The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,
for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation
Deck renovation project.
Aloha and Welcome to Property Manager at the Waikiki Banyan! We are so glad
you have chosen to stay with us for your Hawaiian Vacation!
This 21st floor condo has amazing views of Waikiki, the Ocean, and is only a
few short blocks from the beach! This condo comes with a fully equipped
kitchen including a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee
maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking
experience while you are on vacation. This kitchen comes with a large marble
island complete with 4 stools for your dining pleasure. Take advantage of
relaxing in this condo's spacious living area that includes a cable tv, a
great pull-out sofa, and an island style lounge chair. The lanai has a table
with chairs for you to enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you take in the fresh
ocean air!
This unit has a great bedroom with a king-sized memory foam mattress in the
bedroom and an amazing view of the water. The bedroom can be made private by
the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The
beautiful bathroom right off the bedroom includes a detachable shower head for
your comfort and ease. There is a privacy door between the sink and
toilet/bath area. This bathroom is designed perfectly to wash away all the
sand and ocean after you get back from a great day spent at the world-famous
Waikiki Beach!
Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request. We provide high
quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room assignment.
We want you to save money and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped
kitchen, FREE covered parking, TV with cable, FREE in room Wi-Fi and an A/C
unit in the living room. We have gone out of our way to make your stay in
Waikiki spectacular so we hope you will take full advantage of all of the
extras we provide to make the most out of your vacation!
Property Manager at The Waikiki Banyan
Most of our condos at Property Manager are located in the luxurious Waikiki
Banyan, an ideal spot for any occasion in Hawai'i. Just a block from the
famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing
ocean water, surfing, swimming, scuba diving, hula dancing, and exploring
Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining
options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal
Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around
the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring
Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.
The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,
soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The
Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the
lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,
saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Property
Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free
Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and
cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with
provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance
line, Property Manager ensures a safe and enjoyable stay. If the Waikiki
Banyan condo isn't available, feel free to inquire about other fantastic
