Home away from home

We loved this rental- the vicinity to the Bethany boardwalk and beach was perfect. The house was spacious, clean and new, we felt like we were right at home! All parties (property manager, rental company) were amazing and helpful. Perfect little neighborhood too! Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing house, location and service

The house exceeded the description. Everything was top of the line and there was so much attention to detail. Great location. Just 5 minute drive to Bethany Beach and Boardwalk. Parking is tough, though at the beach. 20 minute drive to OC Maryland. Great hostess. She was there for us whenever we had a question.

Fabulous Beach House

We take our family on a beach vacation each year. This year we had to try a new house. Everyone loved this beach house. It had the perfect layout with a great bedroom and bathroom set up. The house was spacious enough for all of our guests to feel comfortable. It was clean and bright. The deck was a wonderful bonus and we used it often. We also loved going back to this quiet neighborhood after a busy day at the beach. Our grand daughters especially loved the two swings in the garage!!! And the pool was fantastic! We all love Bethany Beach and this house made our stay fantastic. We surely hope to come back to this great accommodation!!

Fabulous Beach House

We take our family on a beach vacation each year. Our previous rental was unavailable and we had to try a new place. We are so happy that the new rental was fantastic!!! It was clean, bright and spacious with the perfect bedroom and bathroom layout. All of our guests had a comfortable place to sit. The deck was fantastic and used often. There was great pool for the grand kids after nap time. Also there are two swings in the garage which our grand daughters loved!! It was wonderful to come back to this lovely quiet neighborhood at the end of a busy beach day. We all hope to enjoy this lovely house again in the future.

Modern house in great location!

We all really liked this house, and it was a wonderful vacation week for us! We drove onto the beach in Fenwick with a beach surfing pass, and the house was very close to drive to the beach. We were also located very close to downtown Bethany and great restaurants. The bedrooms were all very nice, the kitchen was up to date, and the deck was beautiful! The kids really enjoyed the swings, ping pong table and corn hole in the garage area (although new corn hole boards are needed). The property manager Autumn was very helpful and responsive. The only downside was that the previous renters took the key fob for the pool, and the community members were not so easy going about letting us into the pool area. Overall, we loved the house and the Bethany Beach area we were in!!

Ants, Ants, and More Ants

Everything was as expected, except for the following. 1) Listing promised trash bags and paper towels. Be best to bring your own. 2) Discovered small little ants (about 20 or more) during our stay. Two were found in beds. 3) Next to the last day of our stay, mysteriously 18 eggs in a carton appeared in our refrigerator. The Evolve team checked the Ring doorbell camera, and they say no one came and went except for the 4 adults and 2 children in our party. ??? Only the Master Bedroom on the top floor had a King size bed. All other beds are only doubles. No Queen size for any couples besides the one staying in the Master Bedroom. On the plus side, we enjoyed grilling outside one night!

Hi Mary, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - We've confirmed that our cleaning team did leave extra paper towels and trash bags. The supply is limited but our teams are always happy to restock mid-stay if you reach out! - We've never experienced issues with ants so we were surprised to hear of this concern. We are investigating the issue to ensure that this does not recur for future guests. - We take guest privacy and security seriously and did not enter the home at any time during the stay. As mentioned, the ring doorbell and keypad history were checked and no one, besides the guests, had entered the home during the stay. - The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and we've confirmed that all other mattresses are indeed, queen-sized. Proof of receipts has been sent to Evolve. - We can confirm that you did not reach out to the property manager or the homeowner during your stay to give them the opportunity to address this issue which they would have immediately addressed. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review, we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests!

Amazing Summer Beach Home!

My entire family enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms were spacious, the house was extremely clean and the layout was perfect for a great family get away. The neighborhood was excellent for walking and bike riding and the proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect! The owners did an excellent job of having some of the basics necessities for the kitchen along with supplying paper towels, hand soaps and other items I that allowed you to settle in without rushing to the store. The deck was amazing and featured a gas fire pit along with plenty of seating and an outdoor table to enjoy spending time outside. The games on the lower level and access to the garage for parking our Jeep made this place complete. Can’t wait for our next trip to this beautiful home! Lastly…Autumn our property manager was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question within minutes! Thanks again Autumn! #SummerVacaySuccess🏖🏖

Peaceful Perfection

This home was perfect for our family crew of 9 adults and 2 teens. From the moment you pull into the driveway you feel good about being here. The home greeted us in immaculate order, with all the convivences of home including a fully equipped kitchen, more then enough towels and linens, board games and the perfect outdoor space. Autumn the perfect house hostess was prompt with her replies to the questions we had while there and most helpful in her communication. We're excited to be guest here again.

Awesome

This home is a beaut!! From the first moment you walk in you will ooh and ahh. Well kept and clean. Necessities provided...wish I'd left my pans at home. Autum, the host, was absolutely fantastic and made me feel like we grew up as friends in our previous lives 😀!! If I had one complaint...it would be that I had to leave. Thank you again Autum & Evovle!!! Can't wait to visit again when the weather allows me to enjoy all the amenities, i.e pool, beach equipment, etc.

Beautiful home + great location!

As frequenters of the Bethany Beach area, we were looking for a clean home with modern amenities that had plenty of space plus close to the beach and things to do. This home checked all boxes and more. From the huge deck with fire pit to the expansive living room as a central meeting spot, there was plenty for us- and the kids- to do. No stone was unturned; there wasn't a thing that we needed that wasn't there including games for the kids and grownups, a kitchen that made it easy for entertaining and ample space in each of the five bedrooms to feel comfortable. To top it off, the home is tucked in to a cul-de-sac so the kids could ride their bikes safely...and speaking of riding bikes, we rode up to Garfield Avenue, just a mile away, where many restaurants, markets, juice bars and surf shops are located. A quick bike ride in the opposite direction and you'll end up at Bethany Beach and all that the boardwalk offers. The location is perfect; close to everything but far enough away for a relaxing vacation. Communication with the owner was top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Large, clean, beautifully decorated home near Bethany Beach

This is a fantastic home that would cost far more if it were any closer to the beach. It's brand new, very clean, and has everything one you could possibly need for your beach week. From beach chairs to corn hole, everything was there. There's even an '80s style video game in the bunk room. Such a great touch. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return.
