Esta casa fue originalmente una casa y se dividió en dos unidades, ambas unidades son rentas vocacionales. Este lado tiene 2 dormitorios un baño, una cochera. Está en un lote de la esquina. El frente se enfrenta a una iglesia Bautista. Tiene un pequeño patio en la parte delantera, la parte trasera tiene un solarium y el lavadero. La casa fue construida en 1970, edificio fuerte, no enorme, no pequeño, justo. Cerca del lago Jackson. A poca distancia de la corte, centro de la ciudad, recinto ferial, biblioteca. Publix, Winn Dixie, el hospital a pocos kilómetros de distancia. Excelentes vecinos, zona tranquila. En un evento como la semana de la carrera, el ry adecuado es lo suficientemente grande como para acomodar a más personas, se proporcionarán camas adicionales y toallas.

Location of the unit was excellent for me. Walking distance to everything I like to see and do. I was disappointed that I was not able to use the patio or the washing machine. The place does have that retro, old-Florida feel.

Several amenities listed in the property description were not available during our stay. The Wi-Fi showed “no internet connection” throughout the entire visit, and our attempts to contact the host went unanswered. The listing also included a coffee grinder, which was not provided—this was inconvenient since we brought whole coffee beans expecting to use it. Accurate listings and responsive communication are essential for a good guest experience. Unfortunately, these issues negatively affected our stay. I hope the host updates the listing and ensures amenities are available for future guests.

Great Stay in Sebring! Was exactly what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything we needed was provided. Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. We are looking forward to staying here again when we return to Sebring!

Great stay

Stays for 5 days, The stay was great. The owner was outside doing some last minute cleaning and handed us the key personally. The fridge handle was broken but she apologized and it was still easy to open, and the hinge on the toilet was broken but again still useful and caused bo issues. Overall the stay was great. The beds where comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Would stay again.

0 out of 10! The unit we rented had doors that lead outside that had no locks. There were unlocked rooms attached to the unit that had old furniture and other items packed to the ceiling, creating a fire hazard. A local business owner told us the neighborhood has issues & told us not to be out at night. We paid for 5 nights but left after 1and got a hotel room. The owner’s response - The reviews state differently, saying it’s a quiet neighborhood. It’s not a modern, high end place. Horrible misrepresentation and would never consider this rental again! Requested a refund of any kind and never heard back.

The guest booked the place for his in laws. On the third day of their stay, I was informed through a message that his parents had left the rental because they did not feel secured due to a conversation with a neighbor, they asked for a refund. If the guest had called before they left to address their concerns, I would have considered their argument and even their feelings but once they chose to pack up and leave without a conversation, it was their choice to forfeit any type of refund. This is not a high end hotel, the income produced is distributed to a mortgage, fees to the rental marketer, to utilities to taxes, to maintenance. I aim to give each guest a safe and comfortable home for their short stay, I invite you, our future guest to stay and review for yourself. It is quiet and calm area in downtown Sebring.

Quaint little Grandma and Grampa house

Clean, quiet place for 2-3 people. Front door that locks with deadbolt key only, was a bit challenging to get in. A working front porch light would have been helpful. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Nice walk in shower. House had everything we needed.

Downtown Sebring apartment

I stayed here with my dog for two nights while visiting relatives. The unit fit my needs very well. Appeared that the apartment may not have been used in a bit as it had a musty smell when I first arrived. After kicking the AC on, that dissipated in a few hours. All was fine after that.

Convenient and quiet

The king bed is super comfortable and the layout of the house was nice. It needs a little TLC and sprucing up, but it was better than living for a week in a small hotel room. We were sad that the back "sun room" was used for storage and we couldn't have our coffee out there--as some reviews mentioned. However, we found a couple of rocking chairs and enjoyed the morning sun and evening shade just outside the front door. Every drawer and cupboard is filled with utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the owner was very easy and she is a kind, hard-working lady. We were satisfied with our stay.

Might be a scam

I booked this property because I needed pet friendly accommodations. A week after I booked it, the host asked for an additional pet fee which I paid, even though I had already paid a pet fee. Upon arrival the key was not where they said it would be. My calls and messages went unanswered.

Don't bother

As soon as we walked in we knew this was not good. Host was still there trying to clean. Said right off it was not as advertised. Place smelled of musty mold , stove and oven we're filthy, refrig handel was broken as was the ice and water dispenser, bathroom toilet seat was broken, laundry room was unusable clothes in washer and drier and also filthy, as for porch it was so cramed full of junk it was unusable. Was a place where you were afrad to sit or touch anything. Did not even stay 24 hours before finding new place to stay. After complaing to her and VRBO we did get full refund. Was nothing clean and comfortable about it.Don't understand how a place like this can have a 9 out of 10 rating!

We could not stay due to the conditions we found

There was cans of food in the cabinet, (you could see worms in the flour container). There was private mail on the desk, like someone had been living there. There was dirt in the shower. The porch, a space we were told we could use, was stacked full of furniture and mattresses. The stove wasn’t clean, nor were the pots and pans that we were told we could use. Honestly, we should have reported it to the health department. Sorry to be so blunt but it wasn’t at all what we were led to believe. We took pictures. When we texted the host about the mess she told us we would get a full refund and we did. But we will think twice about trusting reviews in the future.
