Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shopping, or award-winning restaurants located just a block away. The large heated** pool is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area.

Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of twin bunks with private bathroom (sleeps 4).

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

Small Dogs may be allowed so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your
fur babies.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
