Club Villas's two-bedroom suites feature one Queen and one Double bed in each bedroom. All bedrooms come with their own spacious bathroom attached. The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with icemaker, and dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and Keurig), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. This Club Villa two-bedroom villa is ground level.

All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Very accurate description and extremely quiet! Easy to rent but multiple forms required signature including copy of drivers license, probably why such a nice place.

Fantastic!

The location of this property could not get any better! We were in Calabash and Ocean Isle in no time when we needed to be. We did not play sea trails golf courses but you are in the hub of everything golf! Nothing bad to say about our stay! Exactly what we needed for the time spent in the room.

The getaway

Nice place but not super clean. The place needs a new fridge with an ice maker. The stove worked but has seen better days. The microwave went out in the middle of preparing dinner.

Great location to beach

We booked a late trip to the beach and were happy to find this condo. It's 1.8 miles to the beach and you will be parking within minutes. The location was quiet and right on the golf course. The unit is well laid out - two beds in each bedroom and bathroom ensuite. Clean, comfortable, great WiFi. Sea Trail is gorgeous and took long walks in the shade in the morning. I give this condo 5 stars and highly recommend. I would like to see a few additions to the kitchen - a good set of kitchen knives, some cutting boards and storage containers would be really nice!

Nice villa but small gathering space

Seven of us enjoyed a long weekend at the Villa this summer. All the bedrooms incredibly spacious but there is not a lot of room in the living area. The kitchen is tiny with only rudimentary basics for pots and pans. The dining table seats two. The kitchen stools seat 4. For four people sharing this villa, this would be great space. For seven, it’s really way too tight. I took a brief look at the swimming pool area and recognized that this will not be an area where we would spend any time. It’s a golf community, not a resort. So if you were there for the golf, this is probably a great place for you.

Worst stay at Sea Trails I've EVER had.

They do offer early check in if the room is vacant and clean but they don't tell you until the day of, the fee to check in early is anywhere from 25-75$. Then after you get into the room you have to go to check in to get your pool pass and pay a 56$ refundable fee to get into the pool so for those on a budget ask about extra fees before booking. I was told the Indoor pool would be open and it was not, they still had construction going on that was supposed to be done weeks prior. We were at the beach with it raining for 3 days and no indoor pool. When we got into the room there were dirty dishes in the cabinet and sand still on the floor that ended up in our beds and we hadn't even seen the beach yet. There were not enough towels. The thermostats are set so they do NOT go below 70 degrees. It's hot and muggy, your sheets are clinging to you while you sleep and when they were contacted they couldn't care less. The price you pay to stay there, they could not care about your comfort. The beds are hard, and they give you four flat pillows that are old and cheap. The appliances in the kitchen are outdated and the stove leans. Outside of the front bedroom there's a light on the side walk that DOESN'T go off. It's daylight even at night time with no black out curtains. The Back porch floods with water when it rains. The back room is near the main road and it's loud. I've stayed at this resort many times over 20 years. NEVER had this experience. My suggestion book from an individual.

Great stay 2 minutes from the beach

The room was great as was the community it was in. The beach and shops are all located in very close proximity. The only issue we had was we received a text for early check in and drove 4 hours only to arrive and be told it wasn't available. We managed just fine as friends were staying nearby just an inconvenience.
