Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom large
mountain home is centrally located for your Summer or Winter vacation in
Mammoth Lakes within close proximity to Eagle Lodge and comes with four
Mammoth Black VIP Black Passes and one Black Pass parking pass. The impressive
stone and wood exterior leads you inside to a spacious, bright interior with
high ceilings and amenities only a home like this can provide, and enjoy two
master suites. The gourmet chef's kitchen features granite countertops and
stainless steel Viking appliances. With a large dining area both inside and
outside the mood can be set just right for your mountain experience. The large
deck adjacent to the dining area offers a private BBQ gas grill and outdoor
seating. The living room wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy and warm
after a long day on the hill, while you can relax and watch the large
flatscreen Smart TV. The home offers two master suites, perfect for a multi-
family getaway or a large family gathering. The upstairs private master suite
has a king bed, gas fireplace, and private en-suite bathroom with double
vanity, stand-up shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom is on the
lowest downstairs level and has two queen beds, and en-suite bathroom with
stand up shower. The third bedroom boasts a queen bed with access to the full
hallway bathroom, and a desk area if you must get work done remotely. The
fourth bedroom is the perfect kids hideaway featuring two twin beds (please
note this room does not have a closet), and access to the full shared hall
bath with tub/shower combo. The lower level has an open plan den that offers
additional sleeping with a sleeper sofa, and flatscreen TV, and leads out to
the lower deck with private hot tub to enjoy a soak after a long day of fun.
Additional comforts of this elegant cabin include a private laundry room with
washer/dryer, a 2-car garage (garage clearance is 7' 8") with additional
parking for one-two vehicles in the private driveway and free WIFI. PLEASE
NOTE in summer months there will only be 1 garage space. This three story
townhome has 3 levels inside, and 8 steps to the main front entrance. Guests
also enjoy a one of a kind experience with the home rental. Mammoth Black
passes allow Unlimited VIP benefits in both Summer and Winter on Mammoth
Mountain. Offering priority VIP lift line privileges, premier VIP Mountain
parking for 1 vehicle, seating and dining in exclusive dining rooms at McCoy

smoking allowed, no pets, and a maximum of 12 people. All guests receive
