Nice little get away!

We got this place in two weeks before going to Florida, so grateful. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was very soft and fluffy, kind of small for us, but we slept well. We were right on the beach and it was beautiful sunny weather! We were walking distance from the condo to the beach. There are restaurants and shopping all walking distance from where we stayed, and 2mins driving to St. John's Pass. Thank you so much.

Great location!

You can't beat the location. Room is fine foe what you're there for. It was a little outdated but clean. I mean it's a beach rental. The bed could use an upgrade but served its purpose. Honestly no complaints other than it's pretty pricy for what you get in terms of the room. However the beach access and views are simply amazing!

Treasure Island

The lady in the office was fabulous… she actually made our stay worth the almost $400. A night. I come to the Treasure Island area several times a year from Naples Fl and will rent a hotel room from here on. I do not like the way this host does business.

Weekend beach getaway

Beautifully refurbished property steps you back in time to the 1950's era. A motel turned into efficiencies. The units are rather small (200-250sf) but you are not here for the room. this property is in a prime location. Less than 1 mile from St. Johns Pass. It is within walking distance to great food and a grocery store too. The property has a nice pool, lounge chairs on the grass going out to the beach, a fire pit by the beach, and a beautiful uncrowded beach front area. The unit itself was clean and had everything you need to make for a relaxing stay. the bathroom was updated and clean. the kitchen, while small had on the basic items needed. the unit does have wall air conditioners but it worked just fine for the area. This place is a little gem!!! We had a wonderful stay and have already reserved another weekend at the same property

Treasure Island Get Away

My husband and I stayed at Tropic Terrace for a little get away during part of Spring Break. I loved the character and charm of this older motel. The entire facility was very clean and well kept. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, including 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There were both bath towels and two towels for the pool. The pool was heated and really enjoyable. The other guests were friendly and the overall vibe was calm and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The efficiency was small, but had everything we needed - including in the small kitchen. Once here, we walked all over Treasure Island for restaurants and the beach right off of the motel was amazing. White sand, level, wide beach, and not crowded! I highly recommend the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Treasure Island area. We did not have a car and everything was so close and convenient that we didn’t miss it at all. The unit we stayed in was adequate. It needs to be updated and very much needs a new mattress. We enjoyed the complex and being on ground floor. The washing machines did not work part of our stay. A few more amenities would have been nice. We really enjoyed the close proximity to everything.

Quaint resort. Very clean and well maintained

I enjoyed my stay. While the studio was quite small, it was adequate for our needs. The resort was farther away from the beach than I expected. The pool area was very nice and well kept.

Short beach vacation

The majority of hotels in this area are "older" and smaller than most modern hotels. However, every area of this hotel and our rental unit are maintained to a very high standard. Everything you needed was there and it was a very friendly environment. Will definetly be back.

Great property. Simple, attractive, neat and clean. Found everything I needed. Lots of extra amenities. Nice vintage touch. Grounds and plantings make the courtyard. Great location. Love the paved beach pathway. beach is spectacular. It was quiet and seems to attract mature guests.

Relaxing

Very relaxing, peaceful. Rooms are dated. But we enjoyed our stay and walking distance to most everything needed.
