Ubicado en una zona tranquila en la deseable zona SW de Cape Coral, muy cerca de Tarpon Point Marina, con numerosas tiendas y restaurantes. Villa Camelot 2 impresiona con muebles contemporáneos nuevos, una cocina de última generación con enfriador de vino, un patio de gran tamaño con áreas de comedor y sala de estar, una gran piscina climatizada y spa, así como ventanas panorámicas que ofrecen impresionantes vistas al agua. Great place, the best thus far! Only recommendation I would make is to upgrade pillows immediately and mattresses when you can. Other than that, this place is top of the charts!

Best Vrbo we ever did !

This house is gorgeous, perfect location a few minutes away from everything yet a quiet great block. Great communication with Nadja. We loved it; house has a great lay out, awesome kitchen, great pool, sunset views. They provide board games, kayaks, and bikes. We had a ball. We will be renting this house again!

We had an amazing family vacation 2023! The property was awesome! Everyone had the greatest time, can't wait to revisit next summer! Management went above and beyond! The property was just as pictured and described. The outdoor/pool area is beautiful. There is nothing that they did not think of. We will be back!

In overall the property is really nice , but the cleanliness was not on point.

The entire property is real nice. The check in process was fast and smooth no problem there. The house décor is superb ! My only concern was the cleanliness of the house , not sure if maybe the cleaning staff does not have enough time to go through everything or they were just in a hurry. Here are a few issues we encountered; Kitchen drawers( utensils ) very dirty , the dryer was full of towels unfolded , as I processed to fold them I found the bathroom rugs mixed with the clean towels , kind of gross in my opinion ! The duvet cover on one of the master bed , has not been washed for sure. I did not used it , I placed it in the closet . The garage was very dirty , full of sand and dirt ... in overall very unorganized .

As for the cleanliness: We have never had an issue with our cleaning crew and wish you would have notified us as we would have sent them back in right away to address any concerns you might have had. As property management we are available around the clock and strive to ensure that our guests are enjoying their vacation. Neither during check-in or check-out appointment you have mentioned any issues with the house whatsoever but told the team assistant that you had a great stay. May I also add that you accessed the house appr. 2 hours before the official check-in time without notifying us which is why the cleaning crew did not go back into fold the towels. Penny Pinch with Infestation of Ants

A few notes on our stay: Upon arrival, we met with our rep. She did not know anything about the property, stating she was very busy and was new to the property. They charge a cleaning fee - standard, but they also charge you if you leave anything dirty. They provided minimal toiletries (party of 5 - 4 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels for 7 night stay - anything after that you had to purchase). Of the many TVs on the property only two were smart tv's as we could not get Netflix or any other apps on three of the TVs - no support was provided. The property has an infestation of ants mainly in the bathrooms, but on our 5th night, they went thru our food in the pantry. In spite of arriving a day late, we were not able to be accommodated for a 12 noon checkout, in fact our rep wanted to check us out earlier. The rep stated she was very busy and had the cleaning crew waiting outside. Finally, check your energy bill, the rep was charging us the energy credit. I will NOT be staying there again.

First of all thank you for your detailed review. We do appreciate any feedback so that we may continually improve our guests experience. Having said that: We do not charge you if you leave anything dirty but we do charge a fee if the grill is left dirty. Also, the difference between a hotel and a vacation home is that we do not replenish supplies but provide starter supplies. It would have been very helpful for us to know about a pest infestation as this property is under a service contract and the pest control company would have been sent out right away. Having a tropical cllimate and rainy season adds to ants leaving the wet soil and travel into the house but again, we try to help the situation immediatly when notified. We regret that you were not able to arrive on the day you had originally planned but the house was ready for you on that particular day. If possible we do of course accomodate a late departure but in this case we had to get the house cleaned. Check-in and check-out times are available in the listing description. Last but not least you were not charged any energy and the energy policy is also stated in the listing. You do have a credit for your stay and additional usage will be charged.

Et lækkert hus med et godt udeområde ved poolen. Poolen blev hurtig dyb, så der var ikke meget plads hvor alle børn og voksne kunne bunde. Nemt at komme i dialog med udlejer.

Uns hatte das Ferienhaus bei der Buchung, durch das Video schon überzeugt. Schon bei der Ankunft im Haus waren wir begeistert. Die Betreuung durch das Engel & Voelkers Team vor Ort war super Freundlich und absolut Problemlos. So schön, wie auf den Bildern

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Lage des Haus ist hervorragend. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Boot lässt sich alles schnell erreichen. Wir konnten die Kajaks, den Grill und verschiedene Utensilien für den Pool nutzen. Es sind ebenfalls Fahrräder Vorort (leider keine passende Fahrradpumpe). Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

End of summer family vacation.

Overall good stay even with 4 of our 5 travelers getting sick. Typically the code to enter is given well in advance of our previous stays but contacted them the Wednesday before our Saturday check in and was given the code right away. It was nice since going in August that there were two air conditioning units to keep the property cool. Have read the other reviews but not sure exactly what the additional fee will be for electric since we didn't heat the pool. Have used VRBO multiple times and this is the first time additional electricity was a possible charge so this would determine if I ever stayed at another location with this charge. Did tell the gentleman at check-in the pool had been serviced 3 days prior but was already turning green in the corners and a service person was there at the beginning of the week to clean and shock the pool. We brought a boat so having a boat lift was something we definitely looked for in houses. The house was close to multiple stores and restaurants so easy to get anything you needed within minutes.

Amazing

Everything was amazing! The property manager was on point and quick to respond. The first night we arrived , there was a bad storm. The manager responded quickly To a damaged screen in the pool area. We had a bit of a pool Issue, but they had a repair man there quickly To fix the issues. I forgot a pair of sandals after leaving, and the property manager said he would send them to me. We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends! The property was immaculate!

Family vacation

We arrived on Saturday 1/2/21, the property manager did not know where the lights were for the pool. There is 5 propane tanks on the property and 4 of them were empty. We used the last one for about 45 minutes and it ran out. We were told we had to supply any extra and had to get another tank. We also used more electricity then allowed. We heated the hot tub a couple of times and turned up the pool because it was cool. The only thing he was concerned about was the garbage goes out on Monday. We left it in better condition than when we arrived.

Excellent Stay and Service

The house was very roomy and beautifully finished. We stayed with our four children and had plenty of room. Pool and hot tub were great along with the outdoor space. We had a small issue with the remote for the pool but one phone call and Thomas and Clause took care of it. We loved the house, location and service! Thank you to everyone at Engel & Völkers

Worse as expected

We were extremely disappointed in this property. The pictures looked so good and we were very excited for our vacation. Upon arrival, we discovered several issues with the property. The AC was not working properly, the sensor was broken, so it kept blowing cold air without stopping at the desired temperature. The management company sent someone and it was fixed on the third day of our stay (we arrived on Wednesday and it was fixed on Friday). The pool was not heated upon arrival and we were told that it takes about a day to heat it. They set it up on heat and it was still cold the next morning. The management sent someone to fix it and we found out that the battery to the remote needed to be changed. The pool in general took a very long time to heat up as its old and outdated. By the way we had to pay significantly extra for the electricity for 6 nights. There was ant infestation which was not addressed by the management company despite me reaching out about it twice. The gas heaters outside were old and rusty and we were told that we had to bring our own gas tanks and according to the agent, “I wouldn’t use them anyway as it could be dangerous.” The house looked really good in the pictures, but it was an old house with some cosmetic updates, but the plumbing and sewerage were old. The water smelled and it was difficult to take use both showers at the same time as the water pressure would get low. There was mold by the sink in the master bedroom. The coach was old and beat down, not new as described in the property description. We asked for a refund and were told no. Huge disappointment and we definitely would not come back. I got my security deposit in full 3 weeks after we checked out.
