The space in the house is wonderful. All the bedrooms and bathrooms fit our needs. It is an old farmhouse with some upgrades.The family room furniture wasn’t the comfortable. Also there was lots of carpet and didn’t seem clean. The house needed deep cleaning—walls, windows, carpets, dusting all areas including behind beds and large furniture. Shower heads need to be replaced downstairs and hall bathroom upstairs. Low flow or no flow while taking a shower. Bath towels were stained or well used. It also would have been nice to have the front porch light on since we arrived after dark.

House is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of space inside and outside. Did notify owner refrigerator in main kitchen not working well and freezer not working at all. Fortunately there is a serving refrigerator in the laundry room that works fine.

The space was as expected. We comfortably housed 15 people for the weekend. But we found the cleanliness to be less than satisfactory. Most dishes that we took from the cabinets had residue/old food on them. We discovered when we used the dishwasher that it didn’t wash the dishes even though it went through all of the cycles so perhaps people before us had put dishes away thinking they were clean? It still gave a very bad impression of the overall cleanliness of the place. When we first opened the door we were greeted with a heavy musty smell that required us to open the windows to let in some fresh air. It is my opinion that the place needs a deep overall clean with carpet, pillows, bedding replaced. Bedside lights in some of the rooms did not function. So many things that we had to “tolerate” took away from the expected comfort…….The showers in several bathrooms were very dirty. These criticisms are intended to be constructive. The location was great. The outdoor accommodations provided a great setting for an evening outdoors……

We used this property as a place to stay for the whole bridal party for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It looks small but the inside is HUGE! It's family friendly with multiple high chairs and pack-n-plays available for kiddos. Some of the stairwells can be a little tight but overall the stay was amazing. The host was responsive and even let us come in for a look-around before our stay so we could make sure it would work for what we needed. Overall great experience and I'd recommend it for anyone looking to host a large event or has a large group

Great place for retreats!

We had an amazing stay! We used the house for a church retreat and it was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space, beautiful property, and very warm and helpful property owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

Huge old farmhouse. Had a great stay with plenty of space for everyone. Would go back for a laid back vacation anytime.

Everything was exactly as it was described on the VRBO site. We had a large gathering to celebrate my daughters upcoming wedding and it was a perfect venue. All 16 people had bed space and plenty of room in the house. Absolutely loved the house and the property.

Spacious House, great for group

Wonderful, large house, perfect for our men's golf outing needs. Close to courses, great dining and activities. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy, nice outside area as well. Sleeping arrangements worked really well for 7 men. Great communication with owner, he was nice enough to allow us to check in early so we could make our tee times. Would definitely recommend!!
