The condo was just as nice as I remembered from 2020. Trina, our host was quick to respond with any questions we had for her. My kids and I had an Amazing week and can’t wait to come back!!!

Annual Summer vacation

Place is beautiful and clean. We felt right at home here. Close to everything. Kids loved the pool as well! We would stay here again!

Summer Vacation 2024

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation....It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, and pool was always clean. Would def recommend and we hope to be back next year!!

Great vacation stay

We loved our stay. The condo is exactly as described and shown on the pics. The property grounds is super clean and quiet. The pool was perfect and nice that it was overlooking the bay which had horshoe crabs that my daughter enjoyed watching. Also pool is very close to our unit. Being on the first floor was super convenient no stairs to climb. And the location was perfect walking distance to restaurants, minimart, and 10 min easy walk to the beach. Trina was great to work with nice and very responsive.

Bayside Condo

Very nice beach house in a quite community. Home is well stocked with all of the necessities. Just a short walk to the beach and 10 minutes from the boardwalk. Community has a nice pool that is family friendly. Trina is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Definitely on my list of repeat vacation homes.

Enjoyable vacation!!!! 5 stars

The location is perfect. Close to everything. The pool was very clean with a beautiful view of the bay. The unit was very accommodating with everything you need. Sofa beds were pull out couches for additional sleeping accommodations. Overall, a beautiful clean unit. I will be staying here again.

This was our first stay at this condo, and we have stayed and many other locations in OCMD. This was our best place yet. Clean, great location, a short walk to beach, stores, & restaurants. Highly recommended property owner who communicated well and her condo was better than the listing reflects

Fantastic place to stay

The property owner first and foremost was amazing to deal with. She worked with a y and all requests we had. Very nice, very accommodating. The place is even nicer than in the photos. The master bed is a sleepnumber bed so if you have ever used one you know the comfort is perfect. I just used our settings from home and it was like sleeping in our own bed. The owners have everything you could need, everything worked great. We like to keep the places we stay tidy and try to always do small Improvements while there but this place essentially needed nothing! They had a few small things which really made the stay great and convenient like a laundry basket next to the washer and dryer to laundry tablets and dishwasher tablets to a dustpan and broom. The location was great, we walked everywhere except the boardwalk which made it even better. We’d love to stay here again

Labor day

Property was exactly as it appeared on web site. It was very clean and had a lot of room. Loved having the pool so close which made it easy when walking back and forth with children. Plenty of seating on porch for lunches

Amazing condo, perfect for our stay

This was our first trip to OC with our family of 4 (two kids, ages 3 and 5) and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The condo is just as pictured and was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. I am very picky about cleanliness and it was one of the best, if not the best place I have ever rented. The beds were very comfortable and the space was very quiet. There was everything we needed to be comfortable and a few extras as well. All appliances were new and in perfect working order. The location was just a short walk from the beach - just need to cross the street and walk to the beach access. Would have been less than a 10 minute walk for adults. The location was right in the middle of the action without feeling too hectic. The pool was thoroughly cleaned daily and was really nice as well with beautiful views of the bay. We had a few questions and all were answered in a very timely manner. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation.

Perfect Getaway Palace!!

My family and I have been coming to the O.C for a couple of years now and have been to a couple different living spaces, BUT THIS PLACE IS THE TOTAL PACKAGE!!!! Literally has EVERYTHING you need!!! It was so clean too!!! I am very particular about what I MUST have in a vacation rental (air conditioning, washer/dryer and MOST IMPORTANTLY A VACUUM!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE OCEAN HATE HATE HATE SAND!!) I absolutely cannot handle sand or really anything on my floors I hate stepping on “stuff” on the floor so I was extremely happy to see the vacuum 😂. Trina’s place is fantastic and the pool was awesome to have for the days you just wanted to hang close. I will definitely be coming back here!! Thank you Trina it was EXACTLY what I needed after this crazy year!! Diana 🥰

Pleasant Stay

Beautifully decorated, updated coastal theme, very clean, well stocked with everything thing and than some needed for a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Nice pool overlooking gorgeous views of the bay.

Beautifully decorated and up to date condo.

Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked. Location was perfect for the beach and bay. Trina, the property manager was professional and very helpful. We had an issues with the air conditioner. She responded quickly and got an AC guy got here to fix it in no time.

Beautiful!!!

pictures don't do justice to this apartment, it is very tastefully done and decorated, we felt in love as soon as we came inside, very clean and cozy, we loved it so much that we are already talking about making a reservation again for next year. It's withing a 7 mins walk to the beach! We have stayed at Bradley on the bay before but this new apartment takes the crown!!!
