¡Los huéspedes disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa de 4 dormitorios / 4 baños totalmente amueblada en el hermoso SW Cape Coral! El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, el segundo dormitorio principal también tiene una cama king size, mientras que las 2 habitaciones restantes están equipadas con camas queen-size, cómodas para dormir 8 personas. La cocina está totalmente equipada y lista para preparar sus comidas favoritas. Situado cerca de la playa y en el canal, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de estar junto a la piscina, caminar junto al agua o disfrutar de su actividad acuática favorita. Super special stay

We were three couples that were high school classmates many, many years ago. We had an awesome time. This home is beautiful and is stocked with whatever you might think you would need during your stay. The pool and lanai area is where we spent most of our time. Would love to visit again!

Perfect!

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in. Spacious home beautiful pool and the location was spot on. Would definitely book again if we decide to come back to Cape Coral next year. Communication with Lynne was effortless.

Paradise!

We had the privilege of staying at this house for two weeks over Christmas and New Year's. We had the BEST time! The house is spacious and we loved that each of our three families had their own distinct spaces. The house was very clean and all of the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The best part, however, was outside! We spent most of our time in the pool or on the lanai and it was glorious! We had so much fun watching the boats and marine life. Of course, sunsets were gorgeous too! The weather was relatively cool during our stay (60s and 70s for highs) so we especially enjoyed the heated pool. It did take a couple of days to heat up, though, so if your stay is short, you may want to request the heat be turned on before you arrive. Lynne was a wonderful host and we felt very taken care of! Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday!

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful thanksgiving week with family. This home is beautiful. We had such a great time enjoying the pool and canal. We will be back again next year for another terrific stay!! Everything inside and out was as expected. The owner checked in frequently and was so nice. The home was very clean and had everything necessary for a great stay!

Family Vacay 2023

The home was just as portrayed: Well appointed, comfortable beds, great kitchen, lovely lanai and pool, and land and water toys galore. And for the fishermen in the group the canal front brought an assortment of bites: from Snook to Jacks to Oscars. What a great addition to the already excellent activities the home and surrounding area provided. The area bike paths provided safe and diverse opportunities for early morning exercise. Oh, and did I mention the owner Lynne? She was quick to reply to my questions and even added a specifically requested coffee maker for our stay--now that's going above and beyond! We were sorry to have to leave!

Perfect vacation

We book our family vacation almost every year using VRBO and this house was the nicest we have stayed in. It was perfect for our adult family of 6. The layout was open and beautiful. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was amazing and where we spent the majority of our time. We wanted a relaxing vacation and that’s what we got. The area is peaceful and not busy yet close enough to everything. Lynn was super to deal with, quickly answering any questions and concerns. We all said we want to come back next year! Loved it!!

This property was everything the pictures show and more. The host was so quick to communicate and to help with anything we needed. I wouold recommend this place for anyone to stay, and would definitely stay here again!

BOOK IT!!!

Beautiful immaculate home nestled in a very safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. The grounds are gorgeous with palm trees and sometimes you’ll see cute little bunny rabbits roaming around in the front yard. The home is huge and had enough room for our family of 9. The pool was amazing. Very clean and didn’t smell to high heavens of chemicals. Overall, just a perfect stay. Probably our favorite. We vacation all over the country and this place was by far the most appealing, aesthetically. We were able to create lifelong memories with our children and for that we are so grateful. The home itself made us all feel like we were at home and absolutely recommend this home to anyone we know. Now for the juicy….. PROS: Bikes, cooler, pool floats, every kitchen gadget necessary, beach towels and chairs, kayaks, comfy beds, beautiful views, perfect pool, lovely bedrooms, good sized dining area, wonderful comfy couch, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. The home is close to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Sun Splash Waterpark, Siesta Beach and so much more. We were even able to do an airboat Everglades Tour down in Everglades City. Highly recommend “Everglades City Airboat Tours”. Blake and Web were great tour guides for our 2 boats. The Mangroves were awesome to see at high speed lol. CONS: Only con I had was there were no blinds on most of the windows and no curtains in the livingroom. This created a bit of heat in the rooms. However, we did have box fans to cool off those areas which were provided by the owner. They helped a lot. Other than that, no real complaints. This place is paradise. You won’t regret your stay. We loved every single minute!!! Lynne was awesome with communication. Very wonderful host. Hope to be back someday.

Great family home!

I love working with Lynne! She follows through on everything before, during and after the stay. We love all the amenities, towels, pool toys, use of washer/dryer, kayaks, bikes, beach toys, etc. We simply couldn’t have brought all this with us from Michigan! Thank you Lynne!

2nd time at this beautiful home

This is a great house, lots of room and very comfortable. We were fortunate to rent it in 2021 and again this year. We tried to rent it next year but it was already booked. The beds are super comfortable, the pool is glorious and heated! There's very nice poolside chairs and tables. We ate outside every meal enjoying the beautiful view of the canal, It is close to everything. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was we feel it needs some updating. Everything appears to be original and over the past year it is showing its age. There were many spider webs in the pool area which we know can appear quickly. The house was clean and the price is below newer homes. We would rent again, however, if it was available! Lynne was super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Fabulous Vacation

This home was perfect. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed and in a lovely neighborhood. We especially appreciated that they had every condiments available to us. The perfect house

We spent two happy weeks in this beautiful home. Weather was not very good but it was not a problem. The pool is warm so we could swim every day. The house is so well equipped that we could also fish, kayak and bike. The kids were delighted by all the games! We had dinner on the lanai a few nights, but on chilly evenings the indoor table served perfectly. Some wonderful memories were made here!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Lynne and Dan's place is a beautiful space to relax and recharge. We had everything we could possibly need! Great layout of rooms; cooking, dining, and lounging both inside and outside; and a lovely infinity pool in which to float around and enjoy the scenery. This was such a delightful VRBO stay we wished we didn't have to leave! But it's only fair to let others enjoy this gorgeous home. 🙂 Thanks so much, Lynne and Dan! We hope to make it back sometime!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at yet. Well stocked and plenty to do. Lynn was so easy to work with and communication was excellent. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space and THE POOL area- was perfect. We had a great trip.

Best FL House!!

We were so happy with this home. It was so spacious and everyone had their own space especially with the 8 of us. It was extremely clean and well kept. The house is set up so well for the perfect vacation. The landscaping of the house is gorgeous! We were so delighted with the pool area, and we spent lots of our time kayaking and fishing in the canal! We will never forget this piece of paradise! Thank you!

Amazing vacation

We just spent a wonderful week at Lynn and Dan's beautiful home in Cape coral. The house was gorgeous. We could not ask for more. It comfortably slept my husband and I and our 5 kids ages 3 to 12. My 8 year son fished off the dock and fishing kayaks morning, noon, and night and caught a stingray, some catfish, and some other things we couldnt identify. (Live shrimp from the bait shops worked great to catch fish.) We swam and relaxed by the pool a lot. The house was a perfect place to come to after we went to the beach on Sanibel island most days. It was a really wonderful trip. I highly recommend this home!

We currently live in Michigan and have lived there all our lives. We bought this home in Cape Coral for many reasons, but most of all because of the beautiful weather, water and boating/fishing. We have always loved Florida and it is our dream to someday retire there. We are not living that dream yet, but visit there often and love it so much we want to offer our home to others to love as much as we do!
