Anna Maria Villa is a luxury vacation rentals near Anna Maria Island. This remodeled 4 bedrooms, 3 baths ranch style beauty with a heated pool! It's located in the sought after neighborhood of North West Bradenton. All four bedrooms, the large game room, as well as the covered lounge area outside are each equipped with a TV. This comfortable home includes two king beds, a queen and two twins which accommodates up to 8 people. Loose your cares as you step into the beautiful heated pool and outdoor living space which offers covered dining and a lounge area for enjoying cool drinks and watching the game. Kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities including a coffee maker that service as either an auto drip or Keurig. There is also a laundry room and a spacious game room for your kids, with a foosball and Ping-Pong table. If your brining little ones, this home provides a travel crib and highchair!

A gas grill, free high speed internet, beach chairs and towels are all little things that makes life simple. The entire family will enjoy the convenience of how close the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island are as well as local shops and restaurants in Bradenton. Dogs up to 35lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Family vacation grandparents, parents and teenagers.

Had a wonderful stay. Great location, comfortable beds, very nice saltwater pool. The house, rooms and outdoor areas were all large and user friendly. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again.

A area externa da casa era boa com piscina, cadeiras de sol, churrasqueira. A limpeza da casa não estava boa, as mesas estavam sujas e os tapetes também, com pelos de cachorros. A vazão da água dos chuveiros era bem fraca e as camas não eram confortáveis. Localização boa, próxima a Anna Maria , mercados.

Furniture and master mattress will need an update soon. They have lost firmness. A deep cleaning would also be a huge benefit to this home. We loved the split floor plan, tvs everywhere ( a plus during March Madness), and the outside seating. A place for everyone to either chill alone or visit with others.

Quiet neighborhood and drive to Anna Marie Island not far. We like to check out multiple beaches so we rented umbrellas, canopies and a few chairs from “Just 4 Fun” on the island. We were in need of propane tank for grill and had a clogged bathroom sink and with one call to number we were provided, it was taken care of same day. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Perfect get away

A beautiful well kept home. Everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The backyard pool and lanai is very pretty with a nice fenced in yard.

This house is perfect and pictured accurately. The location of the property is great, 10 minutes to Holmes beach and maybe 15-20 minutes from Anna Maria Island. The pool was perfect for the entire time we were there. The check in/out process is very easy. The property managers are outstanding and quick to getting back to you about anything. We can’t wait to stay at this property again! You won’t regret choosing this home for your next vacation!!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The pool is great and it was 15 minutes from the beach. My only complaint, which management addressed while we were there, was the yard had not been mowed and was full of fire ants. We brought 3 dogs with us and one of them got into the ants and broke out into a serious allergic reaction late at night. If the home is going to be dog friendly then the grounds need to be double checked that it is safe for your dogs to be in. Otherwise the house was great and we had a wonderful family vacation.

We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and surrounding area with TV, furniture area and dining area Close proximity to Anna Maria Island, restaurants, grocery stores. There were a few issues with stopped or clogged drains and a faucet, but they were repaired within 24 hours by a competent, friendly, professional contractor. . Remember to provide your own toilet tissue, paper goods, and, laundry detergent!

Pretty nice!

Nice house on the worst block in a gorgeous neighborhood. Close to Robinson Preserve and Desoto Park which was great for walks in the morning. House had everything we needed. It’s time though to wash the blankets on the beds (not just the sheets along with the show curtains. Pet peeve of mine is to change out those little entry rugs often. The washer ate a beach cover up which was caught in the drum. After a Google search, this is a problem with this model. But the house was big, easy drive to and from AMI. Pool was Nice and backyard was great to sit screened in!! Publix nearby!

The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity of Robinson Nature Preserve and Desoto National Park was perfect for morning runs and exploring. The pool and lanai furnishings were great. Mornings on the beach, home for lunch, then a swim in the 82o pool was the agenda most days.Would have stayed longer if it was in our budget

Beach was a bit of a drive, but close enough to get to easily. Shopping and restaurants close by. Mainly cooked out and ate on the deck/patio by the pool.Contact with the property manager was flawless and got replies timely.I would recommend this house and would rebook if coming to the area again. I wish it had 5 bedrooms for my family to stay together.

100% would recommend!

Place was exactly as pictured in the listing! It was extremely helpful that the listing said to bring our own TP and paper towels as they only provide ‘some’. A few things to know: Florida has bugs, we encountered a HUGE Palmetto bug in the kids playroom immediately upon entering. The tub and one of the showers is not updated like the rest of the bathrooms were. Two bedrooms with connected baths are on one side of the house. The two bedrooms with the shared bath are on the complete opposite side. Something helpful to know if you plan on bringing kids, we did not have any kids with us. Still 100% would recommend!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and pool area were nice and clean but lacked basically every simple convenience. We flew in to stay there for a week and each of the 3 bathrooms had a tiny bar soap for handwashing at the sink. We had to buy handsoap. There were no basic spices (salt, pepper, etc) or basic condiments in the fridge. Which is fine except that at the end of the week, you're expected to throw everything away you bought. So buying a new salt, pepper, ketchup, etc at the beginning of the week and then throwing large amounts of that away at the end is wasteful, both food-wise and cost-wise. The TV remotes had dead batteries. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. It had 4 beach chairs and beach towels which was appreciated. About 15-20 min drive to Anna Maria Island. Next time would try to just stay on the island itself instead.
