rental was as pictured.

Experience

When we first looked at the listing it seemed we would be on the lower floor but that was not the case. The beds were very uncomfortable and the showers were tiny compared to the pictures.

We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. The king bed is less than 3 years old and we have not had any complaints about the beds. The bathrooms have standard size tub/shower combination. There are no photos in the listing to indicate larger walk in showers.

Location is awesome, layout fine, needs many repairs / updates

We loved Harbor Island and the neighborhood. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view and beach access spectacular. Private, secure, peaceful. The condo needs attention. Flooring in both full baths is shot and needs replaced, trim is just hanging loose, cabinets funky and nasty. A complete remodel / update is needed. Aside from that we really enjoyed everything, especially walking way out onto the sand bars and little islands at low tide on this private, uncrowded beach Hunting Island is amazing - can't spend enough time there. We plan to stay at Harbor Island again and hopefully soon.

Great view and location

The bathrooms were tiny and the tub plumbing needs some work but everything else was very nice. The location was as described as is the view. Ocean water is very calm and perfect for younger kids to play in. Will definitely come back.

Amazing veiws

Close to beach, amazing view, but the condo itself lacked luster. All closet doors falling from hinges, very few kid TV channels, tiny bathrooms. All in all good budget rental.

Comfortable, clean space; great view!

This was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, and great for a small family. The view from the deck was great - nothing like watching a pair of dolphins tailing a shrimp boat with our morning coffee - and the beach access was easy. Check in was also a breeze. Will likely be back.

Clean, but dated

We very much enjoyed Harbor Island, and the community of the condo we stayed in. We could tell from the listing that the unit was a little dated, but found ourselves more disappointed once we checked in. Night one, there was a major leak under the kitchen sink. We called the emergency number, but spent nearly an entire day before it was fixed. There is a musty smell under the sink where it may have been leaking for a while. The white tile in the kitchen has a crack in nearly every square. Overall, the entire unit just needs an update. From the mirrored walls to the old decor. That being said, we did enjoy our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful! And we enjoyed spending our entire days on the beach. It would’ve just been nicer if the unit had been a little more desirable.
