Wake to the spectacular sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of the stunning primary bedroom. The tastefully updated kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare homecooked meals. Gather at the dining table with seating for 4 or slide out to the balcony table. Relax in front of the TV where a large sectional sofa boasts a queen pull out bed to accommodate 2 more guests. The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 4. Your day at the beach or splash in the pool are only steps away.

Could easily be a 5

This is a great corner unit condo that could easily be a 5/5 but falls to a 4/5 for a few issues. The power shades in the MBR and LR are great, but they are not blackout shades so you wake with the sun. I had to install a grill in a ceiling vent in the MBA. The dishwasher was sticking out from under the counter and we were afraid to use it. A house rule that says no eating in the living room? Really? Oddly there is no number on the outside of the unit. The location is perfect. This second floor unit gives you a perfect view of the ocean and beach without being too high up.

Beautiful oceanside retreat

Wonderful condo right on the beach. So lovely waking up to the ocean. The condo was clean and well cared for. Highly recommended this property!

Best condo we’ve ever stayed in!

Everything was awesome, we are definitely staying here again next year and every year that we come down to Ocean City, Maryland. The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Highly recommend.

First trip to OC

We had a great time. Location was good. Walkable many restaurants, ice cream and shopping. A short drive to the Boardwalk. We had a walkway straight to the beach and the view from the master and balcony are remarkable. It was a great space for our family of 4. The kitchen was a nice space for cooking breakfast and dinner. The only things that would be nicer is to have a vaccuum that picks up a bit better and no fault to the owner but to the cleaners... our kitchen tablecloth had dried food adhered to the tablecloth and the kitchen sink had residue in it. Nothing earthshattering but when you pay money to stay somewhere it's nice to not have to clean before you sit down to eat. To the owner, you have a great space and we'd love to stay again in the future.

Long-time coming vacation

Our vacation condo rental through Vrbo was a pleasant surprise compared to going through another property manager seven years ago (also in OCMD). It was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay there. Wish the weaterh was better, but still a fun family time together. :)

Excellent!

The unit was great! Well equipped, comfortable, everything in perfect working order and I loved the 'beachy' decor. View from balcony was good yet not so high that it was a long elevator ride every time. Only disappointment was the place had not been cleaned at all. We had to wait 2-1/2 hrs for them to get there and clean before we could unpack. Then the cleaning lady pushed our stuff out of her way with her foot and said "How long are you gonna stay?" Indicating she thought we had way too much stuff. I thought that was rude. After they left we had a fun vaca!

Nice Condo, amazing view

My in-laws own a condo in the sister building. This condo was great for us to be close to family but gives us our own space to accommodate the childrens naps and quiet time. The place was furnished nicely. The full kitchen was great for cooking. The view off the master bedroom, living room, and balcony are unbeatable. It was also great to have the washer/drier. It's wonderful to come home and not have a huge pile of dirty laundry to wash after vacation. My only complaint is after we "checked in" (picked up our keys, unloaded the car, unpacked inside) we headed to the pool with the kids. Coming back from the pool we passed the cleaning people who were just leaving our room. I did notice the carpets we not vacuumed and my wife noticed some trash in one of the trash cans when we first arrived but i didn't think too much of this. I think the correct order of this to happen is universally check out is 10 AM and cleaning crews hustle through before check in at 3 PM. Obviously, I'd rather not have people going through the room after we unpacked our stuff. And the cleaning performed was obviously not thorough. We smelled some cleaning spray, paper seals were added to the toilets, carpets were still dirty... Overall a good stay, we would stay here again and hope the cleaning would be completely in a more timely manner.

Just needed a vacation!

This property was well-maintained and very clean when we arrived. We had a great view from the balcony of the ocean. The furniture was very inviting and not to mention comfortable. I also loved the remote control blinds and the ceiling fans in the bedroom were definitely a plus to have. Will definitely be staying here again and not to mention I will let my friends also know what a great experience we had! Thx you again, The Lynch Family.
