201 Hideaway beach 4 beds - pool&spa

Terra Verde is a resort setting which has many extras that other villa locations do not. On top of that it is a genuine 6-7 minutes to Disney (even at 8.30 in the morning)

This is the largest 4-bedroom design with 2 lounges and 3 bathrooms, not overlooked at the rear with attention to the well fitted out interior making it a home with the WOW factor!

LIVING AREAS - There is a sitting area (two sofas) and formal dining area (seats 6), this is slightly separated from the rest of the villa where the grown-ups can unwind after a hard day at the large private pool. There is a further eating area in the kitchen, which will sit four people, next to this is another sitting area which leads out onto the pool.

SLEEPING AREAS - Villa has 2 - ensuite master bedrooms with large beds (2 Queens) , this is suitable for 2 families sharing. One en-suite has a walk-in shower, bathtub, walk in wardrobe, toilet, and hairdryer.
Two further twin bedrooms with a 3rd shared bathroom.
Free use of cot for a baby, which can be placed in any of the rooms.

POOL AREA - pool and Spa, a table and 4 chairs are provided. A couple of loungers are provided for the less energetic. Pool towels provided. Pool heating is optional at an additional charge.

KITCHEN AREA - with all modern amenities, (microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.) including a fridge with ice maker. Cutlery/glasses and crockery for up to 12 people. We also provide all towels and linens, iron/ironing board and hairdryers in master bedrooms.

Local host 24/7 available Fully equipped kitchen. Very close to all theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants.

Beautiful house, Great Location

The house was a great size and supplied everything needed. The pool heater worked great and everyone loved the hot tub. Could use some updating but property management was very responsive to any issue, the stove broke and they had a new one delivered very quickly. We were overall very happy with our stay.

Dirty

Very disappointing. Paid to have the pool heated and even reminded them 3 days beforehand. The spa was finally warm enough to get in on our last afternoon. The pool itself never got warm enough. The place was filthy including blood stained bed linens. TV remote didn’t work so no TV in the main living room. Multiple attempts to contact the property manager were made with no resolution. Pool furniture is in very bad repair. In fact one chair was actually broken and feel over when someone tried sitting down. Horrible experience.

Bad Experience

This house had a lot of things out of place. Pots and pans needed to be replaced. Refrigerator door handles was broken off. Many more issues.

2023 vacation

property manager was wonderful to deal with , very attentive! there were some issues with the house but hopefully those will be taken care of by owner and property manager. We love Terra Verde resort and have stayed many times and will continue to come back for our vacations.

Quiet neighborhood

When we first got to the house I realized I hadn't gotten the door code to get in. I called the villa and was greeted by a very nice woman who cheerfully gave me the code. Upon entering the house, you see a very nice living room and dining room. The furniture is quite comfortable. However, the carpet has a lot of stains on it. It is serious need of a deep cleaning. The kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. The refrigerator makes some really weird moaning and grunting noises, though. It also, doesn't have a handle on either door. The bathrooms very very clean as were the bedrooms. Pool guy showed up at 7:30 on Thursday morning and was done within 15 minutes. They ask that the AC not be set lower than 75. That's an unrealistic request. When it's 95 outside 75 inside is just as hot. And no it doesn't cause the AC unit to freeze up if it's set at 70. The pillows on the beds need replacing as they are flat. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents are very friendly. It's a gated community so, we felt very safe there. We did enjoy our stay. Except for the few things mentioned this is a very nice place to rent.

Nice house but Dirty

The house is nice, location is good, but it was dirty. The corners of every room was dirty, master bathroom had a raised toilet seat that had urine between it and the toilet , the whole room smelled of old urine. The patio area was very dirty. There was a lamp in the twin room that had a spliced together and taped cord. This was all too bad because it is a nice rental home.

Big house in prime location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Wonderful House

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Check-in was easy. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big, so we did lots of cooking. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great house, except pool and management

House was great. However, we paid for a pool and the pool was cloudy and unusable. Email and voicemails we left for management got no response. Also we were told to return the parking pass or be charged $10. However checkout is before 10 and office to return pass doesn’t open until 10. Guard gate would not accept pass from us. Frustrating customer service is an issue on such a nice house.

Not Impressed

Whirlpool was not hot, ripped screens around pool. Had to call maintenance as filter was dirty and not cleaning pool. House has cobwebs. Mold in master bedroom shower. Had to locate wet towels in dryer when we arrived. Master bedroom bed was fine but other 3 rooms were like sleeping on boards. Very hard our daughter stated. Swept doors and found broken glass pieces. Neighborhood was quite and community pool was great. In future I would pay a little more for a better place. Maintenance informed me the pool was resurfaced recently and should not have been used for 30 days but owner insisted renting. Typical owner. Front living room had stains everywhere on the carpet. We didn’t even use this room. Found nails on patio by pool and had to sweep the area as it was filthy when we arrived. I honestly think it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. Will not rent this house again in the future.

Great house with lots of space

The house overall was great. Enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and spacious areas. Community club house options were an added bonus. Could use better pans (warped) and a little minor cosmetic attention but overall a great rental.

Comfy and clean

My partner and I went here for a short vacation - just the two of us. Our bed was comfy. The bathtub was awesome. Sure, some things could use some updating, and the toilet riser was a little weird I thought, but it was just right for us to get in a few days of R&R. I could see it working out well for a larger group or family, too. Very cute kids rooms.

Great Vacation Getaway

It was also a reasonable price for the amount of time we stayed. The pool was good but could have been a little larger. The jacuzzi section outside could have had warmer water but overall the stay was great. The housing area we were pleased with and it was a pretty good location for where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Overall the house was great.

Great home for family Disney Vaca

Travel to Disney was about 20mins in mild traffic. Many restaurants, grocery, & souvenir options nearby. Neighborhood is gated and designed for vacation home rentals. Club house not utilized by us except to obtain parking access card to open the gate for neighborhood entry. Gate is staffed with security. Very quiet at night in part due to enforced quiet hours- which made sleeping easy! Pool was warm, but our northern bodies probably would have been happier if we had paid for the heat. Hot tub was fickle, and staff responsive when we reported it, but we only went in it once so it wasn't a priority. House was spacious and water pressure was excellent- teenage girls love their spa time & we have 3 of them!! Beds were comfortable and appreciated after our long park days. Kids enjoyed the Foosball table in the garage. Thank you for the stay!
