Unit 306 at SoCe Flats is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath luxury condo with a desirable west-facing balcony on the top floor of the building! SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast?s most coveted beach town. "SoCe", named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home.

UNIT DETAILS: Unit 306 has sleek gray quartz countertops and a large island with a 3-seat breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has cookware, dishes, utensils and serve ware and there is a four seat dining table in case you ever decide to forego the fantastic restaurants within walking distance and eat in! The bedroom has a queen-size bed made up with crisp white linens and the living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of four guests. Sliding glass doors with western exposure lead out to the balcony, equipped with a high-top table with three chairs - perfect for sipping morning coffee or a cocktail while the sun goes down on the horizon! The bathroom is accessible from the living areas and has dual vanity sinks and a glass enclosed shower. A full size front load washer and dryer are enclosed in a closet for laundry convenience. There is one assigned parking space on the ground floor and additional public parking is available along 8th St S. Note, since this building is zoned for short term rental only, it does not receive USPS mail service and you will not have access to a mailbox during your stay. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle!

AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has a private open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating with a TV. While there is no swimming pool or gym on site at SoCe, the Briggs Wellness Center is within walking distance and offers day passes which provides access to a large gym with cardio equipment and fitness classes, locker rooms with dry sauna and whirlpool, and an outdoor lap pool.

LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just three short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn's gourmet market and CVS.

PET-FRIENDLY STAY: We know pets are part of the family, and your furry friend is welcome here! This home allows one well-mannered dog (up to 45 lbs.) with prior approval. Please share your pup's age, size, and breed at the time of booking. A $25/night pet fee and $100 cleaning surcharge apply.

PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit is required for this property and will be collected directly by The Holiday Life prior to check-in. The deposit is typically processed 10–14 days before arrival and refunded after departure, subject to a property inspection.

Great location to Naples

Perfect condo within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Above a great hair salon that we were able to sneak in a hair cut. Very secure building. Communication and App for check in was incredible. Highly recommend. Bedding was super comfortable.

Wonderful As Advertised

What a great find! My wife and I were in Naples for my work and some down time, and stayed at this property. Very convenient location for accessing Old Naples on foot (restaurants, shops, etc. within three blocks), and easy access to Tamiami Trail (primary north/south artery that’s not I-75). The property itself was great as well. Immaculately clean and well-appointed. There was a mention in a prior review about light leak from outside, but that has been fully addressed with blackout curtains. Comfortable bed and sofa. The unit is on the third floor, but access by stairs and elevator was convenient. I only reached out to the property manager is text to confirm that we had arrived, but the response came quickly. I believe that, should there have been any needs, they would have been on it. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We hope to be back again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked staying there so much we booked it twice. There are no amenities however we were there on business so it was fine. The location is great.

Great location

The location is great..walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. 15 min walk to beach. Beautifully decorated condo. Only a couple issues. There are balcony lights that stay on 24/7. In the bedroom, it is VERY bright and makes sleeping impossible. I brought this to their attention and they did hang blackout curtains but only one panel on each window. Really needs 2 panels per window. We slept with sleep masks bc light was still getting in. Also, bedroom is right next to elevator so you hear the clunking noise of elevator. Ear plugs helped with that. Also construction going on in building and next door so be prepared. It’s a great place and we really enjoyed our stay.

An Extra 2 Weeks in Naples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location and very nice, contemporary new building. The other people staying in the building were very friendly and the management company was great. We had trouble with our WiFi the first day and later had an issue with parking but the management company was very responsive and made it right in both cases. We were disppointed the rooftop deck wasn’t open (construction not completed) and some of the furniture is not comfortable. Overall, we would definitely stay at SoCe Flats again because of the great location and the fact that it allows short term rentals (very unique in Naples).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed. It is not a comfortable space. Furniture is not comfortable and the bed is passable. The pictures of the gym are misleading. There is no gym. The location is great but when you look at the absence of amenities it brings overall value received down. It is not worth the overall price paid.
