Great Getaway!

House exactly as advertised. The large lot and quiet street makes the house very peaceful. House is very well equipped with everything from wide range of cooking utensils to children's items. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation home!

We loved our stay at this house in Palm Springs! It is nicely remodeled and very comfortable. With two families together we cooked many meals in the spacious kitchen, and found all the utensils and pans we needed. There were lots of toys for the kids to play with, but a group of adults would be just as happy here. The pool is the main draw anyway! We hope to return.

Loved it

We chose to go on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure since we are working from home and our two small kids (3 and 5) aren’t in school yet. We lived in and worked from this home for the month of January and it was perfect for our family. Totally equipped with anything you’d need to take care of or entertain little ones (the child safety pool fence was a major draw for us and the kid-friendly nature of the home overall was a top reason we chose it). Stylish and updated with just enough of that Palm Springs vibe in the decor. The view literally never got old and took our breath away every day. It’s simply stunning looking at the mountains in the backyard or going on a walk in the neighborhood. Pool and outdoor area are great - toasty pool and lots of pool toys. We also enjoyed the fire pit on cooler evenings. Close to tons of hikes and downtown Palm Springs. Tom was a great host and responded to any questions I had within minutes.... always did his best to make sure we had a great stay. I miss this house so much. It gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. Highly recommend especially for families with kids!

Great and relaxing property!

We spent a week at the property. The home owners were very responsive to any questions we had and were great hosts. The location of the property is fantastic; close to everything. The hosts have clearly set this property up with kids in mind; there are lots of toys both inside and out for the kiddos and loads of room to run around. The kitchen is large and functional for making family meals and all of the living spaces (bedrooms and living room) are big and very comfortable.

Modern, Family Friendly & Convenient Home

We stayed at Tom & Bethann's home over the December holidays with our 1.5 year old son - and pretty much never left the property! When we did leave, we actually walked to the shopping center nearby and picked up all necessities...which was so convenient. The airport and downtown were a quick drive away - so again, the location was great and convenient for our needs. The house offers modern amenities and a open layout in the common spaces (kitchen/family/dining spaces) which kept everyone connected while also providing plenty of space. The house and pool (with pool gate!) is perfect for families - esp little ones, and the plethora of kid-friendly toys and pool items were an unexpected surprise...not to mention - we were able to pack light since the house offered so many kid amenities (pak n'play, stroller, etc.). The expansive backyard with views of the mountains and of course - palm trees - offered a nice respite from the urban hustle and bustle and the salt water pool and sauna were a treat (so nice not to smell like chlorine!). It felt luxurious to prep meals and either cook on the 6 burner range or grill out and then come together with friends and family and share meals at the expansive farm style dining table or just pick away at our plates while lounging outdoors. We even managed to fit in a couple of games on the bocce court! The rooms were well appointed and the bathrooms offered all modern conveniences. Everything just felt easy and relaxing - including communicating with the owners. Our family would highly recommend this home as a peaceful, chic and all-around lovely desert oasis!

Amazing House - Great for Familes!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house. The house is very family friendly and the location is great. We came with our 3 year old daughter and she had a blast playing in the pool and with all of the toys. The backyard and pool were so relaxing - it's the perfect family getaway! Close drive to downtown and near several supermarkets to pick up food for your stay. The kitchen was great and we enjoyed cooking a few meals. I definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Palm Springs. We will most definitely stay here again!

Clean and great light. Love the pool.

We had a great time--- Bethan and Tom keep a clean and beautiful home. The weather was great (though, I can't attribute that to Tom) and combined with the pool--- we're been impressed. Bethan and Tom are great hosts and I'll definitely stay there the next time I'm in looking for some R and R.

Contemporary, comfortable, great location in Palm Springs

This house turned out to be a great find. Everything is up to date, very clean, and had lots of room for 4 friends to stay. The owners have taken great care to provide all the information you might need and make you feel very much at home. The kitchen is fully stocked - even with a Nespresso Coffee maker. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and felt totally safe. It's so close to grocery stores and other necessities, and less than 10 minutes to the airport (although you never hear any plane noise at all). A great setting close to lovely views of the foothills too.

Beautiful property & great amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. Every space was well designed and well appointed with an eye to comfort, convenience, and enjoyment. The open concept design with expansive windows and high ceilings felt very spacious with so much natural light. Inside the kitchen and bathroom have been beautifully remodeled with high end touches, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, and there is plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. The entire property is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has all the comforts of home and is clean and well organized. The outdoor area is very inviting with the beautiful mountain views, the saltwater pool and spa, the shaded lanai, the bocce court and the comfortable outdoor furniture - a very kid and adult friendly property inside and out. We had a great experience here and would return in a heartbeat, i.e., I recommend this rental property without reservation.

Social Media Worthy

This place is even better in person than it looks in the photos. The style is social media worthy. Everything was clean and the quality was high end. The space is perfect for entertaining. If you have small children, everything was available and you would not have to pack a single thing. Not only was the space great, but the owner was incredibly nice and responsive. The owner made sure we enjoyed our stay and I will definitely be booking again.

Gather & Relax

This amazing place was the perfect getaway for our small group which included small kiddos and a handful of us single folks all which fit in and flowed through the well appointed space with ease. As an avid "foodie" I appreciated the well designed (and new!) kitchen which provided plenty of counter space and, because it is open to the living room / dinning / pool area kept us all connected without being on top of each other. My bed was very comfortable, the house was clean and uncluttered without being sterile or void of personality. The pool was a delight and the outdoor patio complete with a fabulous BBQ served as our favorite hangout. In short, we had a lovely time and would not hesitate to book again!

A Sanctuary & Big Space

I loved the five-star large remodeled residential chef's kitchen with beautiful new stainless steel appliances and large work spaces which allowed the many cooks in my family to gather in the kitchen and prepare meals. The open concept kept us all connected because of the architecture of the adjoining main rooms. The main rooms even seem to connect outside to the pool and lanai making the spaces feel as one probably because of all the big windows and doors on that side of the house. The poolside is relaxing and fun and we read and had cocktails on the large and comfortably furnished lanai. We easily fit everyone around the old wood dining table and feasted on food from the outdoor grill and indoor kitchen. The outdoor space with the pool and spa is lovely and spacious and the bocce court made for some interesting competition. Basically there was room in and out of this house for everyone to come together and mingle, eat and converse and also to get some time alone. The owners have meticulously set out to make sure that the guests are taken care by stocking the property well with equipment, furnishings and linens and comfy beds. And I knew how to reach them as they really were available to answer any questions. That is peace of mind in a vacation rental! Thank you for a great experience. We will go back again.
