Gran casa en un lote de esquina. Estacionamiento para 6 autos. Nivel inferior 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con una gran sala y cocina, pravit entrains. Bonita vista. Gran jardín con árboles de mango, plátano y papaya. TV por cable y WiFi. A 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Kona ya 15 minutos en coche del centro. A 30 minutos en coche del Waikoloa Beach Resort, del hotel Hilton y del centro comercial King and Queen. También es muy fácil conducir a Hilo. 2 camas queen con un sofá cama completo, máximo 5 personas. El administrador de la propiedad está en el sitio, en cualquier momento el check in.

Wet beach towel needs to hang and dry, shacks the sand off on the lawn before washing it. Beach chairs needs to be rinsed on the lawn after each use.
Try not to eat food in the bedroom, especially not on the bed. Because Fire ants. Leave the screen door closed all times. Be aware of centipede.

Our stay at Kona palisades

We had an absolutely amazing experience booking with Danny and Ron . The property was beautiful and had an amazing view over Kona. It is located close to downtown Kona and many surrounding beaches. They are the best host I have ever had a pleasure staying with and accommodate my family amazingly . Would definitely stay here again !

The property has a nice view. The traffic can be noisy during the day with the windows open. It quiets down in the evening though. The owners were great.

Fantastic space beautiful home and suite

Everything was super bright with amazing sunset views overlooking the garden. There was more than we could ever expect in terms of amenities, location, parking accommodation, and our hosts were super amazing and helping us have a great experience.

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful place.Perfect location. Beautiful sunsets with a view for miles.Had everything we needed. The fowers/plants are so pretty. The hosts were so very nice.Hope to stay again sometime.

Amazing property!

Property is much larger than it appears in the pictures and the yard is gorgeous, as everyone else stated Danny was wonderful and easy too deal with, house was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs/towels/umbrella/boogie boards/sand toys and everything you needed for your beach vacay! Would definitely come back.

Gorgeous view and helpful hosts

This property had an amazing view and a very well cared for yard with a beautiful variety of plants and flowers. The hosts were responsive and helpful, giving us lots of local tips and ideas. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning, but the rest of the house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We especially loved the lanai to have our meals outdoors!

fabulous time, home away from home

I had a phenomenal stay. Danny and Ron were incredibly responsive and accommodating. You can't beat the location or the view. The space is large, comfortable, and well appointed. Parking is unusually easy. The laundry is exceptional. I am terribly sad to leave, I would stay forever if I could.

Exactly as pictured

Easy to get to/from the airport and town. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning on the Lani. Used the Bbq every night for dinner, enjoyed sunsets, ocean views and cool breezes from the garden. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Danny and Ron are excellent hosts. We enjoyed our stay and will be using again!! We visit Kona often.

Well-stocked vacation rental

Easy and flexible check-in and check-out. We had an early flight in and a late flight out, but Danny was very accommodating with letting us check-in early and check-out late. Unit itself is very spacious with large bedrooms. Kitchen contains all the essential and lots of beach equipment was available for use (snorkels, chairs, toys). Great view of the ocean from the back patio. We were also provided with fresh, home-grown fruits. Would happily stay again! 7 star rating from us.

Well stocked house

Loved that there were different shampoos and conditioners and body wash. Also the supplied laundry detergent and the laundry room upstairs. The washer and dryer were great since they showed the time for the cycles to end. Love the different beach items too! The umbrella was a life saver at the sunny beach and the beach chairs. Also the snorkels and fins. Only part I didn’t anticipate but should’ve figured out, was that there are stairs to the lower level. Well lit. The beds were better than ours at home and the linens were well stocked too. Great communication with the hosts too when I had questions.

Excellent, large, extremely clean, well appointed two bedrooms, full kitchen with all utensils, full laundry, gracious hosts immediately available and very helpful. Delicious homegrown mangoes. Overall a wonderful stay!

Nice place and good help

The house was very clean and had a lot of space. They have everything you need, cooking, cleaning, nice sunset view. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely come back.

Great location and well maintained unit

Overall well located, nicely decorated and comfortable unit in a pretty garden, although on a busy road which we did not see disclosed on the website. In the master, the king bed is very soft and traffic can be a nuisance if you're a light sleeper; in the second bedroom, the queen bed is more firm and you will not hear the traffic as much. For those of us who don't dine out that often, a kitchen island would be terrific to prepare food.
