Perfect getaway

Enjoyed the stay! Will go back. Excellent location and place! Comfortable, roomy 3 bedroom. Wonderful master suite with updated bathroom / shower. Patio has great view of beach / ocean great for morning coffee, evening cocktails. Outdoor shower for residents after beach and pool has great shade for afternoon dips. Beach is not overly crowded as the big condos are further down the beach.

Beautiful Space

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, awesome master bathroom. Cannot say enough good things about this property. Plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels were provided. Keypad entry so no worrying about keys. The lightbulb was burned out in the master shower so we grabbed one at Boulineau's and replaced it. A little warm in the bedrooms at night so we used the fans that are provided so that was fine. We really have zero complaints.

Not clean, needs maintenance, and owner is controlling.

First of all I don’t appreciate the owner controlling the AC with her Bluetooth. We would set the AC on 69 to sleep and by 11:30 it would go back to 73. There is also a new int door bell to monitor your stay. The company left 5 towels for 6 people. The bathtub in hallway needs work. We called for it to be repaired to find the management company came by without calling and let themselves into our u it. The blinds are broken. We had to hang a blanket over the windows for privacy. Dishwasher is old as the hills. When we got there the unit was not clean. Under the rug it was filthy. It’s a great location but I wouldn’t recommend staying until these issues are resolved.

Fantastic Vacation

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at this condo. It was exactly as described and it perfectly fit our needs. There was a minor issue with the dryer, which was damaged by a previous vacationer, and a repair person was onsite to correct it within a few hours of contacting the property manager. The beach was amazing.

Great place to enjoy your beach stay!

We had 5 adults and a 1 year old. We loved this condo, the views were fantastic and the place was kept up very nice. Easy access to the beach and during our stay we were the only ones using the pool. Did have issues with the recliners being broken and you will need to be able to climb steps because there is no elevator for a third floor condo. We could use the exercise so it was no biggie for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great beachfront spot, quiet and convenient

We chose this property for our vacation because of the excellent combination of location and moderate cost. Overall we were very pleased. The condo itself was as advertised, with a full kitchen, great dining/living area, and a master bedroom and deck which overlooked the dunes and beach. The shower in the master bathroom was much better than we had expected. Our complaints are minor, and they could be almost entirely alleviated by better communication with the Evolve company (the local hosts). 1. The main (sliding) door from the living room to the balcony was so difficult to open (because of corrosion in the sliding track), that everybody needed to go in and out through the bedroom door. We let the company know but received no reply; 2. There were some lightbulbs out. We let the company know but received no reply. 3. Although we were informed that the host company would only supply a minimum of consumables (toilet paper and paper towels), I think that it would be reasonable to expect more than two rolls of TP and one of paper towels for six people and a four-night stay. 4. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with most of the non-food items you would expect, but I would suggest replacing chipped plates and other items showing excessive wear. Again, the complaints are minor, and if we plan a vacation to the Myrtle Beach area again, we will look for this property FIRST.

Great location!

Steps from beach was very convenient. Pool was great. Condo needs maintenance. Several blinds were broken or missing, missing some basics in the kitchen, and the sliding door was very hard to open. We didn’t get a parking pass at check in and the property manager never returned our call to rectify the problem. The location can’t be beat though!

Awesome Condo!

Our stay at this location was great. We will return! Place was perfect spot on beach with beautiful view and super clean. When the freezer quit working maintenance was there asap and fixed it. Love that tvs are set up with streaming. Washer and dryer worked great. Master shower was incredible. Would love if the recliners worked in living room.

Great place.

The inside of the condo was great. It was clean and the decor was wonderful. Not super tacky beach stuff. The master bedroom shower was amazing with the rain shower. The master bed was a little hard but over all comfortable. The best was having a washer and dryer. The other two bedrooms were super cute. I do wish that there was more toiletries. Having to leave to go get toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags was kinda a pain. Could have definitely needed more towels. But all and all it was a great place. I would definitely rent this place again.

Can't Beat the View

My daughter and I traveled to Myrtle Beach for a gymnastics meet. Having a condo (vs a hotel room) was so lovely at the end of a long season - and this particular one is superb. Our unique code was programmed into the door, and accessing the unit was easy - no stop at the management office for keys at the end of a long drive! Let me also say the unit was spotless, too! The North Myrtle location is so much less stressful than being in Myrtle. All the shops are nearby, but there is less traffic and the beaches are not as crowded. The owners have obviously taken great care to furnish and decorate this unit for style and comfort - everything is well-kept and in excellent shape. The bathrooms must have been recently renovated and are beautiful. We didn't need the laundry - but there is a full size laundry room - not a closet - and would be perfect for a family vacationing at the beach. The kitchen is appointed with everything you need, too. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this unit to others.

It took 3 hours to get the door lock working. TVs did not work. Property manager did not call back.

Took 3 hours to get door lock to work. Property manager promised to get the TVs working on Tuesday before saying Wednesday for sure. Never got them working working and he never returned any of our calls after the second day. 3 bedroom condo has two rolls of toilet paper, no sponge to clean, dirty dishes in cabinets, no dust pan to sweep floor, ice maker did not work, old toaster was just a bread warmer, no dish soap to wash counters or sink, cigar butts in the balcony ashtrays and the air conditioning ducts were full of dust. Panty floor was dirty as was the storage room. Have plenty of picture is need be. View of ocean was fantastic.

Wonderful beach trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and seems to have been updated. Nice furniture, painting, decorations, etc. Lots of room for our family of 5. Fully stocked kitchen but bring your own soap and sponge. The beach was a big hit. Waves were perfect for our elementary aged kids (big enough to make riding them fun but not so big that we were not worried). Beach was not overly crowded near this spot which was good. Cleaning crew and management company were good and responsive. The condo is in a small cluster of units with only 3 stories which we preferred vs. being in a larger high rise with lots of people. The downside to this is that the pool was not great but we preferred to be in the ocean/beach anyway. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so if anyone has elderly guests or health issues this may be tough. North Myrtle beach is not my favorite. Its a bit "honky tonk" with lots of high rises, dive bars, miniature golf, tee shirt shops, etc. Not a quiet or peaceful place. However, the kids loved it and we felt safe and enjoyed our time there. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location.

The location of the property was absolutely beautiful. It was very private and quiet. When we arrived at the condo at 6:00pm the room was filthy and hadn't been cleaned yet. We had been on the road 10 hours and had to wait 2 hours till the room was cleaned. The screen door was broke and we couldn't get half the TV's to work. I just think the amount of money going into these condos, they should be kept up. Repairs should be fixed. When someone pays for a nice condo right on the beach, they expect everything to be working properly and cleaned. That was so disappointing walking into a dirty condo. We had a wonderful time though.

After showering In the master bedroom bath I noticed the water was not going down. I could hear it drain for a second and then it would stop. I reach out through email on Sunday and got a reply on Monday saying they would get a work order made. I never heard from anyone again. I had to pull out a big hair ball from past renters...something I might do at home, but not something I wanted to do on my vacation. We were also slightly irritated that the pool wasn’t open, when every other pool on Ocean Drive seemed to be open. Everything else was great, but when you plan a vacation for a year, you really hope it will be as relaxing as possible.

Great spot, terrible management

The property and location were great. There was a miscommunication about the swimming pool. We were incredibly disappointed that the pool was closed, supposedly because of the governor's order related to covid 19. However, other pools were open on each side of us and we paid more for this place because it had a pool, so when your family looks forward to a certain vacation all year long and you save your money and work really hard all year to provide that vacation for your family, and amenities that were promised you are not available, it is very disappointing. We tried the entire trip to contact the property manager and no one would respond. We definitely feel that we did not get our money's worth because of this. The decor was a little bit DIY and the master bedroom stayed 10° hotter than every other room in the condo. The walk to the beach and the view were fantastic. The house next door had a giant party on our second night with yelling and screaming and lots of teenagers drinking underage. The cops came and busted it up, but there was still garbage and yes *vomit* that we had to step over every time we walked to the beach. Again, no one responded or cleaned it up. After that party, some ladies came around knocking on doors and we found threatening bright red notices on our car that we were going to be towed if we did not display the provided parking pass, which was not provided to us. Luckily we were able to pull up the email proving that we actually did pay to stay there and had a right to park there. overall, the place would have been great if it hadn't been for crappy management and miscommunication. Overall, our vacation was disappointing because we had reasonable expectations and they were unfortunately not met.

The beach is right off of the condo.

The condo was very nice in a very nice neighborhood. It has everything you need right inside. The only thing that bothered me was communication with the property owners. The bathtub in the master bedroom didn't drain properly so while you were showering you were standing in filth, I asked to have maitance come look at it a couple days into our stay and they never showed. The toilet in the master bedroom just kept running also. We were suppose to get a parking pass which we never got that either. I'm just wondering if they are new to the game. All in all its a beautiful condo and my family enjoyed it very much.
