El condominio directamente cruzando la calle desde el acceso a la playa pública.

Esta es una parte muy privada de la lancha y, a menudo no verá un alma. Yo estaba de visita en la altura de la temporada y sólo vi un puñado de personas. Si lo que quieres es privacidad, lo tienes. Esta unidad es completamente nueva con una cama Queen y un sofá cama para los arreglos para dormir.

Un gran centro comercial, la Avenida de las Flores, está detrás del complejo, que ofrece una gran tienda de comestibles, vino y tienda de licores, farmacia, alquiler de videos, tiendas especializadas y restaurantes. Alta calidad municipales canchas de tenis están a una cuadra de distancia y una amplia acera de cuatro pies se extiende por la mayor parte de Longboat Key con siete a ocho millas por hacer footing, patinar, caminar y andar en bicicleta y caminar a su perro. También se puede caminar por la playa para la misma distancia, y el pelado es una actividad favorita.

También hay carriles para bicicletas en ambos lados del Golfo de México Drive para los ciclistas extremos. Longboat Key es una isla de barrera muy elegante que está conectada por puentes a Anna Maria Key al Norte y San Key y Sarasota de Armand al Sur.

El aeropuerto de Sarasota está a 15-20 minutos en automóvil y el aeropuerto internacional de Tampa está a una hora en automóvil. También se encuentra a 2 millas de la famosa y encantadora St. Círculo de Armand. Caminar o tomar el tranvía o el parque en los muchos espacios provistos.

Great location

Overall, we had a great stay. The property has all you need for a trip to the beach. It was spacious for a 1 bedroom and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the evening and while our daughter napped. The only downfall was the cleanliness of the property. There was visible sand and dirt all over the floor upon our arrival. Being across the street from the beach, we understand this is a little inevitable but the amount of dirt and sand we swept up upon arrival was pretty excessive. In addition, the edges of the floor and baseboards had visible dust and dirt. Just seems like it could use a little more attention as far as cleaning. Also, there was visible hair all over the sheets when we opened the bed. Luckily there was another set we were able to switch on. If the cleanliness were improved, we would definitely consider another visit. The property is in a great location with the beach and Publix is a block away.

Location was good. Property was ok, but need updating. We found bugs on the floor when we entered the property. Entry is terrible, keep tracking in gravel and shells. Beach was great!!

A gem in Longboat Key

The place is cute and perfect for a lone traveler or couple. Dogs are welcome and I decided last minute not to bring my dog. Others in the building had dogs and you would never know it. I was able to work remotely, walk across the street, have lunch at the beach, swim, and be back online in an hour. What's not to love! Miss it already and hope to return next year.

Quiet Paradise

I love staying at this condo. The neighbors were very nice and quiet. Didn't have to be bothered by any younger adults partying. I wasn't bothered by any screaming kids, either. And best of all, the beautiful beach was right across the street. I loved staying here and can't wait to come down again!

Great location to access the beach and enjoy LBK

The location and unit was pictured and was very convenient. The beach access was directly across the street, the grocery store/CVS was walking distance and the internet was first rate. We were working from home during the day M-F and needed to make sure the internet was fast enough and we were not disappointed. I accidentally caused a switch to burn out and called Mark and he had someone out to fix it same day. I appreciated his quick response. We would come back in the future.

Stay at Longboat Key

We had a wonderful time. The unit was a nice size for two people. We could prepare meals when wanting to eat in. The beach was right across the street which was very nice. The road in front of the unit is very busy which was a drawback. There are many beaches and parks you can visit nearby for hiking and outdoor fun. We didn’t eat in restaurants because of the Corona Virus.

Just what you need!

This is a great spot right across from the beach - clean, comfortable, and dog friendly! This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit on LBK, and we’ll definitely be back! Mark is great and makes himself available to you whenever you need. The place is clean, and has all the basics that you’ll need - including beach chairs, umbrellas, even towels! You can’t beat the price and location. Enjoy!!

Great Location

Property was right across the street from the beach. My favorite part was that the property had all the beach supplies there. I didn't have to bring an umbrella or chairs. we had a wonderful time.

Great stay

Location of the property is excellent! Just a few steps across the street from an almost private beach. The apartment is well equipped for a comfortable stay, including umbrella and beach chairs. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this place!!

Cute property, great location! Unfortunately, the condo cleaning crew failed to change the sheets and the property had contractors changing doors & windows on the property. Mark was quick to respond to my texts and was kind enough to adjust our stay at the residence. It wasn’t exactly the peaceful vacation I was hoping for but his excellent customer service gave me hope that our next stay would be better! Although the issues we had were well outside of Mark’s control, he apologized for the disruption and was very accommodating. A great host, indeed!

This is one of our favorite areas in Longboat Key, so it's so nice to find this tucked away place right across from the beach. The owner, Mark was great to work with. Definitely will be back

Perfect little condo for a week at the beach. Everything we needed was here .... and it is literally steps from the beach. Mark was always super responsive and helpful. This was our first experience with VRBO and it couldn't have gone any better!

Nice longboat key condo for two

Location for the beach was great (literally a 1 minute walk across the street), which was important to us. It's not close enough to any restaurants to really walk to them, but that did not bother us. The property is not a very big, but was perfect for two of us and would work if you had small kids since the couch in the living room also makes into a bed. The main bed was very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping (and I don't usually do well on anything but my own bed). The floors could have been cleaner (they weren't bad, but the cleaner needs to pull out the furniture and get underneath from time to time. Mark was very responsive and informative to all of the questions we had during our stay. One more note is that longboat key and other beaches in the area are not dog friendly. We live on the East coast of Florida and there are plenty of beaches on which dogs are welcome here. Having said that, there are some public parks (and a new dog park) that dogs are allowed into. This did not affect us too much, but be aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed a little longer.

Beautiful beach, beautiful area

We arrived with all instructions in hand and we were an hour early which was no big deal we were able to check in. The condo is very cute and functional for 4 people. The only complaint we have is it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area is beautiful.
