Clean area, quiet and peaceful . Minutes from multiple restaurants . Owner was gracious and accommodating. There was no overstating of the accommodations . We enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with the host. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would ever need. Beds were all very comfortable. Lovely and spacious. Nice garage covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Will return!

Great location. Walking distance to the Moody Center for a concert. Foosball and pool table were fun. Can’t beat this place for any event at UT.

The condo was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. Good location for walking to UT. We completed verification the day before we arrived and had no issues with check-in.

Great Bachelor Party

We were amazed at the space that we were given. Had a good time with the pool table and Foosball table. This was a fantastic experience to send off a buddy getting married.

Nice property and location

Well appointed and furnished property. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Outdoor balconies are spacious. Neighbors were a bit loud. Had a little trouble with getting check in link to work, then realized it seems you must be at the property for check in to work. Location is good- close to university and east Austin restaurants/bars. Was helpful to have a car to explore other areas.

Perfect for two couples 4 people max

The extra beds were in the living room. One is a Murphy bed and we had no instructions how to pull out. The other is a leather couch, with no instructions. There is all windows in the living area so if someone were to sleep there they would have light and a view of the cemetery. The two bedrooms were perfect for couples.
