Welcome to Splash 307 West. This unit is on the 3rd floor in the West Tower and was updated in 2022. Our condo has all new stainless steel appliances, new furniture such as a large sectional sofa and two swivel chairs to look at the beach front view. We have ALL new LG Smart 50" Smart TVs in the bedrooms and a new LG Smart 55" TV in Living Room..

This is a beautiful corner balcony unit with panoramic views of the city and beach, all bedrooms and living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone. The unit sleeps up to 8. Two King mattresses, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk area with two twin size mattresses. We are now accepting bookings.

Splash Resort located in Panama City Beach which was designed with a unique Caribbean look that is sure to charm. Splash is loaded with amenities including over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style Beach Bar & Grill, and covered parking. Interactive water toys...it's all here at this Disney-like resort. Splash Resort is know as the BEST KID friendly condos ever!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Allure hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

This is a beautifully decorated and spacious condo with two Gulf Front bedrooms. With the additional bunk room and sofa sleeper, this condo sleeps eight. It has been recently updated and we are accepting new bookings.

We had a great time, the condo was perfect for our family of four adults and two children. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches. The furniture was very comfortable with room for everyone to sit and watch a movie. There were games for the whole family. Everyone loved the easy to access beach area and the pools. Our balcony had comfortable seating and we loved having our coffee out there in the morning. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions, we hope to stay here again next year.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host was extremely quick to respond even before our stay. I highly recommend. The host providing chair service saved us money during our stay and was a wonderful addition to the already perfect room. The splash resort itself is perfect for families.

Kids First --For a nice stay

Although we have nothing but good to comment about the unit itself, Splash is a stay meant for families with Children.We were informed that children come first by the reception team when we inquired if there were times at the HotTub & pool for adult only use or even restriction of times.We have several grandchildren and they come 1st in our opinions as well, but there are times that restrictions or rules should apply.The complex has 1 HotTub-2 pools(neither indoor)Lazy river &Splash area. The hot tub was not available for use during our stay from 2/25 to 3/9 due to use by many small children in diapers using the tub.(mostly because parents wanted them warm or by them--this was day and evening) We never saw any personal overseeing the use of the hot tub or pools. As far as the unit, it was clean and organized. We chose the unit based on King beds--en-suites and balcony for 4 adults. The only comment that I would make is the beds are very high but comfortable. I would not want to attempt to change the sheets, as just bed making was a challenge. The space also has bunk beds-TV in all rooms. The property owners were responsive.( Note: we did not share our concerns on the hot tub )Parking was always available and carts were there to help transport luggage and groceries to unit. Concerning the final payment on balance, we were informed that using a credit card or debit card would increase costs by a percentage. Based on costs this should be disclosed prior to booking.

Vacation

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay with small kids. This Condo was perfect great spot to be on the third floor. The balcony was very large, it was a corner so you got the view of the front and side of the beach. The owners were amazing Cathy took very good care of us, my mother had just passed away and she made sure we got into the condo early. She even reached out to us on her holiday visiting her father. Couldn’t ask for better people then this. Really appreciated everything will be telling all of my friends about this condo and what great people that Cathy and her husband are.

Excellent and Beautiful

I stayed four nights with my parents and nephew and we all thouroughly enjoyed the views, cleanliness and the thoughtful amenities provided for us. I am already planning to return. Cathy is an excellent host who really cares about your comfort.

Best rental condo ever.

This was the perfect condo for our family of five, ages 5-67. The condo was beautiful and perfectly located in the complex. Close to the elevator but tucked in the corner so that we never heard people coming and going outside; on the third floor so that we were able to take the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator in most cases, and very well equipped with kitchen, throw blankets, games and things for the beach. The beach was gorgeous and the kids loved the splash pad and pool, as well. The communication from the owners was great and very helpful. We will definitely return.

Splash 307 West

This condo perfectly met our needs! There was lots of space and several options for sleeping. We had 5 adults in our group. The bunk bed area was a useful holding spot for luggage and belongings of 2 young adults who slept on the couch. There was a pull-out bed, but the couch alone was also comfortable for them. The condo was very clean and had many things provided like washing detergent, beach toys, etc. The balcony position is FANTASTIC (wrap-around balcony, comfortable/clean furniture). I was tempted to sleep out there! :-) The lower floor (3rd) made it possible to bypass the elevator at times. One elevator was under maintenance during our visit. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were convenient. The pool and water park area were a welcome break from the sand at times (for several children in our extended group - we rented 2 condos). The water in the slide area was definitely colder than the pool. A souvenir store is directly across the street (attached to our parking deck). This was very convenient and allowed for random shopping without having to drive anywhere. Communication with the owners was great! They checked in frequently & were definitely available if we had any issues. We had no issues though. We had a great time. No complaints!!

This is a beautifully decorated condo which looks exactly as advertised. The beach views from each bedroom were magnificent! Definitely worthy of a repeat visit if ever in the Panama City Beach area.

We stayed at Splash for the first time, and I must say, 307W was one of the best condos I have ever stayed at! Not only was the room very clean, but the building itself was clean! Everyone was friendly and always asking if anything was needed. The owner stayed in touch before and during the stay. Highly recommend!!

Family trip

Visited with our daughter and her two boys, 3 & 4 yrs of age. We enjoyed the water park at the resort, along with the Riptide grill for the kid’s snack food. This is a corner unit with beautiful sunset view!

Nice getaway

Loved the condo, cleanliness and location. Everything was a pictured. We especially appreciated the outdoor seating on the balcony which was perfect. We took in the views, ate great food and rested well. We will book again.
