Beautiful supersize villa perfect for larger families and groups. Sleeps 22

The Villa is a very large with 7 oversized en-suite bedrooms. The property boasts one of the most enviable ‘dramatic Views’ on the prestigious Cap Estate, looking centrally over Plantation beach and the Sandals golf course from an elevated position.

We are in close proximity to Pigeon Island which has some of the most fabulous beaches on the island as well epic snorkeling and we are just 7 minutes in a vehicle to Rodney Bay and all its fantastic amenities.

We will happily assist in planning your perfect stay, arrange local and airport transportation as well as advise on the many wonderful excursions St. Lucia has to offer.

The property itself benefits from a large function/bar area which is a fabulous entertaining space, outdoor dining area, very large swimming pool, pool bar, double kitchen and large dining rooms. We also benefit from an almost constant cooling Windward breeze and all guestrooms and the bar area have modern AC units.

The generous space allows larger families and groups to stay together whilst being able to maintain lots of individual privacy. It is also a fabulous space for smaller wedding parties and we have hosted many functions and weddings at the property.

Included in the rate are domestic staff to clean the property throughout your stay.

We also offer dining and chef options to suit all budgets in order to create everything from family style meals to fine dining and everything else in between, allowing you to relax and enjoy the property whilst we do all the work.

Ocean View really is an amazing property and will provide a fabulous retreat for any occasion. Children ARE welcome, however the property is NOT child proof. Many children have had a fabulous time at Ocean View however it is recommended that children are supervised at all times.

Please note there is a golden Lab style dog on the property (Extremely soft and loving) but she is kept on a separate terrace or in separate accomodation with the staff unless guests choose to interact with her, which many do.

We can’t say enough good things about this house , our host and David. We are a group of 17 and everyone was able to spread out and enjoy each others company or find a nice little area for quiet when needed Highly recommend you do the catering !!

Excellent stay

Highly recommend! Cannot say enough good things about the hosts Jon and Joanna, very easy to work and communicate with! The food was out of this world, absolutely gourmet!! They made planning this trip so easy! The views are spectacular, photos don't do it justice! Absolutely loved staying here, plenty of room for our group of 16 people! You will have the time of your life staying here!

Amazing Stay, Amazing Hosts

I had my bachelor party weekend here, and it was so perfect. The home is a massive, beautiful sprawling estate overlooking the ocean to the east. Everything was perfectly set up for us right when we arrived. The hosts made everything so easy and turn-key, from arranging food, transportation, activities, and more. They were communicative and flexible, kind and overall lovely. All my friends kept telling me how this was the best house we've stayed in...anywhere. If you're looking to book a place for your st luscia trip, I can't reccomend this one enough.

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time at Ocean View Villa! We were a family of 16 that stayed—3 families with 3 kids each, and Grandma. Our time was thoroughly enjoyed from the moment we were welcomed there, to the moment we left. Jonathan and Joanna were fabulous to communicate with, they were very organized, and have thought of everything. David, the staff on site, was friendly and very helpful. The food that Jonathan and Joanna cooked for us was incredible every time, we definitely would encourage everyone to take advantage of their cooking!! Stanis our driver, was knowledgeable, good to communicate with, thoughtful, and made getting around the island a breeze. We always felt safe and secure on the island, and well taken care of. The property was clean and well taken care of, we spent endless hours in the pool, and made good use of the games room. We enjoyed all the space the house provided, and would not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay!!

We spent six days with a group of 14. The accommodations provided us with ample space for each family. Jonathan was very responsive leading up to this trip and during our trip. I couldn’t have asked for better communication!!! He helped us with bookings, transportation, excursions and groceries. Absolutely made our stay soooooo much easier. House was perfect, clean, large, and all rooms had AC. I suggest you definitely use Jonathan to cook meals during your stay. Highly recommend pasta & burger night. The breakfasts were fantastic as well! Having our meals prepared for and cleaned up made our stay that much more enjoyable. Excursions we did, two catamarans to the pitons, a fishing trip, hiked Pigeon island, took the helicopter to the airport (recommend!) and a great dinner at Cap on the Cliff! Highly recommend all of the above. Lastly, one of the kids left a stuffed kitty at the house, Jonathan and his team delivered the kitty to the resort we were staying at 1.5 hours south at the end of the trip. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you Jonathan and Joanna for such a great vacation & for putting up with all my questions! lol

Awesome Villa with Million Dollar View

We were a group of 13 adults staying a total of 13 nights. Upon arrival, we were met by Jon and Jo, the property owners who had welcome drinks ready for us. Jon & Jo answered all our questions and responded to any concerns we may have had. David, the housekeeper, took care of the house very well and was very friendly to our group even suggesting places to sightsee. As an added bonus, there was a "housedog" named Bella who was overwhelmingly a hit with our group. The house itself is amazing. All 7 bedrooms were huge and all had their own bathrooms. The pool was huge and always kept clean. There was plenty of space in the house for our group and it never felt that our large group couldn't find their own space whenever needed. There is a million dollar view of the ocean that cannot be beat. I highly recommend the meals/catering offered by Jon & Jo. The food is amazing and worth the extra $. Jon & Jo coordinated airport pickup and drop off with Stanis who gave us an informal tour of the island as we were driving to the house. In addition, he offered a land & sea excursion (which we took) that was excellent and allowed us to see many sights in Soufriere in addition to the sunset catamaran sail all for a reasonable price. Stanis was excellent and I highly recommend his services. I would highly recommend this property for your vacation. Jon, Jo, and David did a great job of taking care of us during our stay. We already miss our new best friend, Bella.

Best Villa on St Lucia

We had an amazing stay here (June 6-13, 2023) for our daughter’s wedding. We had 15 people and did the ceremony in the Villa too. It was exactly as described in the listing and photos. The hosts, Jon and Jo (his wife), worked hard to make our stay perfect. We found them to be gracious, accommodating, and easy to work with. Their goal is to have the most sought-after Villa experience on the Island, and it’s working. They provided everything we could possibly require. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. We even changed plans on them several times while we were there including changing the date of the wedding. They shifted everything for us on a moment’s notice. Jo helped us decorate too. Jon is an accomplished chef. He’s owned several successful restaurants in the UK and now runs the Villa full-time. We had him cook and serve all our meals, and they were fabulously done. We even had him do our wedding dinner instead of catering from a restaurant. That was one of the best decisions we made. Before we went, we had no idea how much we should be paying for a Villa like that per night in St Lucia, now that we have been there, we know what a great value it is. In summary, we absolutely recommend Ocean View Villa and Jon and Jo as hosts. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay there. If we ever go back to St Lucia there is no question we would stay with them again. Knowing what we know now, even if we had a small group we would stay there again too!

Wonderful stay

7 couples had 3 days at this lovely villa. Jon and Joanna were great - wonderful catering and super helpful. David, the house manager tended to our every need - clearing up, providing an endless supply of towels - he was a joy and made our stay really special. We lounged around the pool - plenty of room, lots of sun beds. Rooms were all big and everyone had an en-suite. Easy access to Rodney Bay Marina and sitting on top of the golf course. A fabulous break - just what we were looking for …

The Pleasure Was All Mine

My group stayed at the Villa in April 2022 and it was the most exhilarating and refreshing vacation I had since 2019. The host (Jon) worked with me to plan this vacation for a group of 12 Adults. The group has raved about the vacation since we all returned to our daily lives. From the time we lands and was met by the Stanis who was in charge of the drivers. We were provided with water and began our adventure. Upon arrival at tge house, we met the entire staff, wife Jo, Stanis, David and Phillip. The villa was beautiful on first sight!!! We were met with scented cooking face clothes and mimisoa as we toured the house and settled into our rooms. As dinner was prepared we were treated to rum punches!!! Jon and Jo were outstanding they were attentive to all of our needs. Arranged drivers for each of our excursions plus random one off trips someone in the group wanted. We had delicious breakfast prepared by the team (you have to try the coco tea) sometimes we cooked our own meals. But that just to bond with the group. Our formal dinner was an all white affair and the dinner was outstanding!!!! I can begin to explain how everyone enjoyed their rooms with their own price bathroom. Jon even arranged for a Dr to come to the house to administer the COViD test to get us back in the US!! The team is awesome and very willing and able to satisfy all your travel needs. There is even a dog on site although we called Her Bella-Stella-Ella because we couldn’t remember her name (she’s the sweetest) and a community of goats next door (don’t forget yo visit them). Overall, I would recommend Jon and his team 10x’s over. We had the best time. Thank you Jon for everything!!!!

Jon & Jo: Originally from London we moved to St.Lucia in 2018 to start a new life in the sunshine. We sold our hospitality business and headed for beautiful St. Lucia with our two young daughters Mia and Binka. We have never looked back and love our new island lifestyle.

When we found the property it was love at first sight. The breath taking view was all it took and the potential of the property was un paralleled with any other we looked at on the island. It really is our own little piece of paradise and we are very sure you will love it just as much as we do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property has a wonderful layout. Despite its vast size the majority of the property is on one floor and its high vaulted ceilings give it a very grand yet cooling feel. As the villa faces the Ocean directly it benefits from an almost constant cooling breeze and the view itself is sensational. The property is located on Cap Estate which is the most prestigious residential area on the island and is extremely safe. We have never had a single security concern since moving in. Surrounding properties are of a similar scale and type. It really is the place to be if you live in St.Lucia.

We are also in close proximity to Rodney Bay and the marina where you will find multiple restaurants, bars, shopping mall and supermarkets. Pigeon island is home to our favorite Caribbean beaches and can be walked in 30 mins across the stunning 18 hole champion golf course or a couple of minutes in a car. Basically everything you could want is in easy reach and not far away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of the nicest benefits of the property is its unassuming presence. The villa is beautiful but from the outside you don’t realize its size. Yet as you walk through the beautiful arched entrance you instantly see its vast space and the dramatic view of the Ocean in the distance.

There a lots of chill out areas to unwind and pick up that book you never have time to read. Or maybe you would prefer to head to the bar and shake a cocktail and play the piano....
