Very peaceful location.

A great little bungalow. We loved the convenience of walking outside and onto the beach. Great location if you are looking for a relaxing getaway to enjoy the beach. Restaurants nearby to enjoy. Loved having beach chairs available and a cooler from our room.

Cozy beach condo

This rental is perfect for the beach. Has all the essentials, plus plus plus. Very comfortable bed, plus a blender, coffee maker, and coffee. And everything was there to cook meals as well. Thank you!

Well kept. Room is small. Has everything you need. Beach is further than initially thought. Night stands need charging area and not shells. Pool was great.

Great location

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the local pharmacy, little shops, and restaurants. The beach was less busy as compared to other local beaches (big plus) and just a short walk from the condo. For a short getaway, this room was great; the only downfall was the confined bathroom space. It was difficult for even 1 average sized person to move around without bumping into the sink, toilet, and shower door. Overall, it was a great getaway.

Very nice property and stay. Easy check in and out. Just wish let you check in when you arrive few minutes early. Had to wait for email that didn't arrive until 403. Not big deal, but would have been nice to get email by 345 or so.

Spring break

My husband and I had a great time at Treasure Island! Close to John's Pass, we walked there and short drive to lots of nice restaurants. We had problems with our lock one day, but it was quickly fixed by the manager, it just needed new batteries. Otherwise, everything went very smooth. Love the lit walking path at night time right behind the property and the beach was great! It is a very, very, very small bathroom, but that is really the only negative.

Weekend getaway

As described. I was charged an additional fee from VRBO on top of the room owner charge. This fee was separate and I have never been charged a separate fee by VRBO and I have stayed at 15-20 properties over the past three years.

We stayed at Tropic Terrace for two nights. The room was clean however I discovered two dead cockroaches after the first night. I did contact the property manager but did not receive a response.

Relaxing

We had an efficiency with a small kitchen. Even though we had utensils etc- we chose to go to Publix for breakfast and lunch items. Easy. Too difficult to cook in the kitchen- but we enjoyed the restaurants we picked- along with some from St Pete’s Beach area. It was a relaxing time- quiet. We had 2 beach chairs inside the property but we prefer staying at locations closer to beach with lounge chairs and cabanas. The resort was nice- heated pool. Treasure Island has promenade for walking. We found it difficult to go to ocean- it is a walk- we walked in morning but did not spend any time near the water during day for above lounger reasons. We normally stay in St Pete Beach area- and will probably do that in the future.

Probably won't book again

The AC wasn't cooling, called the number provided and was told I'd get a call back and never did. We ended up using a box fan found in a closet and slept on top of the blankets all night. There was also a water issue and the plumber had to disconnect water for about an hour to work on it (unavoidable)

Perfect beach spot

Perfect spot right on the beach. The room was clean and just right for the week for my husband and myself. There was even a small cooler, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella we were able to use that made our beach days that much more enjoyable. I would definitely come and stay here again.

Great stay

Perfect studio that had all we needed! Loved how hey had beach chairs for us. Very clean and a great place to stay. We will be back.
