Welcome to Seaside 116—a warm and inviting one-bedroom, one-bath villa designed for comfort and convenience. This charming retreat features a fully equipped kitchen and an open-concept living and dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a luxurious 2024 Perfect Sleeper Queen Bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, and a 32" Samsung TV for your nighttime viewing. Just off the bedroom, you’ll find a cozy nook with two built-in bunk beds, ideal for younger guests.

In the living room, unwind in front of the 55" TV after a day of island adventures.

Located on the desirable south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas offers unbeatable walkability to Coligny Plaza—home to an array of shops, restaurants, and the family-friendly Celebration Park. Best of all, as an oceanfront community, Seaside Villas is just 70 yards from the beach, providing quick and easy access to the sand and surf.

Please note: a 3-night minimum stay is required.

Perfect little getaway

Perfect location for the price and accommodated my family of 4 real well. It’s also right in the middle of everything, from shopping to dinning. It worked out perfect for us!

It would of been a perfect spot except for the air conditioner did not work. My husband and I had to sleep on the pull out sofa just to feel somewhat of the airflow coming out of the box unit. Besides that it was okay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Balcony table was covered in crust and had to be cleaned before use. Railing the same way. Has never been cleaned.No small lamps in LR/ Kit for low lightNo USB outlets anywhereEntire slider needs to be replaced. Have to use 2 hands to slide the door open. Corroded and does not operate without force, screen is damaged, and weather beaten, dragging on bottom track. There were no wheels at the bottom of the screen door so all the door would do would be to tilt and then fall out of the track totally.Bathroom drain was cemented down and sealed. Does not operate or drain at all. Reported the defective drain plug to Vacation Time office on Saturday as soon as we checked in. They have no maintenance on Saturday or Sunday. The maintenance guy came by on Monday and pulled the drain plug out. Thursday, the maintenance guy returned with a new drain plug and installed.One electrical outlet on kitchen backslash. Have to use extension cord from one outlet at rear corner behind sink.Serious detailing/upgrading needed. All Functionality needs to be verified before renting.Housekeeping did not report to maintenance, owner or Vacation Time.Refrigerator running has loud fan sound.L/R ceiling fan blades droop down at least 6 inches. Don't know if they even move air. didn't use itMr. Coffee maker is cheapest and loudest ever made.Didn't want to open the balcony slider early AM, would wake up the world it's so corroded.No cutting board, had to put layers of paper towel down and cut on that.This Condo does need some help.We have stayed numerous times in Seaside Condo's both ocean view as well as ocean front.We love the area, beaches, amenities and restaurants on the island. We will be moving just off island in less than 1 year.

Great little place by the beach

We enjoyed staying in the apartment over the long weekend (Labor Day). It is a sunny cute apartment close to the beach (the walkway starts right at the end of the building - very close!) The kitchen corner is very basic, but functionable for a simple breakfast or lunch (possibly for a dinner), all dishes and utensils are clean. The bunk beds are small and narrow (I have a 13 y.o.), but we managed. Shower worked great - it was clean and hot water ran fine, not a slow drip. Plenty of towels (all clean and fluffy). The pillows are a bit bumpy and not soft, but OK. The balcony with a sliver view of the ocean is lovely with a table, two chairs, a beach buggy and some boards for kids to borrow. The apartment needs some maintenance (a missing handle, a detached floor board on the bathroom, a missing drain ring in the bathroom sink), but overall quite manageable. The big issue was parking - it is tight and over a popular weekend, it was simply not enough spaces. When we arrived (late) there was no marked parking space available - we had to park in front of what we thought is a building office (I am not sure what it is) near the showers. There was another night where there was no space available - we parked in front of a grill (not a parking spot). It is even more challenging if you come in a big truck howling bicycles , but there was no parking space even for small cars. On two occasions we saw vehicles parked over 2 spaces, but no one knew which apartment it was, another person parker their trailer over multiple spaces - parking a "wild west" thing. It may also be helpful if checkout procedures were included in the packet, but the management company stuff was lovely and answered questions when we called. We would stay there again!

Summer vacation

We booked our trip a little late in the spring and this place was available. We’ve stayed at Seaside before and always enjoy it. The open bedroom/bunk combo made it feel more roomy and helped with airflow as well - always stayed cool during the late July week. Coligny area is perfect for families - bike rides, ice cream, beach, it has it all.

Location is the best part

Property was right on the beach, but shabby, dark and dingy-feeling. The beds were terrible. We tried to move somewhere else, but everything was sold out. I guess this is what you get for this price right in the beach. We will up the budget next time.
