Wonderful condo and great resort.

The Kitchen was fully stocked and unit was nice and clean. Beautiful scenery to see if you are sitting on lanai and listening to the waterfall. The pool is a nice size and Hogfish Harry’s the on-site restaurant has fabulous food and it comes out fast. Definitely would stay there again. Also booking and working with the managers was very pleasant.

Review

Property was as advertised. Items owner should address: -Balcony doors that did not lock -2nd bathroom shower door does not slide. Needed to pick it up in its track to move it. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable.

Regarding "items owner should address": The balcony doors are brand new and yes, they do lock. You simply have to depress the handle on the door on the right. If you were struggling with the procedure, why didn't you just text me? We had an ongoing text chain on my personal cell during your stay. Neither of these items were ever mentioned. Although I was not aware of the guest bath shower door not sliding properly, this would have been a simple fix as well. You instead provided a 4 star review for issues that either didn't exist or could have been resolved in a matter of minutes. We much prefer to be proactive in order to ensure our guests have a positive experience. No one "wins" otherwise. We greatly appreciate your business & hope that you will provide us another opportunity to host your family. However, we urge you to please convey any issues during your stay versus sharing them in a review with no opportunity to resolve. Respectfully, Itrip Management

Good Choice in places to stay

We have stayed in park shore a few times. I have figured out how to walk from here to beach. It would be a little far to drag all your beach supplies, but fine for a walk. The place is kept nice and clean. The restaurant on site is very good. Very good value for price. Just like pictures on VRBO.

This clean, cute, well furnished apartment is in a very good location and we enjoyed the lovely garden view and easy access to walking paths and pickleball courts on the property. We stayed there 9 days. Since there was no housekeeping service, it was surprising that there were no cleaning supplies other than a vacuum cleaner, dish soap, and laundry and dishwasher pods. Our major complaint is that there was literally no air circulation in the master bedroom and bathroom. When the heat was on, those rooms were chilly compared to the other rooms in the apartment. The kitchen phone didn’t work. And when the vacuum cleaner didn’t work, we discovered via our own troubleshooting that the electrical outlet didn’t work. Our impression was that the apartment would benefit from further renovation. For seniors with back issues, the low bathroom sinks, low toilets, and low toilet paper holders were uncomfortable. And the master bed was very soft, exacerbating my back issue. That said, our interactions with the owner and with ITrip were very pleasant. The owner even independently elicited feedback from me about the mattress, which he suspected needed replacing.
