Recién decorado en abril de 2012, el apartamento cuenta con 3 habitaciones dobles con armarios empotrados, un baño con ducha, un aseo con ducha adicional, una cocina totalmente equipada, reproductor de CD, DVD e Internet con una caja para netflix para ver películas ilimitadas. y tv. Hay una zona de estar al aire libre y una gran barbacoa.
Justo al lado de la gran terraza, a pocos pasos, se encuentra la gran piscina de 20 m con zona de barbacoa cubierta, con vistas al impresionante paisaje. Al lado del complejo hay una zona de juegos y jardines paisajísticos.
El apartamento está situado en el pueblo pesquero de Leopetri, a 25 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Larnaca. Una caminata de 5 minutos lo lleva al pueblo que atiende todo lo que necesita: una selección de tabernas y tiendas, supermercados, oficinas de correos, bancos y farmacias.
Un coche es esencial, y hay una plaza de garaje adjunta al apartamento.
Un viaje de 5 minutos lo llevará a las playas desiertas de Potamus o un poco más abajo en la misma carretera costera se encuentra Ayia Napa. 10 minutos en coche a Paralimni o 15 minutos a Protarus, otro complejo animado.

fabulous holiday, very clean and kid friendly

I have been to this property3 times now and look forward to it, it offers everything - seclusion and chill lout time if you want it and then hop in the car down the gorgeous coastal road and you're in the heart of the tourist area. Lots of bars, shops restaurants if you want it, water park on the doorstep and lots of nice roads to drive off the beaten track. It's very safe, the children love it and the apartment is clean, modern and fresh and easy to maintain. Plus the neighbours on the complex are so helpful and full of local knowledge to help you find the best deal in the shops.It's a real taste of cyprus

Loved it

Absolutely loved it here such a lovely place. The apartment was ideal for my family and a great location with not far to travel from the airport. The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to this area and I will certainly be returning again. The area itself is ideal for families, plenty to do and all close by.

One week in August stay

I and other 7 people have spent a week in this apartment in August 2013. Unfortunately, we have found it quite different from the way it was described by the landlord. First, the activities available in the village of Liopetri are close to none, the supermarket is small and very expensive, to reach Lidl, the biggest and cheaper chain available in Cyprus one must drive almost half an hour. Also, the real time needed to reach the beach and Larnaca’s airport is almost twice the time described in the add (the famous Nissi Beach is well over 20 minutes’ drive away). For what concerns the house itself, the TV does not work, as well as the DVD player, and there is no internet access whatsoever, contrary to what is reported in the add. The fridge is totally inappropriate to contain the food of 8/9 people, which is what the house can host, not to speak of the freezer, basically futile given its very small capacity. As well, I must signal the fact that the deposit has not been payed back to us, even though all conditions set out in the contract were respected, and the landlord has made herself not reachable. In conclusion, we o not advice this house because of all the reasons described above.

October holiday

As a single mum it's important to find somewhere safe where me and my little boy can relax in safety. This apartment was just the place, the owners who live on it all year round were super friendly and helpful, there was always someone to chat to. The apartment was described perfectly- spacious, clean and in a beautiful quiet village, yet within 5 minutes in the car we were at the Waterpark or Ayia Napa. There are so many beautiful beaches along this coast road we could have spent the week going to a different spot every day. The directions from the airport were easy too and it helped driving on the same side of the road as us, they had left a pack in the room with details of places to go, local supermarkets etc which was also very helpful for me We had a fabulous time, there were lots of activities in the apartment for my little boy and the restaurants were so child friendly, some nights it was nice to chill out in the apartment and watch tv, other times were went out- I will definitely be going back.

The apartment is easily found from Larnaca Airport. On arrival we found the apartment clean, tidy and very spacious. The front of the apartment has table and chairs for 6 and a big enough patio area for 4 sun beds so if you want a easy day just at the apartment you can lay out in the sun at the front until about 2.00pm and walk out the back door straight onto the pool where you can continue to bathe and cool off in the pool. On the complex there are several Uk people who live there and are willing to help in everyway possible.The village has some nice pubs " Paris Bar" has free internet access,sky sports on several different flat screen tv's, pool table as well as very nice food and cocktails. There are several take-a-ways and a small supermarket down one of the side streets on the way to the village which has almost everything you could want from milk and bread to chicken and sauces which is at large supermarket prices. Turn left at the mini-market and follow this road for the big supermarkets and cash & carry where you can buy cheap cans of Larger. Turn left at the lights in the village and follow road for 10mins until you see a shop on the right called "Home Centre" and here you can buy 24pck of Sprite of Fanta for only 7 euros. From the apartment you can easily drive to Ayia Napa, Paralimni or our favourite Protaras. A nice way to get to Protaras is to follow the coast road through Ayia Napa with clear blue sea to your right. All in all a very enjoyable holiday in a lovely little village. If the apartment had a 40" flat screen tv and sky I would be more than happy to live there.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I saw the plot of land and just fell in love with the agricultural area. It is a ground floor maisonette so no shared entrance, it is very spaceous, perfect for the kids and very safe. It is also close to the motorway, central to ayia napa and surrounding villages. Hop in the car for a charming drive through the villages,the coast is never more than a 5 minute drive away, plenty of shops and restaurants and things to keep the kids entertained without being on top of it all.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

To be so close to Ayia Napa and yet not be in the thick of it, to be able to sit out and see farmland as far as the eye can see, to not be surrounded by a concrete jungle or be overlooked when sunbathing is just wonderful. It's a real piece of rustic Cyprus, to wake up everyday and see little old Cypriot women sweeping the steps of their villa. It's delightful to be part of an authentic village community.
Plus the complex houses many full time residents who are on hand to offer help and advise 24/7
