Walk up the front steps across the wrap-around porch and unlatch the front door to a spacious open concept living room, kitchen and dining area. Kick back in the living room and relax on the lush sectional, big enough for the whole family!

The place was exactly as we expected. Tucked away a little off the main road, it was very close to everything we needed. We loved every minute of our stay.

Perfect location perfect ambience for our expectations of Cape Cod

Well, this property was super clean hall, speaker, new or newer everything it sat back off of the main road so that it was quiet, but yet easily accessible to everything would definitely do it again was exactly what we’re hoping for and we love Chatham

Perfect location and beautiful interiors!

My family of three stayed here last week. And we loved it. All 3 of us could stretch out on the couch. ACs worked perfectly. Internet was easy. And the kitchen had everything we needed. It was easy to find, on a main road, but tucked away with loads of privacy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect House for a Cape Visit!

Great house with everything! There were only 2 of us but could easily accommodate 2 couples or a family with the 2nd bedroom. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Having a full size refrigerator, coffee maker and table and chairs was enjoyable. Comfortable sofa to relax in the evening and cute porch to sit and have a glass of wine. It was also nice having a washer and dryer! Bed was very comfortable. Centrally located on the cape with many restaurants and stores just a short drive away with lots of choices. Only had a question about the TV and response was almost immediate. Would definitely rent again if we can make it back!

Great Accomodations

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated & very cozy. The Del Mar team checked on us to make sure we were ahppy with the home & did not need anything. Overall it was a wonderful stay & we would defintiely rent this home again.

A great spot

We just spent two weeks in this cute house. We have a family home on the Cape, and this was out first rental. The house was clean and ready for us on our move in day. The house is nicely updated. I brought my own towels and linens by choice, it was great that they came with the rental. The room air conditioners did a good job cooling the house, but I do wonder what it would be like on a really hot 90 degree day...we did not have that. My only "complaint" per say, would be that I would have liked a gas grill, and think one should be available. Most people do not use a charcoal grill..... we ended up going to our family home to use the gas grill. It was overall a great experience. I would rent this property again.

A little misleading as far as location to downtown Chatham. Property is “co-located” on a property with another house. Yard wasn’t kept up great.
