Esta propiedad es un dúplex con 4 dormitorios y 2 baños en planta alta y 2 dormitorios / 2 baños en planta baja (entradas separadas). Súper amplio, chimenea, claraboyas, terraza con barbacoa y Peek a boo vistas al mar! 2 plazas de garaje. garaje separado para bicicletas y juguetes de playa / lavandería. La casa está a solo unos pasos de la arena (solo 1 casa entre nosotros y la arena). Todo lo que necesita para su estancia, incluyendo todas las sábanas, cocina completamente equipada (no comida, pero todo lo que necesita para hacerlo), juguetes de playa, bicicletas y mucho más! Todo es nuevo en esta casa (ventanas, aislamiento, suelos, muebles, ropa de cama, etc ..). La ubicación no puede ser superada, lo suficientemente lejos de la locura de los muelles, pero lo suficientemente cerca para andar en las bicicletas proporcionadas allí. A solo unos minutos al norte se encuentra Huntington Beach, con las nuevas tiendas y restaurantes de Pacific City. Had a great visit. It’s a nice clean house with lots of informative labeling. The access to the beach is so convenient and the outdoor shower on the side of the house is particularly handy because it also has hot water.

Lisa was great! She was thorough, responsive, and we really enjoyed her place. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units for 13 girls and we had plenty of room to hangout, cook, and sleep! The units are steps away from the beach, and in a convenient location - close to activities and restaurants. 10/10!

Wonderful stay

A perfect location and very comfortable place for a Christmas family reunion. One of the best rentals we've stayed in. The host was thoughtful and responded to any issue/questions immediately. I will stay again if I'm in the area.

Wonderful stay!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect (so close to the beach) and so was Lisa’s place. Our adult kids stayed in the unit upstairs, while we relaxed in the lower unit.

Excellent location for large family groups

Wonderful property and location

We stayed here after running a race. Our team loved everything about the property. It was clean and very comfortable. Super stylish, too. We loved being so close to the beach as well as the market and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

Clean and bright

Our group stayed in 2 of the units at the house. They were clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for group dinners. The host was very responsive to any questions and help that we needed. Overall a nice house and great stay!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. So clean and stylishly decorated. We rented both units for 15 of us and it was very comfortable. The grandkids and even the adults had a great time with all the beach supplies and the bikes. Lisa was a wonderful hostess and met us as soon as we arrived. Hopefully we can stay here again some day.

Great beach house for large families

We rented both units for a family gathering of more than a dozen people and had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very accessible and attentive. The house was well-located and equipped for beach activities, making it perfect for active visitors who want to get out during the day and do things.

We had the best time at the beach and so much of it had to do with this amazing rental! It was spotless, comfortable, perfect location to the beach, and had everything anyone would need to enjoy the beach! I couldn’t believe how perfectly stocked it was!!! Perfect family weekend

We were greeted at check-in to go over the property and everything was pure perfection. My family and I had a great stay with enough togetherness to have fun as a family, but privacy between the 2 units when some space was necessary. Great accommodations for the little ones and tons of extras to help them have fun for our beach vacation. Cooking together in the kitchen was a breeze and we loved the setup! Every little detail was completely thought through. Thanks so much for our 5 star getaway!

This house was awesome!!!!

We loved this property. It was very clean and well supplied with all the amenities one would need. It is very close to a great beach. It was so nice to be off the main boardwalk and all the crowds but yet close enough if we wanted to go down there and hang out. We will definitely be renting this property again. Exceptional!

The owner really treats you like you are the guest at a 5 star hotel. Everything you could think of is there for you! The home is beautiful and so roomy. My family loved it! It was so nice to ride bikes as a family, not two at a time because you have the rent, We each had a bike to go on family adventures together. From start to finish this house was perfect, great location, beautiful beach, great clean home, all the amenities you could think of! Thank you Lisa we loved the place!

Clean, quiet, and lots of beach accommodations!

This place was very clean and up to date with modern amenities. Plenty of supplies (paper towels, tp, hand soaps, etc) and tons of beach amenities (wet suits for kids and small teenagers, boogey boards, beach chairs, bikes and helmets, ez-ups, etc). There was an empty garage for your car(s) and every night there was a parking spot out front on the street within 50 ft of the house. Lisa was very responsive and super helpful with letting our big group in the two condos. Highly recommend it!

Best Weekend!

Lisa and her home were PERFECT!! We had 13 girls together, each with enough space and beds! We were a half a block away from the beach so for us coming in from Colorado, it was AMAZING! I reached out to see if we could check in a bit earlier and Lisa was so very accommodating, even our check out was extended a bit too upon request! We are already discussing doing this on an annual basis because we had such an amazing time, if there was an option to give more stars I would!!

Great rental property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was immaculately clean and extremely well stocked with laundry products, dishwashing and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, paper towels and toilet paper. The bikes, sand toys, chairs and umbrellas were wonderful and kept our children entertained. The hot water and water pressure were great in all bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The mattresses and bed linens were very nice. We had a problem with the oven and Lisa came within a few hours to check it out. She is so helpful and responsive. 5 star house and vacation!!

We are a local family with 3 boys that love to surf! We spared no expense to make this house a dream to stay in. We manage our properties ourselves so no details go missed. It's so much fun to see our guests faces when we open the door and they are thrilled that the house looks even better in person. It's pretty awesome to be part of a family's vacation where they are building great memories. We've gotten to know many guests that come back year after year and feel lucky to be in this business.

Everything is top notch, new and in great condition. We do not allow partiers at our house and manage every aspect of the business so the house is always in great condition. We choose high quality beds and have the best windows and insulation so the house is quiet and comfortable. You'll sleep like a dream here. :) The house is spacious and comfortable for bigger groups. The area is so great, tons of amazing beaches to visit, great shopping, restaurants, etc....

Besides the fact that this house is beautiful, super clean, modern and comfortable we also provide everything you'll need for a fun day at the beach (chairs, boards, wetsuits, towels, beach cruisers, etc...) - just bring your swim suit! Unlike most vacation rentals in Newport we have AC and don't be fooled, you do need it. You'll also get the 2 car garage to yourself and it sure comes in handy during busy summer months. West Newport is the best kept secret in Newport. You are close to everything but out of ear shot of the chaos of the piers and bars. Its the best of both worlds! In 5 minutes you can be in Huntington Beach or on the Pier in Newport.
