Nuestro condominio actualizado recientemente cuenta con un cómodo dormitorio principal con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 36 'y reproductor de DVD y un baño completo con un jacuzzi en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene una litera con un completo en la parte inferior que puede dormir dos. Un televisor de pantalla plana HD con reproductor de DVD para que los niños se relajen después de un día divertido en la playa o en la piscina. Los DVD se pueden alquilar en el vestíbulo. Esta habitación está conectada a un baño completo con ducha y bañera.

La sala de estar tiene una pantalla plana de 46 "HDTV con Blu-ray DVD. La sala de estar también cuenta con un sofá cama doble - no es una cama normal, sino un colchón de espuma Memory Flex Visco. También hay una otomana de cuero que se convierte en una cama para dormir más.

La cocina cuenta con encimeras de superficie sólida, utensilios de cocina mejorados, platos y copas, como champán, vino y vasos de martini. Disfrute de sus comidas en una hermosa mesa de comedor o barra de desayuno.

El acceso a Internet inalámbrico gratuito está disponible en el condominio y en todo el complejo.

Great vacation in PCB! Loved the condo and Bryan was super responsive, and patient ( I promise I'll get these TV setups eventually.) The condo was clean, beds comfortable, and the view was impossible to beat. We'll be back!

Price very reasonable! Clean and cozy!

The best condo we have ever stayed in! Roomy, clean, kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Easy access to parking, elevators and trash chute. The host Bryan was great! Quick responses and very pleasant!! Would definitely book again!

Great place for the price, clean and comfortable

Bryan was a great host, communication was quick and helpful. Condo was clean and well equipped, and the view was great. majestic is a nice resort, the elevators were fast and the building was well kept. The only downside being the location and noisiness of the streets below.

Bryan was an amazing host. He communicated with me efficiently about different things that came up such as an additional parking pass. The house was clean and pack with more than enough of the essentials that you would need.

On the water!

The condo was clean and in excellent shape. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to cook...or not. One pool was closed for painting but the others were all available. It was a his location as well. Loved this. Bryan was a great host!

Great condo!

We had a great stay! This whole building is perfect for families and has everything you need. Bryan is awesome and communicates with you quickly. The washer went down right before we arrived and he had a new one delivered before we got there. Even took the time to reach out and let me know. The condo was well stocked for our family of 6. Literal steps from the ocean. The condo was clean. The beds are super comfy. Overall 5 stars!

Roomy and beautiful view of the beach from the balcony.

Overall our stay was good. We were unaware that the parking garage was accross the street via a covered conector. When arriving it was confusing as to where to park and how to unload. The condo was clean, spaciouse, has 2 bathrooms and kitchen very well stocked. The beds were comfortable but there werent enough blankets. The living room tv would not connect to xfinity as did the bedroom tvs and we could not find any instructions. Access to the beach was great.

Couldn’t be happier!

Upon checking in we realized our room had not been cleaned yet so I contacted Bryan and he went above and beyond to make up for this. The room was beautiful and we would definitely book with him again!

Perfect

This property was the most accommodating place we have ever stayed. Close to everything. Easy access to parking, trash chute, and elevator. Also, the kitchen was equipped with every small appliance imaginable, and the bath was well stocked with towels, and toilet paper. The condo was kid friendly. We will be back! Eve

Wonderful First Trip to PCB

Wonderful apartment!

This apartment is great. The location is awesome. Right on the beach with a nice oceanview from the balcony. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need. Communication with the owner was really smooth. The only downside is that we didn't get access to the gym which we had planned but hopefully the owner sorts that out in the future. Overall we had a great time and I can really recommend this apartment.

Great Experience

This was an amazing vacation. The Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach view was fantastic. It is close enough in the center of everything. Always had plenty of parking. The one thing I was worried about was the elevator but there are 3 and they are fast and rarely had to wait in a line (maybe twice in 9 days) I would definitely rent this condo again if I came back to PCB or/and recommend it to a friend.

Wonderful location and Unit

This location is fantastic. There is lots of restaurants and a Walmart very close by. We loved the condo pool in Tower 1 its very beautiful and has a cafe too. The parking was easy, they have carts to help with luggage and groceries. The elevators were fast and the grounds are well maintained. The unit has excellent mattresses and pillows (very comfortable), We loved the tvs in all the rooms. The water heater is small (which is normal for condos) so maybe give a few mins between showers but it was summer when we went so I wasn't needing super hot showers. The washer and dryer were nice and the furniture was clean and well maintained. The owner was great, very responsive if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again. By far my favorite place we have stayed in PCB .

Nice condo for a beach getaway.

The only thing wrong was the kids next door partying until 2 in the morning and breaking the quiet hours every night. We had to call security multiple times.

Clean and convenient

We loved staying here. The condo size was Perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach was beautiful and right outside. We also loved all the pools on the property for when we needed a break from the beach. The Starbucks cafe shop was convenient and the staff there was very friendly.

Very nice

It was a very nice condo. We found clothes left in the drawer from the priors renters and my daughter found a shot bottle behind a stand along with some socks that were not ours. Other than those things, it appeared to be clean.

Spring Break 2022

This condo is beautiful and had all amenities we needed. Gorgeous view. Fast elevators . Convenient parking. Many things within walking distance. Check in was great. We were sent code and did not have to go to a desk or anything. Only complaint is that the listing stated that the fitness center was an amenity. When I reached out to the owner I was told we could not use the fitness center and it was only for owners.

As a host, our goal is simple, we want our guests to have the same comfort feeling as we do every time we come here. That is why we like to keep our condo clean and organize, just like we do it at home.
