Situated in The Ledges of St. George, this location is a haven for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts, conveniently located only two miles from the upper Snow Canyon entrance. Within minutes, explore a variety of hiking, biking, horseback riding, and ATV trails, partake in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that embrace The Ledges.

Wow - what a great place!

We came down for a 3-night stay as our teenagers had some events down that way, and we thoroughly enjoyed this place! There were 9 of us and there was plenty of beds and room to play. Great location, too! Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful home for a family and kids

Wonderful home for family with kids. There is so much space and super fun games for this kids. Bathrooms for everyone. We have stayed at the LEDGES numerous times and this by far was my favorite house space wise!

While it’s definitely slightly older than last time it’s still a fantastic location and unit. Plenty of space for three families to have their own space, own kids room. Had a few small hiccups but they were quick to help, heads up they only make fitted sheets on bunk beds now to preserve the integrity of the bunk beds.

Wonderful Home

Our group was part of a softball team participating in the Huntsman Senior Games. We required enough beds to accommodate 10 people. One room has a set of bunk beds for a total of 4 people could stay in that room and that had a bathroom plus another one right outside the room. So, everyone had a bed, plenty of bathrooms, a full kitchen. It was beautifully appointed as well. We did have problems with the television and we would like to see fitted sheets on the bunkbed mattresses. We had a blast playing pingpong, basketball, jenga and cards.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved every aspect of our stay here. Very clean, attention to every detail and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, etc. I can see the thought that has been given to guest comfort and it was so nice to see how clean and simple yet stylish this home is. Very similar to my own tastes and quite comfortable. We will definitely be back. We travel very often and this is likely the best VRBO unit we have been in, seriously. I’m super picky and this was amazing .Thank you!

Great place, but use caution

This place was great! It was clean, a good location and we would stay here again. Pool was great. However, one thing we didn’t like was that it is very stressful that they label everything (12 forks, 10 glasses, 12 pool towels etc everything is labeled!) to warn you that they will charge you for so much as a missing spoon. $50 for a missing pool towel! Yikes! We also didn’t like that there was a fair amount of cleaning to do before you leave—take out the trash, wipe down oven and microwave, put all furniture and cushions/pillows back, etc. when you are paying a cleaning fee already. With that being said, communication was good, place was great for large families, and the decorations were nice and new. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!
